Recently renovated and located on the Gravois arm with the best view you will find. Has a nice sized deck with plenty of room to sit back and relax. You can also enjoy some great fishing right off of the dock. If you bring your own boat you can get to the Bagnell dam and a lot of restaurants quickly by water. This is also a great place to go for a jog or walk and enjoy seeing some exotic animals right up the road. Also, I have the house next door that can be rented too. Message me if interested. One of our favorite restaurants in Laurie is LaCantina which has great Mexican food as well as a spectacular lake view from inside the restaurant. If you don't have or rent a boat for your stay, the Playin Hooky Water Taxi based out of Millstone Lodge is a Pontoon Boat that offers transportation to restaurants and bars on the Lake. This redecorated private lake-front cabin resides on an open cove (1-mile marker of the Gravois Arm) and is a favorite for many of our family vacationers. The property includes q grassy yard, a terraced shade garden, shade trees and a private dock.

The open floor plan includes the living room with sofa sleeper (full size) and flat screen TV , dining area for 6, built in desk, kitchen, laundry room, and full bath with a walk in shower. Two bedrooms both with queen size beds and access to two concrete patios. This private family home comfortably sleeps 6.

This lake front property is shaded with several full size trees. Guests enjoy relaxing on one of the two patios and taking advantage of the covered dock. Guests can rent the on-site boat slip (10' X 24') for $10 per day.

The 900 square foot cabin includes air conditioning, TV, DVD, WIFI, gas grill, all bedding, bath towels, dish towels and iron. The kitchen is fully furnished and includes a stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator (with an ice maker). Other features include weekly trash pick-up, and open parking for up 4 vehicles.

Family Lake Fun!

THE PROPERTY - 2 Bedroom, 2 full bath, 2 living rooms, 3 decks, Gorgeous Lake View Sleeps 6.

It is a violation of the Rental Agreement for the reserving guest to rent our lake home for someone under 25 years of age. The reserving guest must be 25 years old and must stay on the property with other guests.

Dock - The dock has a swim platform available for swimming. No boat slip available. You may tie your boat up on the swim platform side of the dock. Our no wake cove is very large. We are at the end where it's extremely remote and quiet. From November to April the water drops significantly via Ameren's Bagnell Dam water draw down in anticipation for the spring rain. This beautiful lakefront home is located on the Westside, on the 4MM which is in the Mill Creek Cove at Lake of the Ozarks. Our home is located on the Gravois Arm and its the absolute best location on the lake. The house has a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the lower level bedroom and 2 full bathrooms. One on each level makes it great for 2 families to share this home. New furniture and cute updates on the inside makes this home cozy. Both sofas are sleeper's with premium comfy mattresses; no bars in your back with these! It also features a private swim dock, gas grill, 2 decks, 3rd is halfway down to the dock, Pedalboat, 3 Kayaks, fire pit, and so much more! A fully equipped kitchen! The swim platform on the dock is complete with a 4 person patio table and chairs, swim ladder, There is a jet ski ramp for you to use. This location has an incredible area for swimming. The cove is super calm and a no wake area perfect for using the kayaks and paddle boat; it's super fun! Lake Burger is at the beginning of the cove. Via boat these other restaurants about 10 minutes by water to Horny Toad & Shady Gators, Coconuts, and Jolly Rogers.

This lake property is geared for families for family fun and memory making. A mesh baby gate has been installed at the top of the stairs and it's removable to bring to the lower level to keep the kids from going back up the stairway.
