Less than 15 miles to Airport, Arch, Stadiums, Downtown, Casinos, Concerts, and more not including local hotspots for nightlife and shopping with several beautiful parks right up the road. This home is in unincorporated St. Louis so close to the city life but still suburb enough for relaxing and listening to the frogs and such in the summer eves and the birds all day long.

A little bit about us; this home is our primary residence however we are wanting to get out and travel too so we figure we will Air BNB part of our home out for now and eventually the whole thing. If you want full service Bed and breakfast services; we will be available on site for those services. Your space is the entire lower level. 100% private and has its own entrance. Its around 2000 sq ft. We like our home to feel like we are always on vacation though so we think of it as a little resort. It has a fire pit area, pool, hot tub (seasonal), patio area with zero gravity chairs, BBQ grill with dining, Tiki lights, bird viewing area, plenty of trees and back to trees and field with deer. Property is privacy fenced on both sides for your privacy and rear to trees and dry creek is wire fencing so you maintain your view of the trees and field and enclosed yard for dog security. Note wire fencing is 4 ft, privacy fencing is 6 ft. (A ground tie out is available if you need it as well if you want your dog out with you but you don't want it free in the yard). There is also a doggy pool area.

NOTE: Hot tub set up during cooler months only not in middle of summer heat. Pool is Saltwater system 4.5 foot above ground 16 x 24 large and is open as long as weather allows. Closing after Labor Day

You have the full walk out basement unit with private entrance and full access to the resort area which is the entire backyard as well as designated parking. Everything is for your sole use.

3 bedroom 2 bedroom have queen size bed with tv,3rd bedroom have a nice daybed with mirrors door tv doesn't work, recliner couch in family room with tv and alexa speaker, in the kids playroom there's toys,cots and pack and play for the kids to sleep one of the bedroom is off from the daycare also there's a porch for reading or just to sit outside and have your coffee for relax place also have a bar with adults beverages I just ask that you leave a tip and please be responsible as I am not responsible for anyone that chooses to have alcohol beverages! also the Downstairs is under construction but it is very usable full kitchen to have family dinner
