 "Wow, wow, wow" that's what you and your group will say when you
walk into this beautifully remodeled, TRUE BLUE NOLA home. The home
features a clean, crisp vibe, dependable Wi-Fi, a remote workstation,
amazing soaking tub, floorplan is open and spacious, inviting back
courtyard, and it is located in an area that is safe and comfortable
for New Orleans. It is surrounded by churches and 3 neighboring homes.
Come on down, see and experience everything we have to offer!

The open, airy nature of this home with 14 foot ceilings and original
hardwood flooring is sure to impress. It has been completely remodeled
with all new appliances and the perfect gathering space for large
groups to hang out, cook, relax and just feel at home. There are 3
cozy bedrooms, each with their own unique flare, the master bathroom
is like no other with a large soaking tub, it is sure to relax even
the most stressed in the group! The kitchen and living space is open
and perfect for large groups to gather and discuss plans for their
visit. There are steps leading into the front of the home and the rear
entrance, the neighborhood is very safe and my neighbors are super
friendly.

The guest will have full access to the home, with the exception of a
few locked closets with cleaning supplies and such. The washer/dryer,
full refrigerator, dishwasher, etc. are all easily accessible by
guests. Additionally, There are a lot of areas to park on the street
in front of or close to the NOLA house, the building next door faces
another street, so there are plenty of areas to park on the street.
The guest also have the option to park at my house in Metairie if
needed, I have a huge driveway and willing to help out where I can.

NOLA is UNSTOPPABLE! We have power restored and the party is back on!
The restaurants are open and so is the nightlife. We are New Orleans,
nothing stops us from having a good time, come on down and have the
time of your life visiting our city, it will be a vacation you will
never forget, that is a guarantee! The people of New Orleans are
resilient, from Hurricanes to COVID, to whatever we keep the party
going! Don't let anything stop you from experiencing this beautiful,
exciting, intriguing, unique, and absolutely astonishing city I am

by, please be respectful to my home and my amazing neighbors AT ALL
times. No loud music after 10pm. I maintain a ZERO tolerance policy
for illegal substances, absolutely NO DRUGS, including Marijuana as it
is illegal in Louisiana. No smoking inside the home. Absolutely NO
eating or drinking in the bedrooms, OR on the couch; bottled water is
the only exception to this rule. Please be neat, courteous, and
mindful that this house is a home and it is expected  all guests will
treat my home as it is their own.  PLEASE NO GLITTER!! IT IS NOT
ALLOWED INSIDE THE HOUSE under any circumstance. Dishes should be
washed in dishwasher after use,  the stove top should be wiped down
after each use.  Trash should be placed inside trash bags placed the
cans along the side of the house behind the gate,  there  5
additional blue trash cans regular trash,  please use trash
receptacles these with bags if fill the city trash can. Trash Days are
TUESDAYS and FRIDAYS, all trash should be placed in the trash
receptacles by the street.

We'd set it to a certain temp before going to bed, but then wake up to a hot room so I went to look at the thermostat and it has gotten pushed up to 78. I think it may just have a pre-set on the thermostat that just needs to be changed. Not a big deal though, once I changed it back to what we had it, the place cooled off nicely. Would definitely book it again!"
