Welcome to one of 4 Villa's in this 6,000 sq. ft building, located in Eureka, MO. If you need a place to house many guests or just a few, one of these Villa's will accommodate you very nicely:-) There are 3 bedrooms, 1 with a full bed and 2 bedrooms with queen beds, a Living room/Dining room combo with a gally kitchen. Outside on the front patio there is a table with 5 chairs. Walk down a hallway to the Mechanical Room and you may use the free washer and dryer. All your linens, towels, and kitchenware are provided.

The large grass area was both pretty and a relaxing place to walk my dog. Enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio. Cozy inside. It’s amazing much sound each room absorbs. Made a difference for us since there were 6 adults. Very close to a nice grocery store. Would definitely stay there again when in the area!!"

The pool and swing set immediately drew me to the listing, but the inside of the home checked all of the boxes for us too! The area was clean and spacious, plenty of room for us and all of our stuff. I was blown away by how organized everything was. And the host was so wonderful and considerate. The only thing we had any issues with was the hill to the entrance is more treacherous than the pictures can accurately describe, so if you’re bringing a lot of stuff or anything heavy, be ready for a workout. The main house is a mini-villa consisting of a modernized historic 3-story Town-home.

On the first story there’s a living room, foyer, half bathroom, full equipped kitchen, a connected island bar/kitchen with breakfast bar seating for 4,. Totally setup for entertaining large groups before or after a night on the town. (Please note there is no dining table).

On the second story: Room number 1 has a queen bed and an attached master bathroom. Room number 2 has a double bed & direct deck access. Story 2 also houses the the laundry room, a closet with extra bed clothing and towels, one full bathroom. & deck access.

The third story has two queen beds & a few small nooks for storage of bags, luggage, etc..

The rear carriage house has a private entrance, a queen bed, 1 sofa bed, 1 full equipped kitchenette (no oven), 1 dinning table, 1 complete bathroom with a shower/bathtub, combo, TV, and full garage for two cars.

The bricked in courtyard yard has a two story deck, there are 6 picnic tables, fire pit, BBQ area & BBQ pit, outdoor heater, and direct deck access. The 2 story deck provides great views both in the a.m. and at night.

There’s plenty of space for 12 people!
