That's it, our cleaners will take care of the rest, no need to make the bed but they would be grateful cleaned any dirty dishes and left in to dry in the dish rack. Thank you for keeping our cabin safe and clean!

Lake front cabin. All new appliances, furniture, dishes etc. This beautiful cottage is in a great location on the water or by land. It is at the 13mm in Chimney Cove just across the main channel from The Lodge of Four Seasons. Only a 10 minute drive to Osage Beach where you will find fine & casual dining, all kinds of shopping, miniture golf, go carts and much more.

This cabin has so much to offer including 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed the other with a double bed and bunk beds. The living room offers a king size sofa sleeper, smart TV and cable. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, etc. Gas grill provided. All linens and towels are provided.

Enjoy romantic evenings, dinners watching the sunset on the beautiful deck that stretches across the lake side of the cabin. Roast your marshmallows for smores in the firepit with seasoned firewood provided for your use.

There is a boat ramp on the property for easy and convenient boat launching and plenty of parking for your trailer. The private boat dock has a sundeck with "Wet Steps" ladder to soak up the sun and refresh with a swim.

Point Oasis Gas Dock is just across the cove and offers waverunner and pontoon rentals as well as gas and ice.

There is no toilet or shower in the cabin but the bath house is clean with individual stalls (including toilet, shower, sink in each) and is just a few steps walk from the cabin. It was very convenient having the restaurant, live music, sand volleyball, fishing and beach access all within walking distance from the cabin. Overall a great experience for a great price!"

- "The cabin, pool, and property are clean and well maintained. The cabin has everything you need. You can swim, fish, boat, or just relax within 100 feet of your cabin. Sunrise Beach is a perfect location to all surrounding areas. Very affordable prices. Area is peaceful and quite. If you are on the fence about choosing this place , trust me you will not be disappointed!" - "We had a wonderful time. Nice fishing dock if you want to fish. Quite cove easy to access. We caught bass, crappie, and catfish! Enjoyed the huge pool everyday. Great cabin recently remodeled with everything you need. Nice a/c that worked great. Good WiFi also. Nice patio with 2 chairs and Weber grill we used. Can’t wait to go back. Would be nice to rent several cabins for the entire family retreat. They had awesome family pavilion to use also."

"The Creek Cove Cabin" is a 1950's lake front cabin that has been completely renovated yet still has that retro charm. The Cabin is located in Brush Creek cove at the 38mm. Conveniently located close to grocery, shopping, restaurants, Ozark's International Raceway, and The LOOP by black top on the LOTO Westside. By water it is close to Premier Advantage Marine, Bear Bottoms Resort, Captain Ron's, and Big Dick's Halfway Inn. There is a private dock equipped with paddle boards and a float pad to swim off of or tie your boat up to. There is gravel parking space for a couple of cars and or a trailer. There is a boat ramp less than mile away at King's Pointe Resort and RV Resort for a small fee.

- "We had a great time at this house. The private dock is perfect for a small group of people. It is located in a very quiet cove of the lake. We really liked the screened-in porch attached to the house. We can tell the owners have done a lot of work on the house, as many updates have been made and it sleeps four comfortably. If you want to disconnect, spend all your time in the lake and outside on a porch, this is the place for you!" - "Great place to stay!"

- "Nice, cozy, quiet, and inexpensive stay." - "I think I may have been the only booking while I was there. I saw very few people and had a relaxing time. This was near the end of the season, but I can see that it would be a nice base for families, fishing and boating. If you are looking for walkable restaurants, shopping this is not the place for you. This a secluded resort property. Plenty of dock space, decks, shelters for picnics, grilling, fishing etc."

- "Sunrise Shores Cabin 8 is simply AMAZING! It's located in a calm water cove and was the perfect find for our family vacation. The check in/out process was seamless with key code access granted 3 days prior to arrival. The property manager was responsive and easy to reach. This cabin offers a quiet family oriented and pet friendly environment and is located close to a grocery store and Dollar General. It's also just a short boat ride away from Osage Beach and Margaritaville. The cabin was true to the pictures online and the boat ramp was just feet away from the cabin with plenty of parking for our SUV and boat trailer. We kept our boat docked in one of the available slips right in front of our cabin for just an extra $10 per day. The pool was close to the cabin and was clean, well maintained, and not over-crowded. Our kids fished right off the deck and the blue gill and crappy were plentiful. Everything was in working order including the central air that kept the place cool during our entire stay. Lawn chairs, picnic tables, grills, dishes, and etc were all available for use. The tv was set up with Roku and streaming access. The only suggestion I would have for future renters is to make sure you bring extra bath/face towels and toilet paper so you have enough for your entire stay. Towels and linens are provided, but we had a large group including 4 adults and 6 kids for a 4 night stay so we brought extra. We definitely plan to stay at this location again! :-)"

- "Was nice place , easy to find ,boat docks were padded good .will stay again ." - "We enjoyed our stay here, kids had a blast and enjoyed having the boat right at the condo. Kids fished a ton! We swam off the docs and it was a blast! I recommend bringing chairs because there was nowhere for anyone to sit outside other than a bench for 2, there are no tvs for kids at night and no fans in bedrooms. Other than that it was a great stay! Super clean, beds were comfortable also."
