Bringing your furry friends? We're dog friendly! Our pet fee is $15 per night per pet, and we allow up to 4 dogs with a weight limit of 75 lbs per pup. This is one of the available rooms we have at our BnB in the Central West End - a 125 year old house in one of St. Louis' most historic neighborhoods. It has one Queen sized bed, a kitchen space and bathroom shared with two other guest rooms on the floor. Within a short walk of the basilica and many bars and restaurants!

The space
The Evergreen room is one of 7 guest rooms in our beautiful, 125 year old Victorian in the heart of the Central West End, just a block over from the beautiful St. Louis Cathedral Basilica! The house is characteristic of the historic neighborhood, a three-story full brick home rich with character! There are several public transportation options within walking distance, as well as innumerable restaurants, bars, and attractions. Everything in the house is keyless entry, meaning you can come and go at any time you please with the keycode provided to you when you book your room.

The Evergreen Queen has one queen Sized bed, a closet with hangers for clothes, and a TV with Amazon Fire and subscriptions to Netflix, Hulu, HBOGO, MLB, Peacock, Prime Video, and others! All guests have access to a kitchen stocked with the necessary pots, pans, and dishware to make your own food, as well as a refrigerator to keep your groceries and leftovers. Coffee is complimentary and fruit, yogurt, and other breakfast ideas are frequently available as well.

High Speed WiFi, fresh linens and towels, and toiletries, and bathroom accessories are available also for free.

Guest access
Guests will have access through the guest entrance and staircase on the left side of the house. In addition to your own room, you have access to a kitchen shared with our other guests. The bathroom is shared with the Maple and King Redwood Rooms. All doors excluding the kitchen and bathroom are equipped with key-less entry locks with individual codes provided.

Other things to note
It is required to read the house manual before your arrival, it is included in your confirmation email and gives you all the info you need on how to gain entry to the house with keyless entry codes and check-in/check-out procedure.

Our booking fee is determined by the number of guests and the length of stay, approximately $55 per person, per night. Non-paying visitors are not allowed without prior written approval. Only paying guests are permitted on the premises UNLESS communicated or written arrangements are made with management in advance.

Anyone misrepresenting the size of their group or intentions will be fined $500.00 and be charged $50.00 per person for each visitor who is not on the order reservation.

First floor room with a queen bed. Your room has a full bathroom with walk in shower, tv, desk, and mini fridge. There is a Community kitchen in the dining area where you are welcome to store and prepare food. Breakfast items available in the community kitchen daily. All the breakfast items are located in labeled bins. Please only 1 medium to large dog.

The space
The Landing Hub its a truly unique experience. With a variety of room styles, there is something for everyone. The Captain rooms on the first floor sleep 2 with a full bath. Pilot rooms on the second floor sleep 2 with a half bath in the room and 2 shower rooms for the 4 rooms to share. Yacht suites that sleep up to 12 with kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. Boxcar suites that sleep 7 with full bathroom and kitchenette. Our luxury Concord suite with king bed and jacuzzi. 2 Star Wars sleeping pod rooms for either 6 or 8. Need more! Book the hotel privately for celebrations that make memories. All rooms have access to the chefs kitchen and dining area in the hotel. Swimming pool, ping pong and pool tables, train and ego tables, oversized games and board games, 18 hole wooded disc golf course, and 7 acres for exploring. Bring friends and family. Our property offers plenty of area for you to explore. Patio, pool, a large wooded area, 18 hole disc golf course, lounge areas, community kitchen, and dining area are all within your reach!

Other things to note
For the safety and security of our guests, please do not invite outside guests to the hotel. There is an event room to rent if you would like to host a gathering. Our goal is for all of our guests to enjoy themselves. Please respect the quiet hours 10pm to 8am You do not have to go to bed. But, keep the volume in your room to a respectful level for the guests beneath, above or next to your room. Please no ping pong, pool, and please keep gatherings in community spaces to a respectful level for others during quiet hours. We completely understand that kids get very excited about their stay. Please no running and shouting inside. Although many families come here for fun, some come to relax. If you have a dog that barks when unattended we ask that you take them with you when you leave. We live in town and are at the property several times a day. We love to meet our guests and share local activities.

Our King Freshman rooms come with a single king and standard accommodations.
