This Vacation Home comes with a heavy duty Air Purifier and I ensure that the filters are changed regularly not only on the Air Purifier but on the home's furnace system as well. Traveling with Pets?

Pets: The space is pet friendly. Please note that there will be a $60 dollar pet fee. You are responsible for picking up dog poop in the backyard (bags supplied by us), and we ask that you refrain from having pets on the furniture and to give your dog a bath before your trip.

Guest access:
The entire 2nd floor apartment, back porch, and one parking spot in the back of the home is for your personal use. Traveling with Pets?
The space is pet friendly. Please note that there is a $120 dollar pet fee. You are responsible for picking up dog poop in the backyard (bags supplied by us), and we ask that you refrain from having pets on the furniture and to give your dog a bath before your trip.

Guest access:
You will have access to the entire home, front porch, back porch & upstairs balcony, and three parking spots in the back of the home. You will have your own personal triple set of washers and dryers, which are located in the basement of this home. The entire property is for your private use.

We had nine in our group so we were able to spread out with the kids playing upstairs while the adults cooked dinner and visited diwnstairs. It's close to so many sites which was convenient and the little girls lived the donut shop a couple blocks away. The sound machines in each room were also a nice touch. Crisp white bedding and fluffy white towels and the house was immaculate... Perfect!"

The Southwest Gardens Apartment is a large one-bedroom, one-bathroom home located just one-block west from the Missouri Botanical Gardens, two-blocks north of the historic Tower Grove Park and less than a mile from The Hill neighborhood. This apartment comes with everything you would need for daily life and comfort. I only accept 30+ night reservations.

A: You can arrive anytime after 3:00pm. I can do earlier check in times if the apartment is ready. There is a lock box next to the main entrance of the building with your keys inside.

A: (10:00am) However I can do later check out times if I do not have another guest checking immediately after.

Q: Is the neighborhood safe?
A: Yes, I lived in this building for 10 years with no problems.

Q: Where is parking and does it cost anything?
A: Parking is on the street in front of the building, it is free and there is plenty for everyone.

Q: How many apartments are in the building?
A: There are four apartments in the building, two on each floor. This apartment is on the first floor.

This place was terrific! The AC was a champ in the hottest days of July and August! The WiFi was robust and reliable. You will have access to one off street parking spot, located in the back of the property, and there is one additional spot in the back. Find free street parking available in front. The house is located on a quiet, one way street with ample parking.

Historic 1904 home, beautifully remodeled duplex, is located in the famous Italian neighborhood, the Hill. This is a 1,300 square feet, 2BR/1BA apartment on the first floor. Many Italian restaurants, bakeries and shops are within a walking distance. Also less than a 10-minute drive to SLU, Wash U, Barnes Jewish, Cardinal Glennon, Forest Park, Botanical Garden, St. Louis Zoo, The Arch, Anheuser Busch Brewery and the famous St. Louis Cardinals Busch Stadium.

The Property
This is a two bedroom, one bathroom apartment on the first floor. Each bedroom has a comfortable, queen sized mattress and memory foam pillows. The living room has a 43" Roku streaming TV and master bedroom a 42" TV with Blu Ray player. The fully stocked kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter top and beautiful dark cabinets. Washer and Dryer are complimentary and available for use in the basement.

Our home is located in the famous Italian neighborhood, The Hill, with numerous restaurants, bakeries, Italian grocers, and parks - all within a walking distance. The apartment is also close to both HWY 64/40 and 44 and just a short drive to Barnes Jewish Hospital, Children's Hospital, Forest Park, SLU Hospital, St. Louis University, Washington University, St. Louis Zoo, Missouri Botanical Garden, Downtown, Clayton, etc.

Getting Around
Some attractions are within a walking distance, but to get around St. Louis we recommend having a car. There is also public transportation available nearby.

3. Parties, events, and any commercial or unlawful use of the property are not permitted. Please be considerate of the neighbors and avoid causing any disturbances.

4. Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Visitors or unregistered guests are not permitted without approval.

5. Eating or drinking in the bedrooms is not allowed. Please enjoy your meals in the dining room.

6. To prevent heat damage, please use coasters or plates for hot pots on all surfaces.

7. A quiet time policy is in effect after 8 p.m. Please keep noise levels to a minimum.

8. Any damages or breakages should be reported promptly. Guests are responsible for damages exceeding the security deposit, and such incidents will be reported to Airbnb.

8.1 Please avoid using our towels or hand towels to wipe off makeup or stains. Instead, use paper towels or bring your own makeup cleaning supplies. If rough stains are left behind and cannot be cleaned, extra cleaning fee will be charged.

9. Before leaving the house, please remember to turn off lights, air conditioning, and electronics. Also, ensure that windows are closed and the door is locked.

10. Prior to checkout, please wash dishes, clean the kitchen items you used, and dispose of garbage in the trash can.

11. Before checking out, please remove pillow covers, duvet covers, and sheets used and place them in the baskets of laundry room. Leave duvet inserts and pillows on the beds.

12. We would like to inform you that our team takes regular measures to control pests and maintain cleanliness. However, bugs, such as ants, carpet beetles, and stink bugs, are part of the local ecosystem and may still enter the property despite our efforts. We avoid excessive chemical treatment as these bugs are harmless. Please note that the presence of bugs does not qualify for a refund of your stay.

13. Parties are not allowed. LOCAL guests must get host approval BEFORE booking—unapproved bookings may be canceled.
14. A $400 refundable deposit is required. It’s pre-authorized at booking and refunded within 7 days if no damage or rule violations occur.
15. For cancellations, our standard policy applies. A 4% non-refundable fee will be deducted to cover credit card processing charges.

16. Trash pick-up occurs every Monday morning. Guests are responsible for taking the trash can to the curb during their stay or on their check-out day to ensure timely collection. Failure to do so may result in missed pick-up.
