- "We are from Kansas City and moved away 6 years ago. We come back once or twice a year for family, friends, and/or holidays. This location was great! Plenty of food and bars near by, 15 minutes from Arrowhead, and 25 minutes from fowntown KC. Not only was the location great, but i believe we were the hosts first short term renters. One would expect there to be an issue and there was. Nothing major, just a bed issue. Issues can be expected occassionally. As a fellow business owner i get this. Issues are more about how they are resolved. They were there in kess than 12 hours to fix the bed! They even ket us use the garage to store our Jeep accessories so that ee could take it apart for the week! Awesome experience! Thanks again!"

- "The location was slightly hard to find but the inside of the house was beautiful and there was plenty of room! We had 6 adults (3 couples) and one toddler and we all had plenty of room! We enjoyed this hope and will definitely be coming back in the future." - "As this was my first VRBO stay I must say I was really impressed. The house is spacious, clean and beautiful. The house was stocked with everything from toilet paper to pots and pans. The Host was easy to communicate with and respectful of our privacy. The only issues I have is I still don't know what the non refundable cleaning fee was for if we have to wash our own bed linen and towels, take all the trash out to the porch and clean the kitchen. It was also stated if we don't start the washer with our bed linen and towels we MAY occur another cleaning fee on top of the original cleaning fee. This place was also 30 mins from the party scene so if you come to party be ready for that drive. Overall I will definitely be back but this time I will bring my kids as this house fits at least 12 people comfortably."

This quiet neighborhood is close to hospitals, restaurants, stadiums, shopping, and more. PLEASE NOTE: we have exterior security cameras. ALSO—— there is absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind, including e-cigarettes in or near this property. If you are a smoker, this property is not for you. We have a severe asthmatic family member as we live upstairs and we can’t have any smoke residue in the linen, walls, duct work, curtains, furniture, etc. If you are a smoker, we charge $500 to clean all of the area including duct work. Smokers need to smoke OFF our property and will be also liable if any hospital bills are incurred due to the residue from your clothes that can be detected. We don’t apologize for being so strict about this policy. It’s for the safety of our family member and we appreciate your respect of this matter.

There are 4 bathrooms. There is a queen sofa bed and a futon in the family room. Guests will feel right at home! Enjoy the fantastic amenities like the pool, expansive backyard, projection screen TV, mini bar, air hockey table, dart board, pool table, and a walkout basement with furnished patio. A park, walking trail, pond, and basketball court are right outside the back gate. WiFi, AC, queen size air mattress, and a washer and dryer are available during your stay. There were a lot of great small touches that made this place perfect for us- floaties for the pool, Nespresso in the kitchen, throw blankets in the living room, toys, puzzles, etc. The baby gates are a little annoying for a family without small children but I do see the value in them for a family with toddlers.
