Apparently we weren’t checked in correctly & they even called us confused as to why our stuff was in the room still on our second day - interrupting our adventures we were having with our family. Other than that, our stay was great. We would stay again."

This spacious house is a perfect spot for a big gathering. With 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms it has everything needed to make a great vacation! You can sleep 25 people in beds, the kitchen is fully stocked, there are large tvs throughout, convenient access to the private community beach & waterfront, and the location is ideal! The main level is open with high exposed ceilings and has two living areas, one with a kitchenette and the other with a full kitchen, dining table to seat 12 and counter seating for 7 more, and a good size deck where you can enjoy a beverage and the views of the beach and the lake. Both of these main level living spaces have a full sized pullout couch. You'll also find a bedroom with a king bed and adjoining full bathroom with stacked washer and dryer. There is a half bath with full washer dryer on this level too.

Take the stairs by the kitchenette up to two more bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a king bed and a twin bed, attached bathroom and a small balcony with two chairs. The other bedroom has a king bed and adjoining bathroom.

Take the other set of stairs by the kitchen up to find yet another sitting area with the 3rd pullout couch and 3 more bedrooms all with adjoining bathrooms. The location was perfect for our group as we we were able to walk to the DT restaurants and bars or take a 15 minute Uber ride over to Camden/Shady Gators. We rented a boat as well so the dock located directly across the street from the house made pick-up and drop-off super convenient for us and the boat captain. The house was immaculate when we arrived and their was plenty of parking available. The outside deck was also very large which was an added bonus as it did not appear that large in the pictures. I highly recommend this property for parties of all sizes."

Full queen (hide a bed) and we provide a full size air mattress.

Welcome to “The Front Porch” at the Lake! Nestled in a quiet cove at the 9 MM just off Horseshoe Bend with beautiful views of the main channel. Come relax on the large porch in the jetted hot tub or cozy patio furniture! If you’re up for grilling, use our propane grill to serve up a delicious meal. We share a community dock with access to fish or swim just steps down from the home. The concrete sidewalk around the cove leads to the dock. This 1,785 square foot home sleeps up to 12 guests!

The master suite is located on the main level. The half bath is just off the living room.

There are 7 beds to sleep 12 guests. One of the beds is a twin sized daybed as you enter upstairs or a sofa couch in the third bedroom. We have extra pillows and blankets in the bedroom closets.

Please be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are 11 PM-7 AM. Please treat our home as you would your own and notify us of any damages immediately.

We have 2 kayaks on the dock and a floating mat on-site for our guests to use. There is also a community swim platform at the peak of the cove.

This place was just that! The house was just for my boyfriend and I, but the bedrooms upstairs could’ve easily fit 12 more people. There was large common areas that would be perfect for larger groups. We also spent many mornings starting our days on the back deck enjoying coffees and ending our days on the deck in the hot tub! It was super clean! I am also a clean freak so it even went above and beyond my standards! You cannot go wrong staying here. It’s centrally located, very close to the strip but also SO quiet at night! So much fun and so glad we stayed here."

The hill is a little steep but those with difficult drove back and forth to each house. Plenty of dishes/ serving ware for a normal size group staying. very clean! The house was nicely laid out, however the bedroom on the top floor is really a loft as it doesn't have a door to close and there are no window coverings on the sliding glass doors which may be still coming since it was only just available for rent. With even the very few negatives, we would rent here again. There were many activities in the resort and surrounding area."

The space
Kitchen and Dining Area
The open concept kitchen has been beautiful updated , a large breakfast bar with 3 barstools. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials you need to prepare meals and a Keurig coffee maker!

Living Room
The living room features a chase style couch, cozy rocking chair, a flat screen smart TV, and a sliding glass door that opens to the waterfront balcony.

Bedroom
The bedroom features 2 queen-sized serta beds, nightstand, a dresser, and a flat screen smart TV. There is also a nice closet with hangers for extra storage space.


Bathroom
The bathroom is also newly updated and features a single vanity sink and walk in shower.

Outside
This unit is located in very close proximity to the outdoor pool at the complex. There are also no steps from the parking lot to the unit! Out of the waterfront deck you will find an outdoor dining table and a gas BBQ grill for your use.

Down at the community dock, there is a 10x24 boat slip available for rent for $25 per night

Right above the condo is a gas station that hosts lots of things you may need during your stay. It is also a short 10-minute drive to Hy-Vee. There are many great restaurants close as well. Please look for the binder in the condo for a list of things to do.

Guest access
Your door code will be sent to you exactly 24 hours before your check in time, along with additional check in instructions. The door code will only be active from exactly 4:00pm on the day of check in to exactly 10:00am on the day of check out.

Other things to note
Please note, if you have more than 4 guests there is a $10 per person per night fee for the extra people up to 6 people max! Air bnb will automatically calculate this for you at booking, so please ensure to book for the exact amount of people you plan to have stay. If you show up to the condo with more people than what you booked your reservation will be in violation of our house rules and you could be asked to leave immediately.

The boat slip is $25 per day extra. If you want to book the boat slip please let me know at booking so I can send you a request to collect this fee

This condo is located in the Lighthouse Landing complex near Bagnell Dam in Lake Ozark. 2BR/2BA condo with pool & ability to sleep 6. Bedrooms each have a queen bed. Living room sofa has a queen pull-out couch. Condo has a fully equipped kitchen, bath & pool towels, & bed linens. TVs in living room & each bedroom with cable & high-speed internet. Second bedroom has Roku TV. Covered balcony equipped with patio furniture is great for enjoying the morning view with coffee or an evening dinner.

The space
Condo is clean and well maintained by owners with everything you need for your trip. We do reserve the right to assess an additional cleaning fee if the condo is left excessively dirty/messy and rental rules are not followed.

The condo is about as close to the dam as you can get so there is plenty to do close to the condo. You can swim in the lake, at your own risk, but docks are private property. Visitors can enjoy nearby restaurants, bars, shopping, water sports, and golfing by either boat or car. This section of the lake is close to popular spots located at Bagnall Dam, Horseshoe Bend, and Osage Beach.
