Apparently we weren’t checked in correctly & they even called us confused as to why our stuff was in the room still on our second day - interrupting our adventures we were having with our family. Other than that, our stay was great. We would stay again."

This is a beautiful Walk IN condo with wheelchair ramp to the door! New stainless steel appliances and all new furnishings, decor and linens. The kitchen is fully equipped for any meal preparation, including the new gas grill located just outside the kitchen. The towels and linens are provided.

Relax on the spacious screened in deck! Fantastic view of the lake! NOTE: The complex is working on all decks and has temporarily added support beams on the deck. This doesn't interfere with the amazing view of the lake.

Master Bedroom has a king bed with an attached full bath. Big windows to watch the water and boats go by while lying in bed. Second Bedroom has a Queen bed and nearby full bathroom.

There is a sofa sleeper for 2 additional guests.

Regatta Bay is a nice tree lined property on the 12 MM in Horseshoe Bend. It has tennis courts, 2 Pools, directly on the water. Playground for the kids. There were lots of nice touches and we had plenty of kitchenware. The unit is older but many updates have been done and it was very clean. We enjoyed the view from the patio." - "We knew from the pics this condo would give us LOCATION, space for the family (5 adults & 1 infant) to stretch out, the amount of bed/baths we needed and a screened in balcony with a good lake view. But what we didn't see from the photos is how exceptionally clean this condo was, the higher-end materials that are in the kitchen and how well appointed this place was. Very comfortable. First thing we noticed walking in the door is the nice new carpet vacuumed from corner to corner. Walking in further we noticed it smelled fresh & clean. The kitchens granite countertops, stainless steel appliances & marble all shined. And once we opened the shades to the balcony, which stretched the entire width of the condo, we saw exactly what I was hoping for-a spectacular view of the lake. And the balcony was spotless. You don’t find that much at the Lake, but this one was unbelievably clean. We HIGHLY recommend this condo. The owners were very communicative/informative and made sure we knew they were available if we needed them, but we didn't. The only thing that we couldn't tell from the photos that wasn't on the exceptional side was the master bathroom shower. It was pretty tight. Especially given how spacious the bathroom is overall. But not a big deal. Again, super super clean condo and extremely well appointed. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thanks so much for hosting my family during this milestone birthday get-a-way!"

- "My husband and I had a great time staying here. Our contact Tara was super nice and accommodating, allowing us to check in a bit early so we could get to having fun quickly. The Hippo pool right next door was awesome! The drinks there were delicious, the pool was nice and clean and it was great to be able to just waddle back to our place after a few drinks! Overall the place was very nice and clean except for the fridge, there was leftover food in the fridge from a previous guest, which could have been mistakingly left by the clean up crew, and since we checked in early I can't fault them for it. Welcome to “The Front Porch” at the Lake! Nestled in a quiet cove at the 9 MM just off Horseshoe Bend with beautiful views of the main channel. Come relax on the large porch in the jetted hot tub or cozy patio furniture! If you’re up for grilling, use our propane grill to serve up a delicious meal. We share a community dock with access to fish or swim just steps down from the home. The concrete sidewalk around the cove leads to the dock. This 1,785 square foot home sleeps up to 12 guests!

We have 2 kayaks on the dock and a floating mat on-site for our guests to use. There is also a community swim platform at the peak of the cove.

This place was just that! The house was just for my boyfriend and I, but the bedrooms upstairs could’ve easily fit 12 more people. There was large common areas that would be perfect for larger groups. We also spent many mornings starting our days on the back deck enjoying coffees and ending our days on the deck in the hot tub! It was super clean! I am also a clean freak so it even went above and beyond my standards! You cannot go wrong staying here.
