- "We are from Kansas City and moved away 6 years ago. We come back once or twice a year for family, friends, and/or holidays. This location was great! Plenty of food and bars near by, 15 minutes from Arrowhead, and 25 minutes from fowntown KC. Not only was the location great, but i believe we were the hosts first short term renters. One would expect there to be an issue and there was. Nothing major, just a bed issue. Issues can be expected occassionally. As a fellow business owner i get this. Issues are more about how they are resolved. They were there in kess than 12 hours to fix the bed! They even ket us use the garage to store our Jeep accessories so that ee could take it apart for the week! Awesome experience! Thanks again!"

- "The location was slightly hard to find but the inside of the house was beautiful and there was plenty of room! We had 6 adults (3 couples) and one toddler and we all had plenty of room! We enjoyed this hope and will definitely be coming back in the future." - "As this was my first VRBO stay I must say I was really impressed. The house is spacious, clean and beautiful. The house was stocked with everything from toilet paper to pots and pans. The Host was easy to communicate with and respectful of our privacy. The only issues I have is I still don't know what the non refundable cleaning fee was for if we have to wash our own bed linen and towels, take all the trash out to the porch and clean the kitchen. It was also stated if we don't start the washer with our bed linen and towels we MAY occur another cleaning fee on top of the original cleaning fee. This place was also 30 mins from the party scene so if you come to party be ready for that drive. Overall I will definitely be back but this time I will bring my kids as this house fits at least 12 people comfortably."

This quiet neighborhood is close to hospitals, restaurants, stadiums, shopping, and more. PLEASE NOTE: we have exterior security cameras. ALSO—— there is absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind, including e-cigarettes in or near this property. If you are a smoker, this property is not for you. We have a severe asthmatic family member as we live upstairs and we can’t have any smoke residue in the linen, walls, duct work, curtains, furniture, etc. If you are a smoker, we charge $500 to clean all of the area including duct work. Smokers need to smoke OFF our property and will be also liable if any hospital bills are incurred due to the residue from your clothes that can be detected. We don’t apologize for being so strict about this policy. It’s for the safety of our family member and we appreciate your respect of this matter.

There are 4 bathrooms. There is a queen sofa bed and a futon in the family room. Guests will feel right at home! Enjoy the fantastic amenities like the pool, expansive backyard, projection screen TV, mini bar, air hockey table, dart board, pool table, and a walkout basement with furnished patio. A park, walking trail, pond, and basketball court are right outside the back gate. WiFi, AC, queen size air mattress, and a washer and dryer are available during your stay. - "the house is in a nice safe neighborhood. It had all the supplies we needed to cook and space for all 9 of us to hang out. I gave the accuracy of the description a 2 as we booked this property with the advertisement of it having a hot tub. There was a hot tub but it was not working, no water in it, the lid was off and had leaves and Debree in it. We were really looking forward to it. It did have a pool and prior to booking I reached out to the host asking if it was heating as we would be there in March and knew it would be cold. We were notified that the pool doesn't have a heater and would not be in available, but nothing was said about the hot tub. I did reach out to the host once we noticed the hot tub not working. He was very responsive on any questions we had except the ones regarding the hot tub. We made great family memories and had a wonderful time, was just disappointed on the hot tub and no response regarding it"

Brand new built just for you! Our custom home was built with a private side entrance just for our Airbnb guests. Full basement with 2 bedrooms and large spa like bathroom/2 sinks and walk in shower. Basement features sun tunnel and 3 large egress windows so it doesn't feel like a basement at all. High speed wifi. Fire stick tv in living area and bedroom. Kitchenette/Bar with full size refrigerator and counter height dining. Within walking distance of Coffee Shop, Brewery, and Bar and Grill!

The space
Two level house ( I live upstairs) built with a full basement with Sun tunnel and large egress windows so basement is bright and comfortable. Large living room area has TV with firestick and antenna for local channels . Sitting area with chess/checker board and futon. Kitchenette/bar area has water, refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave and counter height table PLEASE NOTE, THERE IS NO KITCHEN, no way to cook other than the microwave. Large bedrooms and large bathroom with 2 sinks and separate shower/toilet area. The futon sleeps two and I also have a twin bed in the storage area that can be pulled out for a 7th guest. The temperature controls are not accessible to guests. I control the temperature upstairs. I do have an extra heater set up if you would like to use it in the living area and both bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is also a box fan in the closet if you need it. I keep it set on pretty standard settings that I am happy to adjust if you need me to.

Garage side entrance has keypad lock entrance just for Airbnb guests. When you enter go down the steps to your living space. You are welcome to pull into the driveway to unload any luggage but must park your car in front of the house. I can't get out of my garage if you leave your car in the driveway.

No outside guests who are not booked. Thank you. ALSO—— there is absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind, including e-cigarettes in or near this property and a $500 fee will be charged. We do have live cameras on the exterior of our home, so please comply. There is a camera off of the garage as well as above our porch. if you are a smoker, this property is not for you. We have a severe asthmatic family member and we CANNOT have any smoke residue in the linens, walls, duct work, curtains, furniture, etc. If you are a smoker, we charge $500 as a security deposit to clean all of the area. Smokers need to smoke OFF our property and will be also liable if any hospital bills are incurred due to the residue from your clothes that can be detected. We don’t apologize for being so strict about this policy. It’s for the safety of this family member and we appreciate your respect of this matter.

-Additional Sleeping Options: The 2 couches in the living area conveniently converts into TWO TWIN (Single bed) FUTON offering extra sleeping space for your stay. An air mattress with linens and blankets is also available.

-The property includes patio furniture for relaxing outdoors and a selection of board games for entertainment.
-Additionally, a clothes steamer is available, and an iron and ironing board are also on-site for your convenience.


Parking Disclaimer: The garage is for the owner's use only, but there is a 2-car driveway on the left side of the property and street parking available for guests.

Check-in is completely contact free—guests use a key pad to unlock the home from the front entrance. The home is all yours with the exception of the garage. You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out.

No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings or No Unregistered guests. Please indicate the number of guests prior to booking.

Do NOT block their parking spots/driveways.

If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.
