- "This darling cabin was exactly what we were looking for. Located in beautiful Defiance, MO, but nothing beats the view from the front porch in the most comfortable swing. The horses, the birds and lots of deer. We slept great in the extremely comfortable bed. One night there was some severe weather and Nick was so kind to offer us to come over and stsy in there basement. The owners are so very nice. - "We rented all four of these units for a family reunion. This upstairs apartment was very spacious and well appointed. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The stairs are not recommended for young children or older adults. My sister in law and her teenagers had no problem with the stairs. While there was an activity happening one evening at a local establishment, once inside the unit we did not have any problems with noise. We will definately make this a yearly rental."
