Special shout out to Mary at the check in desk for managing the difficulties we experienced with our Expedia reservation. Also, Erin, our server at The Three Owls, was outstanding. Eric who serves at the bar and the restaurant was wonderful with the service he provided. The front desk host, who was also the employee of the month was wonderdul. - "Beautiful property which was well decorated. Very quiet rooms with really comfortable beds. We slept really well. The only problem was a heavy vanilla-cinnamon scent that was in the entry way by the main desk. It really affected my asthma. I asked about it and front desk clerk started that it was their "signature holiday accent". You could smell it all the way up the elevator. We decided to not try the restaurant because I'd have to walk through it."
