It is newly updated, warmly decorated and well-appointed with all the comforts of home. *The house has undergone extensive interior renovations in 2021!* This chalet sleeps comfortably and is perfect for a family getaway, a couples retreat, wedding guests, or a girls getaway. There is a brand new king size bed in the master bedroom, a new queen size bed in the 2nd main floor bedroom, and four twin beds (2 bunkbeds) in the loft area. A portable crib is also available. Guests will love the lake view from the new, private hot tub!

Located on a 2.2 acre, secluded, wooded lot, our chalet offers guests both privacy and solitude. No steep roads to the chalet and no steep slopes on the property! The lake is fully stocked and there is a dock, private, sandy beach and fishing gear. Guests can enjoy the stone, wood burning fireplace, relax on the wrap-around deck, or take the paddle boat and kayaks out on the lake to explore. The chalet is very private but conveniently located near many of the amenities, including four beaches found on Lake Aspen. For wedding guests, our chalet is within walking distance to the Aspen Center.

At the larger lakes, guests can play in the sand or spend the day swimming. At the chalet, enjoy a fire next to the lake (firewood is provided), or fish from the private lakeside dock. Guests can also relax on the deck or hammock with a nice glass of wine or a book. While the beautiful, wooded 2.2 acres of this chalet encourage you to unwind and unplug, you'll still find it complete with a 50” flat screen ultra 4K HD smart TV (Philo cable tv & all local channels in full HD), DVD player, and a home theater system. There is an additional fire TV/DVD player with XBOX in the loft area for the kids, as well as a Fire TV in the Master bedroom. Our chalet also has excellent cell phone reception! We also have WiFi!!!

Our guests have access to all of the amenities and activities at Innsbrook. With over 100 lakes on 7500 acres, you’ll find plenty to keep you busy at Innsbrook. Some of the sports activities include an 18-hole golf course with Clubhouse/Restaurant, outdoor swimming pool with new recreation complex (including guest laundry facilities, fitness center, pickle ball courts and playground), lighted tennis courts, basketball, and sand volleyball (within walking distance). There is also an outdoor chess board and shuffleboard. Guests can also go horseback riding, rent a variety of boats, and rent bikes and games as well. Our spacious, 3,500 square foot house is located on the largest and most scenic lake in the heart of Innsbrook. Alpine Lake is a 240-acre lake and Innsbrook is a serene lake community on 7,500 wooded acres that is a short 50-mile drive from St. Louis.

Our property is completely surrounded by the tranquil woods of Innsbrook, with barely a view of any neighbors. The house is on two levels. After parking in the roomy, three-car garage, you enter via the upper level. You are in the wide open Great Room with stunning views of the lake, an open kitchen with an island for cooking and a gas powered fire place. An exit to the left will put you on a huge wood deck with BBQ pit, patio furniture and nice sunset views.

On the other side of the Great Room are the two upstairs bedrooms. The master bedroom has an open view of the lake, while the second bedroom faces the front path, wood bridge, stream and woods. Past the two bedrooms is the master bath with lake view. In addition to a large walk-in shower, there is an over-sized tub, which is perfect for relaxing. The walk in closet is the size of a small bedroom.

When you head downstairs, you walk right into the wide open room containing a big screen TV, several DVDs and a full-sized billiards table. Both bedrooms downstairs have direct views of the lake. The second full bath is in-between them and contains an over-sized shower. Outside the downstairs entrance is a small patio that also offers great views of the lake. This deck takes you to a rock pathway leading down to the wood dock. This area is also fantastic for sunsets with the pink hue reflecting right off of the lake. You can fish off of the dock or take our full-sized canoe out on the lake to hunt for additional fishing spots. For your water sport amusement, we also provide kayaks, paddle boards, rafts/floaties and noodles.

Innsbrook offers a championship, 18-hole golf course, huge swimming pool with a view of Lake Aspen, tennis courts, horse stables, various hiking trails, over 100 lakes (some with beaches), conference center, and several events throughout the year.

Whitetail Lakeside Chalet is located in beautiful Innsbrook Resort. This renovated chalet has so much to offer including a spacious, yet cozy cabin atmosphere, an extended great room with vaulted ceilings, and a three season room. This is one of the few chalets at Innsbrook that features a lower level with a walk out, making it possible for year round comfort. The fully-equipped kitchen features quartz counter tops, new appliances, and a convenient layout for cooking and gathering with family and friends. The great room has a comfortable seating area with a wood burning fireplace, a walk up bar area, and a game table with a flat screen television. The great room leads to a spacious deck, with expansive views overlooking sought after Whitetail Lake.

The chalet offers three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The main floor bedroom has a king sized bed with an attached full bathroom and large walk-in shower. There are two bedrooms upstairs and a full bath. One upstairs bedroom has a king sized bed with a twin trundle. The second upstairs bedroom has two queen sized beds with a twin trundle. A pack ‘n play and mini crib is provided for the little ones. The lower level has a sectional couch.

The chalet has beautiful views of Whitetail Lake from almost every room. Outside, there are many places to sit and enjoy the lake and the woods. The lake is eight acres of pure fun! Kayaks, a standup paddleboard, peddle boat, lifejackets and more are provided for your use. A lakeside fire pit with Adirondack chairs is waiting for you!

A fully stocked kitchen is available: pots, pans, plates, utensils, coffeemaker, toaster, crockpot, etc. A full-size washer and dryer are located on the lower level. An iron and board, laundry detergent, linens, bath towels, and beach towels are supplied; however, personal items such as soap, shampoo, and other favorite things should be brought by guests. A hair dryer is provided in each bathroom.

Our spacious, newer, 4000 square foot house is located on Lake Alpine, the largest (240 acre) and most scenic lake in the heart of Innsbrook. There is a recently completed addition of a 4th bathroom and double bunk bonus room in the lower level! Note that this considered our 5th "bedroom" and suitable as a kid's hangout. There are also 2 new sit on top of kayaks for a total of 4 kayaks, 4 stand up paddleboards and a brand new 3 person canoe. PLEASE NOTE: The two person tandem kayak is for owner use only.

We have a STRICT NO PETS (including service animals) and NO TOBACCO OR CANNABIS SMOKING policy (inside or anywhere on our property) due to severe allergies in our family. We cannot make exceptions even for hypoallergenic pets. If you can abide by these rules, you'll love our home!

Our house is on two levels. After entering our circular driveway through our manicured lawn and planting beds, you'll park in the roomy, three-car garage and enter via the upper level mudroom offering the convenience of a washer and dryer. There is also an oversized pantries to store all of your consumables. The open Great Room and eating area offer stunning views of the lake, an open kitchen with an island for extra seating, and a wood burning fireplace (firewood and fire starters are provided). The kitchen is well-appointed with stainless steel appliances and is attached to a breakfast area with seating for 6-8 and spectacular views of Lake Alpine. This leads out to a spacious deck with a Weber 2 burner gas grill, and patio furniture/umbrella, offering beautiful sunset views. Don’t worry if you do not want to be out in the elements--there is also a roomy screened-in porch to take in the sights and sounds of nature and is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee fresh from our Keurig with coffee pods included in your rental! The smoothie lovers will love the ninja blender. There is formal dining room comfortably seats 6-8 guests.

Across the Great Room are the two upstairs bedrooms. The master ensuite bedroom with a king-sized Restoration Hardware bed and new Beautyrest mattress has an open view of the lake. In the master bathroom, there is a large walk-in shower and an over-sized tub, perfect for relaxing. The master bedroom also has an oversized walk-in closet. The second bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed with memory foam mattress and faces the beautifully landscaped front yard. There is a full bathroom with an oversized shower across the hallway.

Downstairs is a wide-open recreation room containing a flat-screen TV, a full-sized billiards table, a ping pong table and an upright piano. For more cerebral recreational activities there are various board games for rainy days. Both bedrooms downstairs have direct views of the lake and have queen-sized beds. The third full bathroom is on the lower level and contains a shower/tub combo. A newly added 4th full bathroom is in lower level as well as a bonus bunk bed room which will be perfect for our younger guests. There is a pack 'n play to accommodate our smallest guests.

Outside of the downstairs entrance is a large patio that offers spectacular views of the lake. There are 2 more patio tables with chairs, a fire pit and comfortable seating, allowing you to enjoy the beautifully landscaped backyard framed by expansive Lake Alpine. The patio takes you to a rock pathway leading down to the wood dock. This area is fantastic for sunsets with the pink hue reflecting right off of the lake.

If you like lake activities, our house cannot be beat. You can fish off the dock or take our full-sized canoe or four kayaks out on the lake to hunt for additional fishing spots. We have a live well and fishing net but please supply your own fishing poles and bait. Our newest additions are 3 standup paddle boards and 4 kayaks! Additionally, all ages will enjoy our lily pad. Alternatively, the stone pathway leads to our sandy beach which is perfect for lounging or as an entryway to the lake for swimming or for kayaks/canoes. PLEASE NOTE: The two person tandem kayak is for owner use only.

Other amenities include board games and pickle ball equipment to be used on the new pickle ball courts.

Please note the following considerations regarding our property: 1) Pontoon boat usage is not allowed. We do not rent out our pontoon boat. 2) There is a 4-5 night minimum for most holidays as well as some weekends during June to August. 3) There is strictly NO SMOKING anywhere inside our house or on our property and there are NO PETS allowed during your stay. 4) There is a strict maximum of 12 guests (additional child under 2 is allowed) and 4 cars at any time during your stay. 5) For bookings from May through October, check in on Saturday or Sunday is not allowed. And checkout on Saturday is not allowed. Thank you for your understanding.

We strive to maintain the home and landscaping, so on occasion, mowing and or landscape maintenance may take place during your stay. We appreciate your understanding for any disruption that might occur.

This is our family's chalet that we would like to share with others seeking the Innsbrook Resort experience. We grew up at my grandfather's house on Lake St Gallen. Having a young family, we decided to buy the chalet and share it with other families which is what makes this possible for us!

The chalet was renovated in 2020 and sits on Lake St Gallen. It has a new kitchen and is well stocked with cookware and utensils. There is also a new commercial ice machine installed in the kitchen so you don't have to worry about running out filling up your cooler. We also have Spectrum with FanDuel for Blues/Cardinals games!

It is a flat lot with a short walk to the lake where you will find a private dock, gravel beach with a fire-pit, and a couple canoes (w/life jackets) included with the rental. The lake is one of our favorites in all of Innsbrook, boasting ~50 acres, a fantastic tree line, and tons of fish. Just a few hundred feet South on the lake is a beach that is great to relax on and let your kids play in the water. This is a dog friendly home allowing dogs (we have a large Bulldog so no size limit!).

Our chalet has three bedrooms and two baths. The master has a king sized bed on the main level with a full sized bed in the loft and a queen bed with two twin beds in the upstairs bedroom.

This Chalet has the old Innsbrook "Treehouse" feel with modern updates throughout. We also have Wifi included that can handle video and working remotely.

The open floorplan allows for large gatherings and features an entire wall of windows overlooking Innsbrook’s Blue Heron Lake. The lakefront features zero-entry access from a sandy beach just steps away from the deck, allowing you to keep a close eye on little ones and pets. The deck can be closed off to limit access to water if necessary, and sliding door alarms have been installed to alert you to any little escapees.

You’ll find all the comforts of home during your stay. Fresh linens and comfy beds that will make you think twice about getting up early! The main floor consists of a fully functioning kitchen, full bath with clothes dryer, a large, open living/dining area with gorgeous stone fireplace, and master bedroom with deluxe king-sized bed. The premium, pillow top mattress is sure to give you a great night’s sleep. If you forget anything there are essential toiletries on hand complimentary with your stay.

An outdoor shower let’s you freshen up before going inside. All of the outdoor amenities at Firefly Inn are immediately accessible from the chalet making access not only extremely convenient, but also allows you to keep a watchful eye on children and pets. Lifejackets are available in a variety of sizes and are recommended.

There are two fire pits on the property for gathering and toasting marshmallows. One is located at the water’s edge and one is tucked away within the large circle drive.

- "The set-up at this location was perfect. There were 7 of us. We loved having the lake just steps from the back door. The sandy beach area was wonderful. Our dogs loved, loved the lake and also appreciated having their own full-sized doggie couch to lounge on. We fully enjoyed the two kayaks, paddle board and the paddle boat...and the lily pads. We had fun fishing and caught and released quite a few fish. We saw several cool water snakes and a turtle. It was a full moon while we were there, and the moon over the lake in the evening while sitting around a small campfire was perfection. The chalet does get a little warm in the heat of the day, but the ac catches up nicely in the late afternoon! All in all it was a perfect five days of fun and relaxation."

This chalet is nestled in the woods, located just minutes from the front gate and sits on one of the best lots in all of Innsbrook. Not only will you enjoy the beautiful views but the chalet stands out from the rest due to the flat water's edge property, private hot tub, unique pergola with relaxing swings that surround the fire pit, private beach, kayaks, 4- person paddle boat, stand up paddle boards, 6 person pontoon boat, Lily pad, and a private dock which is perfect for sipping coffee in morning, sunbathing, feeding the catfish or catching blue gills and bass!

The main level is complete with a cozy kitchen, full bath with a small shower, dining room, family room with a wood burning stove, a bedroom featuring one queen sized bed, wrap around deck and stunning views of Lake Audubon. Enjoy Innsbrook Resort while relaxing at Dragonfly Dreams. Our lakefront chalet located on Whitetail Creek Lake has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. This chalet sleeps 12 comfortably with a king size bed in the master bedroom, then upstairs has a queen size bed and the other two bedrooms each have a full size bed plus a set of bunk beds. There is a child safety gate at the top of the stairs as well as outside on all the stairs. The upstairs bathroom has a full bathtub and shower combination. The stairs to the second floor are the standard stairs in the Innsbrook Chalets.

Guests will love the lake view with beautiful sunsets from the house deck, sandy beach or fishing dock. Lake is stocked and lots of fish to be caught using the fishing equipment available to our guests. Enjoy the spacious lakefront land by swinging on the swing or playing volleyball or others games in the large flat backyard. Guests can use the canoe, 3 kayaks, muck mat off the beach, tennis equipment or cook out on the gas grill. Enjoy coffee in the morning from the back deck or the private deck off the master bedroom. Have fun making s’mores and memories at the outdoor lakeside firepit.

Inside relax playing any of the many board games or curling up on the couch for a movie by the 3-sided wood burning fireplace. Plenty of space to spread out and entertain between the kitchen, high-top table or large dining room table utilizing the recently upgraded stainless steel appliances.

Our guests have access to all of the amenities and activities at Innsbrook. With over 100 lakes on 8000 acres, so many fun things to do at Innsbrook. Some of the sports activities include an 18-hole golf course with driving range and clubhouse restaurant, outdoor swimming pool with fitness center and playground, pickleball courts, tennis courts, basketball, and sand volleyball. Guests can also go horseback riding, go on a hayride, hike the miles of trails, swim at one of the 14 beaches or rent a variety of boats. Innsbrook also offers outdoor concerts and summer camp for the kids. Please note that the outdoor pool is open from Memorial Weekend to Labor Day Weekend.

- "We loved the view and all of the little extras the hosts had left for us (fresh flowers, great wine, even s’mores supplies!). It was so fun to listen to birds and spy deer eating foliage in the yard, and we all slept great. The only downside was that the lake was a bit too shallow and plant-filled for us to enjoy swimming or kayaking, but we had no trouble keeping ourselves busy with all of the other activities at Innsbrook (pickleball, swimming at the pool, even just board games at the house) and nearby (Cedar Lake Cellars and Thierbach Orchards were both a lot of fun). Our whole group agreed that this was our best family vacation by far, and we definitely look forward to coming back."

The cabin comfortably sleeps 10 in beds with it being a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath with a spacious loft. King bed in the main suite, queen bed in the guestroom, and two bunkbeds in the final room with full/twin mattresses. There is an air mattress, futon, sleeper sofa and pack and play for your use. Max allowable capacity is 10 people. There is a fishing boat with paddles, lily pad, 3 adult kayaks and 2 kid kayaks, and a hottub. Our inventory of water gear is constantly changing as things get added or replaced. Such is the nature of outdoor "toys." It will always look similar to what you see pictured but may not be EXACTLY the same. Feel free to inquire about anything specific you've seen and we'll let you know of any changes. No parties or loud noises.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath chalet is one of the most unique properties at Innsbrook. The interior is very comfortable and perfect for one or two families to share. Beautiful cedar walls and ceiling, rustic wood burning fireplace and absolutely breathtaking views of Lake Grendel. The master bedroom is on the main floor with lake views from the queen size bed. The second floor has a spacious loft, where you'll find a pull out futon that sleeps two. Another queen bed is in the 2nd bedroom. The 3rd bedrooms is a custom "bunk room", with a total of 9 bunk beds, all twin size. There's also an extra twin mattress conveniently stored as a trundle under one of the triple bunks.

Outside, the screened-in porch and large deck feel like extra rooms of the house. The screened-in porch has a large dining table and sectional couch. The deck has two tables with enough seating for 10 very comfortably. The beach is steps away from the deck and sits between the bocce court on one side of the yard and a stone fire pit on the other. One of the biggest reasons we chose this house, though, was the huge grassy playing field that is ideal for kickball games or late night Capture the Flag. We have a private dock for fishing, 3 large and 2 small kayaks and a paddle board available to guests..

This large chalet is perfect for large families or to share with friends. Walk in the front door and enjoy the private lake view and amazing sunsets with floor to ceiling windows and a wood burning fireplace in the great room. The fully stocked and oversized kitchen has everything you need to make meals. Gas grill available as well. Seating options abound with 8 seated at the dining table and 4 more additional counter seats. Outdoor dining tables seat 12. There are 2 main floor masters with full baths. Upstairs are 2 additional bedrooms, a 3rd full bathroom, and a large sleeping loft and game area. Full washer and dryer. Private dock and beach area, fire pit, kayaks, stand-up-paddleboard, paddle boat, canoe, fishing poles and other lake toys available. Games, puzzles, tv, wifi, and movies all provided.

Lake Charrette Retreat is an upscale home where family and friends can escape everyday life, reconnect with each other and nature, and create unforgettable memories. Large stone home located on a 1.4 acre wooded lot boasts of private dock, lakeside fire pit, furnished decks as well as private pool, hot tub and beach on the shore of Lake Charrette! It has 6 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 2 family rooms with 4K TVs, a shuffleboard, large well-stocked kitchen and deck with gas grill which are perfect for family gatherings. Also included are 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, lily pad and numerous board games which make for a fun stay. There is access to resort amenities including 18 hole golf course, an abundance of lakes, hiking trails, swimming pool, exercise facility, and more. An ideal location for swimming, fishing, and fireside gatherings.

BRAND NEW FURNISHINGS AND BEDDING The chalet includes a master bedroom with king bed, Roku TV and wonderful natual light flooding the space; adjacent main floor bathroom with washer and dryer; a fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher; family room with a beautiful stone fireplace to warm up on those cold winter days, comfy sectional, DVD player and Roku TV, coffee table height foosball table; loft area with cute bunkbeds, twin bed, twin sized convertible chair bed, toys for the kids, oversized bean bag chairs and an additional Roku TV and DVD player with DVDs for the kids; additional bedroom upstairs with queen bed; full bathroom upstairs as well!

The deck has Adirondack chairs surrounding the gas firepit and a 6-person dining table complete with umbrella. Down by the dock, you will find a wood burning firepit, 2 kayaks, Aqua Lily Pad, life jackets, fishing poles and a beach area with beach toys! Ready for fun filled days in the sun!

Grab the S'mores kit and head out to one of the firepits to start roasting some marshmallows and making great memories!
