The clerk was SO helpful getting me & 3 tired kids into another place. I texted through VRBO several times for help but got no response. After a couple days with the charge still showing I contacted VRBO - I have never had this happen & did not have the wherewithal to look on the vrbo website - I had just been trying to contact “Travelscape LLC” through the App. I got through & was told I “should’ve called right away” to try to get us in - I explained after 5+ hours of driving & only being used to contacting through the App I did not think about contacting VRBO until I saw my card was still being charged. Long story - I got credited but was told I “may or may not” get the credit. Checking from the lobby it looked lovely & clean so maybe we can stay there sometime & I can leave a review based on an actual stay. HIGH praises for the clerk that worked so hard to get me & my kiddos a room for the night :)"
