Upstairs, you’ll find three beautifully furnished bedrooms, each equipped with a cozy queen-sized bed to provide a restful night’s sleep. One of the bedrooms comes with a TV for entertainment, perfect for unwinding after a long day of activities. The layout ensures ample space and privacy for every guest, creating a serene sleeping environment.

Bathrooms:
Two full bathrooms are located upstairs in each of the 2 bedrooms out of 3 bedrooms, making morning routines a breeze. Each bathroom is equipped with all the essentials you need for a comfortable stay. Additionally, there is a half bathroom located on the ground floor, offering quick and easy access.

Living Room:
The living room serves as the central gathering space of the house. It’s furnished with comfortable seating, making it ideal for watching TV, playing games, or simply relaxing with your loved ones. The open and welcoming layout encourages interaction and togetherness.

We liked our stay but had to hit up Walmart to buy stuff for our stay that should have been provided (silverware, paper towels, bedding). If you only need to sleep 4 and are planning to eat out for all your meals, it is great. Honestly, $30 is all you need to make this a great place for the 6 person capacity indicated in the listing. The dog in apt 201 next door woke us up barking at 3am every morning. That totally sucked. In general, everything was clean on the surface but the vinyl floors in the unit trap a lot of dirt that is hard to clean. It was apparent that the unit had been cleaned before we arrived but all my white socks are dark brown after walking around in the unit without shoes on."

Two major things to consider before booking:

1. The space is located on the lower level of our home. You can expect normal levels of noise during waking hours. We honor quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

2. As a guest you will not have access to the thermostat. The area is connected to a central heat and cooling system. (Summer Temp: 75 / Winter Temp: 70)

Please treat our home as if it were your own and keep the space tidy. No smoking or vaping inside - cigarette & 420 smoking can be done out back. We have security cameras on the outside premises of our home. With the space being in the lower level of our home - there is a small area of the ceiling that is lower than the rest so for those folks over 6 feet tall - be mindful of your head in this area. Failure to report additional guests will result in a $100 fee.

Our 2 bedroom 1 bath home sits within a safe, elm tree-filled, neighborhood in the heart of North Kansas City! Enjoy a king or queen bed, Nespresso to start the day, twinkling string-lights around a bonfire, or a movie night on the 55” TV.

Easily located within walking distance to amazing parks (dog park, walking track, splash pad, playground, tennis courts), coffee shops, a unique winery, breweries, one of a kind movie theatre, ice cream shops, and more.

The space
The home has beautiful hardwood floors throughout.

Each bedroom has two large window with blinds and great blackout curtains for sleeping in. There is a queen bed or king bed to choose from. Both bedrooms also have a five drawer dresser and closet space for hanging clothes.

There is also a entryway coat closet free for you to use.

The kitchen space has just about every item needed for your stay.
Nespresso machine, items for pour over coffee, coffee bean grinder, Air Fryer, Ninja Nutri Blender, Ninja Chopper, toaster, Dutch oven, two Crockpots, charcuterie board, mixing bowls, glass containers for meal prepping and storage, wine and whiskey glasses, plate/bowl set for 6 people.

There is seating for two at the island/bar and two additional bench seats behind the couch to enjoy your meals.

The laundry room has a storage bench for shoes, hanging space for clothing to dry, and a pantry for dried goods.

Through the side door you will find a large deck that is surrounded by string-lights to enjoy at night. Have your dinner or morning coffee at the bistro table, listen to the neighborhood birds chirp, read a book, watch the bees pollinate our wildflowers, sunbathe, or enjoy a bonfire in the backyard.

There is a lot of privacy thanks our neighbors fences that surround our backyard, however the yard is not "fully fenced".

We've truly fallen in-love with the quaint, quiet neighborhood and hope others do too!
