This is a great SMALL COMPLEX, CLOSE TO EVERYTHING! Located on 5 acres; right in the city limits of Lake Ozark. If you are looking for a great condo to relax, with great views of the Lake at mile marker 1, this is it! The condo is 600 sq ft of tropical bliss! Our unit was recently renovated in May 2021. There are new cabinets, appliances, countertops, floors, shower and tub.

Monarch Cove Condominiums are located on Horseshoe Bend and on the two-mile marker of the Osage by water. Our unit has 1170 square feet of living space, with a large wrap-around deck. Just a short walk away is a lakefront heated pool and hot tub. There is a lighted waterfront promenade for walking, or to access other buildings and boat docks. Please note that you will have to walk down two flights of steps to reach the unit. There is no elevator access down to the unit. You can walk down the walkway to the elevator and do one level down, but still have to walk down one flight of stairs.

The bedroom has a queen-size bed and direct access to the deck. The sleeper sofa in the living room has a new memory foam mattress, which sleeps very comfortably. The unit is beautifully furnished .

The condominium has two sets of sliding glass doors in the living room, which provides a wonderful view of the main channel. There is a gas fireplace for those chilly fall nights. The dining room and kitchen have all the amenities necessary for an enjoyable stay. You will not be disappointed in this spot for a great vacation!

Nicely remodeled 2 bed 2 bath condo with 12x32 boat slip. Nice view of a calm protected cove. Has a swim dock if you don’t have a boat. Heated pool a few steps from the condo. Good crappie fishing from the docks. Close to Bagnal dam strip. Many restraunts and bars a short boat ride away. BBQ grill and all cooking supplies available. Jet ski slip on dock 5…5-6.
