Private lake-front cabin resides on an open cove.

This redecorated private lake-front cabin resides on an open cove (1-mile marker of the Gravois Arm) and is a favorite for many of our family vacationers. The property includes q grassy yard, a terraced shade garden, shade trees and a private dock.

The open floor plan includes the living room with sofa sleeper (full size) and flat screen TV , dining area for 6, built in desk, kitchen, laundry room, and full bath with a walk in shower. Two bedrooms both with queen size beds and access to two concrete patios. This private family home comfortably sleeps 6.

This lake front property is shaded with several full size trees. Guests enjoy relaxing on one of the two patios and taking advantage of the covered dock. Guests can rent the on-site boat slip (10' X 24') for $10 per day.

The 900 square foot cabin includes air conditioning, TV, DVD, WIFI, gas grill, all bedding, bath towels, dish towels and iron. The kitchen is fully furnished and includes a stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator (with an ice maker). Other features include weekly trash pick-up, and open parking for up 4 vehicles.

This property provides guests with a quiet retreat that is close to lake activities and offers excellent fishing and boating for any vacationer. This "quiet side" retreat is 25-30 minutes away from all the action on the other side of the Lake - Bagnall Dam, Lake Ozarks, and Osage Beach - via the community bridge.

Properties are furnished for normal housekeeping with dishes, cookware, flatware, glasses, grills, and basic appliances. Sofa sleepers are recommended for children’s use only. We are also pleased to provide bed linens, bath towels, and a starter packet of detergents, bath soaps, trash bags and paper products (toilet paper and paper towels). Guests should bring replacements for these starter packet items, your own beach towels, soaps, personal toiletries, coolers, cleaning supplies, camera, life jackets, etc.

Recently updated, cozy 2bd 1ba cabin! The cabin is located on a quiet road perfect for morning or evening walks. There is a partial lake view and tons of wildlife! There is a wrap around deck with plenty of outdoor seating options including a fire pit area. Chairs for the fire pit and outdoor games are located in the shed. There is a gas/charcoal grill for your use as well. There is plenty of parking including lots of space for SXS and fishing boats. There is a public boat ramp within a quarter mile of the house (NO DOCK).

Inside the house can sleep 7-8. 1 queen bed, 1 full bed with twin trundle, queen size sleeper sofa and a twin portable mattress. The kitchen is fully equipped including high quality cookware and small appliances. The pantry is stocked with basic staples such as flour, sugar, spices, coffee, creamer and coffee filters. The bedrooms have USB charging ports on the lamps or alarm clocks. The living room has a 65 inch tv with wifi so you can use your streaming services. The bathroom has toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, feminine products, cotton pads and swabs, hair dryer. Bath towels are provided.

We do ask for quiet time after 11pm to respect our neighbors and nearby Boy Scouts Camp. No parties please!!! Minimum age to rent is 25. There is no garage access, campers, tents or pets! There are security cameras on the exterior of the home for security.

Make memories in the renovated cabin that our family has enjoyed for decades. Swim and fish just a few steps from the front door to dock. Enjoy shaded outdoor grilling and dining on the oversized deck overlooking Bass Cove. Located on the 8.5 mm of the Gravois arm in a quiet no wake cove.

Near many popular destinations and restaurants within short boating or driving distance. Recent renovations include new central heating and AC for your comfort, no matter what season you visit.
The last 1.5 miles of lake road are gravel with a dead-end. Boat trailers CANNOT turn around on the lake road. The Gravois Mills public access ramp is 2 miles by boat and car from the cabin.

The kitchen is complete with microwave, dishwasher, pots, pans, bakeware, utensils, coffee maker, blender, toaster and crock pot. Coffee and a few basic cooking supplies provided. Bathroom/ Laundry supplies include soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste and laundry soap.

Entire living space is one level with sliding door to the upper deck facing the lake. The master bedroom overlooks the lake with a separate entrance from the deck. The living area has an open layout including kitchen, dining and living room. A great area to hang out together! Upper deck has outdoor grill and steps that take you to a large, oversized deck below just feet away from the lake. The oversized deck includes a large patio table with seating for 6. Both decks are shaded by mature trees for those hot summer days!

Includes covered private dock with a single well (10 x 24) slip so bring your boat to experience the calmer waters of the Gravois Arm. Great for skiing and tubing with the kids. The dock includes electricity, swim platform and ladder for easy access in and out of the water. Calm, no-wake cove makes swimming and relaxing in the water easy and enjoyable. For your safety and enjoyment, guests will need to provide their own life vests or flotation devices.

Our home is set up for families to enjoy the lake and all it has to offer. Due to this the minimum age to rent is 25 with no large parties allowed. We ask that you respect our neighbors with no loud outside activities after 10 pm. There are 2 outdoor cameras for safety. No cameras are inside the home. Smoking is not allowed inside the home.

Come relax and enjoy a lakefront getaway at our A-frame cabin located on the Gravois Mills Arm of Lake of the Ozarks. Stunning views and just steps away from the water with your own private swimming dock. Located within a quick ten minute drive to restaurants, coffee shops and groceries.

The space
The cabin has great views of the water from each level. There are two smaller private bedrooms furnished with memory foam queen size beds. The open sleeping loft is accessed by a ladder and boasts a memory foam king mattress and wonderful views of the water. The kitchen is equipped with all your cooking needs. There are two living spaces that are great for relaxing, hanging out in or even using as a work space if needed. Each have their own smart t.v. and seating area. High speed wifi internet is available for guest use. The cabin has multiple decks for you to relax and take in the beautiful lake scenery. It also has a private swimming dock for your enjoyment and use. There is a parking area in front of the home for up to two vehicles for guests to use. Please note that the dock is not available for watercraft docking (except temporarily for loading and unloading), but it is available for your swimming and lounging enjoyment. A nearby boat slip may be available for rent for an additional charge (depending on availability).

Other things to note
No watercraft docking to our dock unless for quick pick-up or drop-off.

Please note that the cabin has a smaller kitchen that does not have a dishwasher. All dishes must be washed by hand.

There is no access to a washer or dryer on site. If needed, Cagle's Lake Laundry laundromat is located 12 miles away in Sunrise Beach.

The cabin, we call "The Cat House", is located on the quieter side of the lake, so you can avoid a lot of the massive boat waves and hustle & bustle seen in other areas. It is located on the 47 mm of the Osage. It has a private dock with two slips and 2 PWC lifts. It is perfect for a small family or small group of friends that want to relax and enjoy the view, fish or swim.

The Hillbilly Hideaway is situated in the back of a tranquil cove, a quarter mile from the the "No Wake" zone and a half mile from the main channel where plenty of restaurants are accessible by water. WiFi provided by CO-MO Electric so you can keep in touch if you want to.
