This lake home includes a large family room with plenty of seating and a separate table area perfect for family game nights or a friendly game of cards. The kitchen/dining room includes a large dining table that easily seats 8, as well as a smaller bar table with an additional 4 seats . A bunk room with double over double beds can be found in the basement with a private bathroom. Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms. The king suite has a private bathroom and a private, small, covered porch - perfect for your early morning coffee! The spacious queen bedroom also has its own private exit to the main deck area. The large wrap-around deck makes for great evenings to gather for barbecues and enjoy the great outdoors. The garage includes a washer & dryer and a game area where you can show off your foosball skills. The large back yard contains a fire pit area for the entire family to gather at while s’mores are made and laughter is shared. We even provide the wood and s’more fixings. Huge showers for each bedroom with waterfall rainheads, heated tile floors, LED accent lighting, massive 75" TV in the living room with a modern propane fireplace. Ample indoor and outdoor dining space. All new appliances, high speed internet. The flex space is fully climate controlled and very nice for a rainy day place to hang out and have fun! Comes with a second refrigerator, a walk in shower to rinse off from a day at the lake, ping pong table, additional sleeping space (air mattress and two small child size cots provided, or bring your own cots or sleeping bags). The home is a duplex, one side is the Big Dipper and the other side is the empty owner's suite (Little Dipper). We want our guests to have privacy so we decided not to rent both sides at the same time unless it is to the same group, each side has the same awesome amenities, the other side is available for a nightly rate, please message us if you would like to rent both sides.

The Air Conditioner unit in the main bedroom makes it sound like is constantly raining with some sleet mixed in, 2. The VRBO listing (unless I missed something) makes this place sound like it is off by itself on some acreage, and the way the pictures are shot does also. . This is not correct there are other house on the property. this was a surprise as I was expecting it to be just this place. This would not detour us from renting again though."

This memorable campground is the perfect home base for your trip to Fair Play and visiting Stockton Lake. With 1 cozy bedroom featuring a queen bed and a fold down dining bed, along with a well-equipped bathroom with a shower, guests will feel right at home. There is a large awning that rolls down to shade the picnic table outside of the camper. Which sits right next to a small fire pit to enjoy in the evenings.

There are three closets for storage and the outside storage lockers under the camper.

The bathroom has plenty of towels, hand soap and 2 rolls of toilet paper are provided.

The kitchen has four cups, coffee cups, plates, bowls and more. There are utensils and pots and pans for you to use along with dish soap, dish rack, towels and dish cloths. Trash bags are provided. Some coffee and filters are also available. One paper towel roll is provided.

There is a TV with Roku tv and local channels available. WiFi is free.

Cleaning supplies are provided in the kitchen and bathroom along with a broom and dustpan.

Groceries are available at Woods in Stockton and Dollar General in Fair Play. Bolivar Walmart is a 20 minute drive.
Needmore RV and campground across the road offers a General Store and Needmore Event Center that has Karaoke on Friday nights and live local music on Saturday nights. They serve beer and wine. Everything is kid friendly.

This cabin is at Needmore RV & Campground, Fair Play, MO. Newly developed campground 1/4 mile from Stockton Lake. Cabin includes a fire ring and charcoal grill. Inside cabin includes is a separate bedroom with Queen Bed, one Twin and one Double bed in the loft, and sofa makes into a double bed. All bedding, blankets and pillows included. Kitchen has electric stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator, small coffee pot and all dishware and cookware. All dishcloths and towels included. Bathroom has sink, toilet and large shower with all towels and washcloths. Quiet country atmosphere with RV and Tent Sites also. Event Center available to reserve for parties, reunions, weddings. The bathroom and linen closet have plenty of towels and beach towels. The shower/tub set up is equipped with a curved shower curtain to give you more room while bathing. Hair dryer, hand soap, cleaning supplies and two rolls of toilet paper are provided. Make use of the laundry facilities for added convenience.

LIVING ROOM
In the additional living space, you'll find a comfy sofa bed for extra guests. There is a single recliner and extra folding chair with a fold out table to use for your laptop. The large TV swivels to be viewed in the dining room and kitchen. Roku TV and DVD are available for your use. Enjoy WiFi, AC, ceiling fan and heating during your stay.

KITCHEN and DINNING ROOM
Enjoy the very spacious kitchen with a breakfast bar and four barstools. The kitchen has everything you will ever need. Included are an air fryer, blender, crock pot, coffee maker and hot water pot. Cleaning supplies, extra dish soap, trash bags, towels and dishwasher pods included. The dining room table pulls out to seat 4 people as well.

BACK PORCH
Start the morning off with a cup of fresh brewed coffee on the screened in back porch which includes a sofa with two recliners and two outdoor chairs. Relax and take in the 3 acre private view. The porch has a TV with Roku and ceiling fan/light combo.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Spend a great evening cooking dinner on the gas grill and dinning outside. Light up the fire pit and enjoy a nice relaxing evening under the stars.
