I always do my best to keep the listing photos up to date. Anytime I make a change or add something new to the space, I update the photos—so when you arrive, it should look exactly as it does online.

There’s a small fire pit in the backyard with Adirondack chairs—perfect for relaxing in the evening! If you choose to use the fire pit, please never leave the fire unattended unless it is completely out. Safety is very important to us, and we appreciate your care.

Guests have access to the entire home, with the exception of the stock closet located behind the front door.

A 6–8 digit code will be assigned for the front door prior to check-in. Simply enter the code to unlock the door. When leaving, press the lock button on the keypad to securely lock the door behind you.

Please always double-check that both the front and back doors are locked when you leave.
We are not responsible for any items missing or stolen during your stay.

Sleeping arrangements:
The bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed. For guests 3 and 4, there are two pull-out couches in the living room. These are firm couches, and while mattress pads are provided for added comfort, they won’t be as soft as the queen bed.

Please note: There is a $10 charge per extra set of bedding for guests 3 and 4 to help cover the cost of laundry and the additional cleaning time required. Each load takes about an hour to wash, and we want to fairly compensate our cleaner for her time.

Kindly let us know if you’ll need extra bedding—even for guest 2—so we can have everything ready for your stay.

We've got some chatty dogs in the neighborhood that love to comment on everyone who walks by. Oh, and a black cat that's always on the prowl, yelling at people to hook him up with some food. Despite being a bit skittish, he's actually really nice.

Cute cozy cottage centrally located to shops, restaurants, grocery and the highway. Two bedroom one bath corner house in a well established beautiful neighborhood. Mature trees on one third of an acre with a small fully fenced yard for pets. Please note: Kitchen has 2 burner hot plate. NO OVEN or full range at this time.

The space
This is a small, cozy 628 sqft home. Kitchen is well equipped except for a full stove/oven. There is a two burner hot plate that works well, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, pots and pans and all the basics. The space has a ductless AC/heat pump that runs through the length of the house. Please note that when it is very hot outside, leave the bedroom doors open to ensure air gets to the bedrooms. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Master bedroom is a queen sealy mattress. Living room seats 4, WiFi and smart TV with Netflix, and Amazon Prime. No local channels.

This was originally a 2 room cabin moved here 100 years ago. Then 3 rooms were built on 5 years later. We added a bathroom 3 years ago. The original outhouse is still on the property.
