Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
This unit is NOT pet friendly, failure to honor this request will result in a $200 fine.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.

- "The place was more than adequate for our group. They were very attentive to our needs and readily available. I only contacted them to tell them about minor problems that were there when we arrived so they were aware it wasn’t dine by us. This is something they might consider is to check their cleaning crew. We dropped something on the floor and moved the couch and found several trash items including a piece of toast. However, what we lived in including bathrooms were clean. We only had one kitchen dish towel for 3 nights. The home was beautiful. The appliance were up to date and very nice. The mattresses in the bedrooms were so comfortable. The decor was very nice. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. "

Guests have access to the entire property.

Guests must respect the quite hours of 9pm - 8am. No loud noise from the property allowed at any time. It is a city requirement.

We have 2 parking spaces located in the garage and 4 parking spaces located in the driveway.

Absolutely NO parties or gatherings of any kind.

Interaction with Guests:
Hosts will observe guests privacy during stay with little to no face-to-face interaction. We are available for any need that may arise.
