Beautiful private log cabin suite, conveniently located just east of the Kansas City Metro with great highway access. Close to wedding venues: Lone Summit Ranch, Powell Gardens and Stonehaus Winery. All the comforts of home! The suite features a king bed, sitting area with gas fireplace, private bath with shower, whirlpool jetted tub and kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a full-size refrigerator, small stove/oven, microwave and sink. Electric grill on private deck.

The cabin has 2 separate and private units for guest usage. There is a locked door between this suite and the other 2 bedroom unit. If both units are rented then the door can be unlocked so you can access both sides.
There is a lower level that houses a med spa. The lower
level does not have access to the Studio Suite or the other 2 bedroom unit.

The cabin has three levels. The upstairs which is bedroom two and can only be accessed via the unit. The main level which contains the living, dining, master, kitchen, two decks. On the main level, there is also another unit, Studio Suite, that shares a locked interior door with this unit. Both units on the main level are private with individual entrances. The Studio Suite is available to book as well. The lower level, which does not have any access to the main level, is occupied by a med spa.

The Space:
The Bayles Bungalow is a single-level home with ample room to spread out. The combined
living and dining room provide comfortable seating for everyone in your group. Enjoy morning
coffee on the screened porch, relaxing conversation on the beautifully shaded front porch, or
gather everyone on the back deck for a BBQ and a game of horseshoes.
There are 4 steps up to the front porch, and the rest of this beautifully designed home is all on
one level. You will enjoy the convenience of the included laundry and two bathrooms. The fully
equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay and the
dining area provides comfortable seating for six or more. Vintage décor and fun wall murals
create a unique, warm and inviting space for families and friends to enjoy each other's company.
In the Bayles Bungalow, you’ll find just about everything a family with young children could
need, including children’s dishes, books, toys & games, a Pack ‘n play with sheets, and a high
chair. We’ve also provided a stroller so the whole group can wander down to one of the nearby
parks or enjoy a walk downtown for a delicious meal (or ice cream!)

Our bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished, each room equipped with comfortable beds, large
smart Roku TVs, luggage stands and extra pillows and blankets. Both sides of each bed have a

Bayles Bungalow has a one-car garage and space for 3 vehicles in the driveway, plus additional
parking on the street.

Ample parking is also provided at our property for your convenience.

Other Things to Note:
HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $500 fine if this rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.

Trip-Related Issues. From time to time, things happen! And when they do, we want the opportunity to fix them immediately, so you can continue enjoying your stay. If any issues come up, please let us know so we can try our best to fix it right away!

Our check-in time is 4pm check out is 10 am. There are no exceptions to this rule unless previously agreed upon with the host.

There is a noise curfew of 10 pm. Please, at all times, be mindful of the neighbors and residents around you.

NOTE: There are exterior security cameras at the entrance of the home for the safety of our tenants and for the security of the residence and our guests. The cameras are all pointing away from the home and are in public view and are recording 24/7

But ours had a grill and I hosted a family dinner the night before the Celebration. We had ample seating around a large table.
