The pond is so cute love that sound of the trickling water! There was two bedrooms with a full size mattress and one bedroom with a single and one bathroom. Everything was very clean and tidy! I would say for the price and space it’s 100% worth the booking and there were tvs in each bedroom plus the living room!!! Tv time is important too!! The lego rollercoaster model was super cool!"

• You’re welcome to use the driveway for parking. Please note that the garage is not accessible to guests. For your peace of mind, the property is monitored 24/7 with ADT security and a Ring doorbell.

The equipment in the kitchen is easy to use, but there are a few things to note.
• The garbage disposal switch is located on the right side of the sink, just to the left of the stove.
• Please avoid putting any solid items down the sink.
• Dishwasher tablets are stored under the sink.
• Trash bags can be found in the laundry room.
• Pots and pans are stored in the cabinet below the stove.
• We have provided you with a coffee maker stocked with fresh coffee so you can kick off your mornings with a hot, comforting cup.
• Dishes are easy to find — they’re above the blender, just left of the ice maker. Silverware and utensils are in the drawers to the right of the oven.
• Feel free to help yourself to any of the condiments in the fridge — they’re there to make your stay a little easier and more enjoyable.
• And when you’re done cooking, please double-check that the stove and oven are turned off.

Linen

• We’ve provided bath sheets, towels, and washcloths for your comfort. They’re here to help you relax and refresh during your stay. Just a small favor — please avoid using them to remove makeup, so they stay fresh and last longer for everyone to enjoy.

Toilet/Bathroom

• Just a quick favor for the bathroom: Please refrain from flushing wipes or feminine hygiene products. Many wipes are labeled “flushable,” but they don’t break down like toilet paper and can clog the pipes or cause plumbing problems. Please place these items in the garbage so everything runs smoothly during your stay.

Cleaning

• We’ve provided dish soap and sponges so you can easily keep the kitchen and bathroom tidy during your stay. You’ll find additional cleaning supplies in the laundry room. If needed, a broom, dustpan, and vacuum are stored in the closet.
• For your peace of mind, the home is professionally cleaned following CDC and OSHA standards.

Air Conditioner

Lost & Found Policy. Did you leave something valuable behind? We want to help! We have contracted with our cleaning services to contact the guest, and return anything that may be of value. The charge for returning lost items (that fits in a standard envelope) is $40. We DO NOT keep, and will not return lelt over food, alcohol, or anything that is disposable. Always do a full property sweep before you check out at 10:00am.

This cozy private house sits on a quiet residential street. The large back deck overlooks a spacious tree lined yard over ½ acre of private space. Outdoor seating area provided. Deer and other wildlife have been spotted in the backyard.

There is 1 off street parking spot provided on a gravel driveway. An exterior security camera is on the front of the house near the front door. There are several concrete steps on the sidewalk leading to the front door, no interior steps.

In the backyard beyond the tree line there is a drop off and a creek. Children need to be supervised at all times in the yard as there is no fence blocking the creek.

This property offers parking in the front of the home on the driveway if you choose to bring your car. You can also walk around to check out the restaurants and shops only a few blocks away from the property. Uber/Lyft is also a very recommended mode of transportation and very accessible in this area.
