Located in downtown Warsaw, Mo. on the east end of Main St. NOTE: Bagnall Dam/ outlet shopping is an hour and a half drive from us. Please check OUR location on the map before you book! We are close to Truman Lake, the Osage arm of the Lake of the Ozarks at Drake Harbor, antique shopping, and a short walk to downtown Warsaw. Also about 30 min. Drive to the Missouri State Fair in Sedalia. Our cozy, clean and spacious cabin hides in plain site, nestled inside of a 5000 sq ft building. The living room has a TV with dish network. The kitchen has a full size stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. Two bedrooms, one with a queen and other with two twins and a trundle that adds 2 more twins. Outside we have a deck and BBQ area. Great for fisherman with a fenced in area for boat safety overnight! Also the perfect “girlfriends get-away!!! Families with pets welcome.

Just steps away from Lake of the Ozarks with a boat launch. This is a studio apartment-in my garage. Clean, fully furnished. Two full size beds. Dresser and night stands. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans etc… Bathroom has a walk in shower and linens. Back patio has a gas grill and patio set forgour enjoyment. Plenty of parking for boats and trailers. Park like atmosphere walk to the lake, enjoy picnic areas and great fishing.

Peaceful lake front house just south of Truman Dam on The Lake Of The Ozarks! With private boat ramp and dock just 100 feet from doorstep. Perfect for relaxing after a day of fishing, boating, swimming, golfing, Kayaking, and exploring the charming downtown restaurants and shopping Warsaw has to offer! Just a short boat ride to downtown Drake Harbor city dock, and lakeside restaurants and bars. Best place for your Fishing trips, girl's trips, and family vacations, with a cabinet full of fun games for everyone. Swim/boat dock in the no wake zone out to the cove which leads to main lake. Your comfort is our top priority and look forward to hosting you at our place!

There is also a side door with no stairs that can be accessed once entering the property through main door. Dock area does not retain water in the off season from until the beginning of May however the boat ramp is accessible year-round.

HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $1000 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.

Explore the Truman Lake area for fishing, hunting, and camping. Stay in a cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom cabin with a BBQ grill and beautiful lake views right in your back yard. Enjoy the great outdoors in this peaceful setting. This is also a small farm with goats, cow's and chickens. Sorry but no pets or service animals, we have a large dog that guards the place he is friendly Name is Bear. So come on down and enjoy what lake has to offer.

- "Our stay was supposed to be a memorial trip for 2 nights 3 days but upon arrival we were stopped by a free roaming guard dog that wasn’t in the description. Had livestock sitting behind the home we were staying in, that also wasn’t in the description. Once inside noticed a strong smell of cigarettes and me and my spouse both have asthma and we knew from them on we wouldn’t be able to stay. My spouse also has a service dog and unknowingly that a guard dog would be there was another reason we wouldn’t be able to stay. We contacted the host to let him know we wouldn’t be able to stay for those number of reasons listed above and he then told us to contact Vrbo and ask for our money through them. This became a nightmare for us being late in the day having to hurry and find another place to stay before it was too late and not being from the area. So the following day we contacted Vrbo and gave them the reasons why we were asking for a refund and the host tells them we were the ones smoking inside the property when he wasn’t there, all communication was thru text or call and he works a evening shift while his misses works a day shift so we had no one in person to speak with. And says we also brought a dog when I clearly stated we have a service dog and he had the option to reject us or keep us. Really inconvenient for us and I do not recommend a adult that’s not honest. Completely lied in order for us to not get our money back."
