This upscale lodging is well-lit, tastefully and comfortably furnished, suitable for the businessman needing a quiet place to work, a couple on a romantic getaway or the family on holiday.

The wood burning brick fireplace, the focal point of the roomy living area, allows you to enjoy a cozy fire while fixing dinner in the well-equipped kitchen. (Wood for a fire is provided.) We have beautiful woodwork throughout and comfortable leather living room furniture.

You will be tempted outside by the shady patio surrounded by lush ferns, tropical flowers and plants where you will enjoy the breezes in the Spring, Summer or Fall. You will have lots of birds & squirrels to watch; you can listen to the cows’ moo, see an occasional deer and now & then a fox.

Our guest quarters are part of our home. It is 1000 square feet of completely private space. We enter on one side of the house and the entrance to the guest quarters is on the opposite side of the house. The facility has a completely separate parking area, a private patio and its own yard space. We have added some sound deadening insulation but you may hear some people noises. This updated downtown retreat has two bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen, living room, dining room and laundry. Off street parking is behind the house. This property has a large fenced in yard with deck and firepit. Majority of the time you can catch a nice breeze in the backyard while you relax. In the winter you can enjoy the gas fireplace in the living room and stay warm. Downtown is just walking distance way with historic sites and restaurants, coffee shops and shopping.

Need a getaway without a long drive or high cost? Come enjoy this lake front escape on our private 6 acre lake! Peaceful and quiet but not remote or difficult to get to. This place still has work to be done on the outside so if you care about the outer appearance, wait til next summer to book this one. Recently moved from other side of lake for more guest privacy and amazing views! Woods on one side, lake on other. Swimming pool is 18x33 and open approx Memorial Dal to Oct. Pics of outdoor pool recently added. Hot tub is also now open for additional charge and needs a reservation. The pool, docks (there are 2) , hot tub are all shared areas. We can't commit one unit to have complete access but we've never had an issue, plenty of room. If you need a break at a low cost - this is the one. The pictures will sum it up for you. Yes it's a mobile home but it's been fully gutted and redone from top to bottom, you name it, it got done. Fish to your hearts content off the docks, relax in the gazebo overlooking the water. Bring your lawn chair and come sit lakeside and fish, do a campfire, cookout etc. Launch Paddle boat/kayak /walking/riding trails. Even horses are available with advance notice. You can bring your pets but message and gain approval first. Gravel Parking for 2 or there's plenty of extra parking available. This unit is not suitable for children under 10 - please request prior approval for children under 10. Please message for pet approval prior to booking. Please do not book if you are expecting the entire property to yourself. Three houses share the dock, gazebo and pool. We do stay in the property the pool is attached to and that is also a short term rental. So we may be there to maintain pool, etc but we aren't going to bother you or be on the dock or at the pool with you but if the main house is rented, other guests will be present. We want you to be HAPPY and have an awesome time! Please let us know your plans so we can make sure it's what you are looking for, and also make special accommodations for you if we can. The home has a large living room, full kitchen and two bedrooms. There is a game room in-between the two bedrooms with a tv and lots of games. There is a deck out back with a bbq grill. We will be adding outdoor furniture and having the brick firepit redone for spring.

You will have full access to the home and backyard! We have locked access to the attic door and a door in the mud room that is a storage area with utilities.
Other things to note
We have a guest book with a lot of the details on what is in the home and how it works. It is located in the kitchen next to the microwave. The home was built in the 1920's. We have done a lot of renovation with added upgrades including new windows, siding, roof, flooring, updated bathroom, and refinishing the original kitchen cabinets with new granite countertops. The home has settled over time so there are some unlevelled floors that have been stabilized. We also tried to keep as much of the original trim as we could in the home. We loved doing the work and hope your enjoy this home!

Welcome to our downtown Airbnb, a historic gem that has stood since 1890. We've crafted a space with vibrant touches, ensuring your stay is as delightful as the rich history right outside. Our space is an open concept studio, with a full kitchen, one queen bed, a pullout sofa bed that sleeps two, full bath, and full size washer and dryer. You will have to climb a flight of stairs to reach the apartment. As you explore the down town area just outside the BNB, you'll discover an array of fantastic restaurants, excellent shopping, and just 3 blocks from the UCM campus.

This studio was really great to come back to every day and had everything that I needed. Parking is usually pretty easy to find in the city lots that are about a 1-2 minute walk away, but just be aware if there is a large event(like a parade) because you might have to park in a lot that is just a little bit further away(5-minute walk). Everything was clean and had a really great vibe to it!"

Plenty of shade to enjoy the day and then enjoy a nice fire and smores at night. Campfires and fishing is a short walk on the property from the house. View of lake from back porch, its waterfront but terrain isn't ideal for lake access directly behind house. Bookings are limited to 6 months in advance, but message me with your request and I'm sure we can accommodate you. We just want to stay in control of our commitments. We take our rental seriously and handle things professionally so you can count on having a great stay and be comfortable and enjoy your time away from home. Open loft space converted to a rustic loft apartment with a cabin feel! A double bed, two twin beds, TV, Internet, Wifi, sitting area, desk and private shower. Shared half bath with a meeting space named the "Rustic Room" that has a mini kitchen area. Stairs with two balconies. Dogs onsite often being trained on the 40 acres.

This is a rustic space located on 40 acres. Sheets and towels provided. Very unique, cozy and private. All rules and guidelines for Camp Claircrest.

- "When we booked this stay, we expected a small room. When we arrived at this location, not only did we not have direct access to the loft (you have to walk through the dog training business area to access the loft), but the air conditioning was insufficient for the summer and the "mini kitchen" was nothing more than a mini fridge and microwave. I was sweating like I was in a sauna. The "rustic cabin" is not much more than a covered attic. At our time of looking at the property, there was no cable for the TV. The couch shown in the pictures was replaced with a single recliner and bean bags. This place just was not what we expected and was not acceptable to be leasing out. After communicating with the property owner and discussing our issues, she was only willing to refund us 2 of 7 nights reserved. We left 1 hour after arriving due to the conditions, but she did not open the reservation for possible new customers even though VRBO assured me she could. Additionally, VRBO has no negotiating power in any disputes (they can only pass a message), so this will be the last time we use this service. I do not recommend this property unless you are possibly there in the winter and looking for basic accommodations."

Our Vrbo is on the upper level of our split level ranch home with a private balcony deck overlooking our backyard & communal area below.

The upper level consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & kitchen, & have other guest access on the lower level. Lower level guests DO NOT have access to the upper level or balcony.

We have a communal area in the backyard with firepit, lounge chairs & hammock and lots of trails to explore. We also have a pop machine & a communal fridge.
