Five bedrooms: each with a King size bed and three and a half baths, seven fireplaces.

There are three foldout beds: a queen size pullout couch in the downstairs TV room. A twin size foldout couch in the den adjacent to the downstairs bathroom, and a queen size futon in the indoor putting green upstairs. A total of 8 beds.

The upper level has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, while the lower level offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, catering to the needs of all guests. Drift off to sleep in the luxurious king bed, four queen beds, or make use of the convenient roll-away twin for additional sleeping arrangements.
Guests are welcome to hang out and relax on the back patio and enjoy the amazing tree-lined backyard, with a recently added firepit area! Several coffee shops, Cliff Drive, Kessler Park, and the amazing newly renovated Kansas City Museum are just blocks away in the beautiful Historic Northeast Neighborhoods.
The lower level space can only be accessed via the secure entrance off of the back patio. There is no internal access between the upper and lower levels.
The driveway offers convenient off-street parking for two cars and there is always plenty of free street parking available directly in front of the home. Unfortunately, the garage is not accessible for guests at this time.
The tree-lined backyard is a perfect spot to relax, whether on the back patio or the newly added firepit area! Please note that the Adirondack chairs are moved into storage during KC's harsh winter months to prevent damage.
