Rocking Chair Ridge cabin is one of the oldest cabin rentals in the Jasper area. If you are looking for a quiet cabin in the woods, this is it! Rocking Chair Ridge cabin sits on a bluff with breathtaking Ozark mountain views. The cabin is located on private 40 acres that borders the Ozark National Forest so it offers privacy and peacefulness. It's 2 miles off the paved highway so there is no road noise, distractions, or road frontage. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch rocking chairs facing the views. This house has a kitchen/dining/living room open concept living area. The master bedroom and beautiful bathroom complete the main floor. There is a Dish and Roku TV in the living room.

Spa Luxury: Soak in our high-end Jason Air Tub, where thousands of warm microbubbles create a cloud-like, full-body massage. Unlike outdoor hot tubs, this indoor spa stays pristine, quiet, and perfectly warm — no bugs, no chill, just pure forest serenity. Your own private treetop sanctuary of wellness and relaxation.
The gorgeous bathroom also has a spacious shower with 3 shower heads, including a waterfall. The bathroom is stocked with body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

The master bedroom has a king size bed. Upstairs is an open loft with 2 sets of bunk beds. The bottom bunks are full size and the top beds are twin size. Wake up to an amazing view from your bed in the loft!

This home is out in the country overlooking the beautiful Arkansas Grand Canyon. It sits right beside Highway 7 South, so there is some traffic noise at times.

The Wee Nook is a cottage tucked away in a peaceful, lovely location near the national park. Use it as a base for hiking nearby trails, or floating the Buffalo River (just 3 miles from Carver Landing). There are six Highland cows that roam the pastures surrounding the home, along with plenty of wildlife on the property. There's a wet-weather creek that flows from approximately December to April (depending on rain fall). Come relax in the gorgeous Ozarks!

Blue hole swimming was just a crows fly away. Arkansas Grand Canyon near by too. Clean and spacious. Great price. Highly recommend!" - "We had a great time here. It's quiet and mostly secluded. There is another house nearby, but no one was there while we were. The fuzzy cows (Scottish Highland) were so sweet and even the baby came up to say hi. This cabin sleeps up to 4 people comfortably with 2 queen beds, one in a bedroom and one in the common area.

The view from the large porch is breathtaking and memories are made sitting by the firepit, gazing at the stars at night. This cabin is cozy and quiet, perfect for a peaceful getaway for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy wilderness. Stay on the lookout for and deer, hummingbirds and rabbits who are known to stop by.

The cabin is located near public river access, as well as numerous hiking trails and attractions but still private and secluded.

The area is packed with outdoor opportunities like hiking, canoeing, caving, rock climbing, fishing, hunting, mountain biking and horseback riding–the perfect spot for an adventure vacation.

This is the perfect home base for 2 or 4 guests and the cabin is stocked with everything you need to cook. There is also a charcoal grill for use outside. The cabin has a smart tv and wifi.

Our only disappointment was that the weather during our visit was overcast but we were still able to witness a couple of beautiful sunsets. Oh and a lightning storm. A "burn ban" was in effect so we were not able to enjoy the firepit. We took advantage of the "Waterfall Guide" the hosts provide and found a couple of local waterfalls that did not require much walking although the drive was a little steep in some areas as you make the drive (Liles Falls & Triple Falls). We highly recommend Eagle's Nest for a couple's getaway."

The Space:
This cozy space was created to be a haven for comfort, rest, blessing, retreat, adventure, & memorable experiences! The views are incredible, the wildlife is abundant, and the beds are cozy & completely sleep-in worthy! We have a propane grill available for use during your stay. Please let us know if you plan on using the grill during your stay so we can make sure to have propane available.

Guests have access to the living area of the cabin including the full kitchen, laundry room, 2 bathrooms, living room, and deck with private, stunning views with the occasional bear walking through the back of the property.

The Neighborhood:
This cabin is just a few short minutes car ride to Hasty where you can put in for canoeing, and swimming there are also rental outfitters close by! We are also close to blue swimming holes and other nature trails. We are within about 20-35 minutes of all the best hiking trails in the area such as Hawksbill Crag/Whitaker point, Hemmed in hollow, center point, and many more. Want a customized experience? We are also within 15-30-minute drive to some town favorite restaurants in case you don't want to cook! Ozark Cafe is a delicious breakfast spot, or any meal..Hands down best place to eat in town. Low Gap Cafe, and Cliff Inn are also top restaurants in the area!

Although we are private, it's fairly easy to find the place after receiving the detailed directions and landmarks provided prior to check in date.

Fire pit is available for guest use. While we try to provide wood it is not guaranteed to be there. We encourage you to bring your own if possible. Please check local burn bans before using the fire pit.

One Hawkray security camera on the exterior that is capable of recoding audio and video and is watching the door and driveway.

Tv's are smart TVs, so bring your streaming app logins and choose from tons of streaming apps! Good cell service at the cabin from both Verizon and AT&T, but nearby areas do have limited service. There is no cable or dish network at the cabin, streaming apps only.

Some of the terrain around property can be steep or hazardous. Please exercise caution at your own risk when hiking the property and heed warnings of No Trespassing signs with any properties in the area other than The OZ Oasis to ensure respect and privacy of other home owners in the general area.

During summer months there are ticks and chiggers. Please make sure to wear bug spray. We usually provide bug spray but please make sure to pack some just in case. Keep your trip safe and emergency free with respecting wildlife and exercising caution while out hiking.. stay hydrated, and please do not approach or feed any wildlife.

Black bear sightings as well as other wildlife are common for the area. This is a special and rare occurrence, but view from a safe distance, and please refer to wildlife and bear common practice and safety sheet in cabin.

Welcome to Sweet Jasper Suite! Perfect quiet vacation spot to unwind when you come to the little town of Jasper! This property is walking distance of several restaurants and shops in downtown Jasper, the home is newly remodeled & fully furnished. The Sweet Jasper Suite is the perfect place for a romantic get away to relax and enjoy the beautiful Ozark mountains!! The back yard has a beautiful patio area with a seating area, a hot tub and romantic lighting!

This is an adorable, cozy cottage on a quiet backstreet in Jasper. There is a living/dining room with a gas fireplace and a cozy sitting area along with a table and chairs for dining. A fully stocked, small kitchen completes the living area. The bedroom has a full size bed, there is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. There is one bathroom with a shower.

There is a washer and dryer in the house available for guests to use. We do stock the property with some laundry detergent as well as dishwasher detergent and dishwashing soap. There is a drip coffee maker with coffee beans/grinder, coffee filters and some creamer and sugar. We provide all the bed, bath and kitchen linens.

There is a small backyard as well as a large screened in porch with cozy string lights, a gas grill (propane provided) and gas firepit (propane provided) for you to sit and enjoy a delicious grilled meal and enjoy the beautiful outdoors. There are close elderly neighbors so please be respectful, especially in the evening/night. The backyard is newly renovated with a patio area with a hot tub, seating area and cozy string lights!

We don’t live on site but we are very attentive to a phone call or text. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you need something.

This home is on a quiet side street in town so there might be some noise but the house is very peaceful and quiet and very little traffic past the house.

Because we are located in downtown Jasper there are several shops and restaurants within walking distance. There is also a designated parking spot between our home and the neighbors for you to park on. Please do not block the road in front of the house.

The Location:
The Bunkhouse sits near the Buffalo River Just 4 miles from Jasper Arkansas, 5 miles from Horseshoe Canyon, and 10 from Ponca’s Buffalo Outdoor Center. The Buffalo River, the first national river is a great swimming hole to us folks around here. Bring your canoe or kayak or rent one 200 yards down the road from where you’re staying. The dark skies and expansive landscapes are an ideal setting to star gaze and in 2019 the Buffalo National River was named the state’s first International Dark-Sky Park.

This is an occasional working farm with critters of all types so please adults only and no pets at this time.

The Space:
The Bunkhouse sits on the farm’s property with a "tiny house" layout including kitchen/dining, living room/pullout, loft bedroom, and bathroom. If it’s a ball game you must see then the 42-inch T.V. is for you, but you will probably want to catch the views and the tranquility outside at the picnic table or on the patio for that cup of coffee or evening beverage.

Welcome to Valley View Retreat! This home is a new build, a fully furnished cabin that sits on the rim of the beautiful Arkansas Grand Canyon Valley and has stunning views. Enjoy a beautiful place for a romantic getaway or family vacation, relax and enjoy the beautiful Ozark mountains! Newly remodeled to add more space and a hot tub to relax after a day of hiking!

The main floor has a kitchen/ living area, new beautiful dining room, bathroom and bedroom with queen bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living area. The second floor has a second living area as well as a large table and chairs for dining, game playing etc. There is also a bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom on this floor. There is a sofa bed in the sitting area. The loft area has a full sized mattress in an adorable little nook as well as a small sitting area.
There is a washer and dryer in the house available for the guests use. We provide laundry detergent, dryer sheets, dishwashing soap and dishwasher detergent.
We also provide body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms.
The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. There is a propane grill (propane provided) on the deck along with some chairs for relaxing.
There is a wood firepit in the backyard.
New deck off the dining room with a new hot tub to relax and enjoy the view after a long day of exploring!

Guests have access to the entire house.

We do not live on site but you are welcome to reach out at any time by phone call, text or email.

This rental is beside highway 7 and in a peaceful neighborhood.
HOUSE RULES
-Check in time is after 4PM
-Check out time is by 11AM
-Must be honest about number of guests. Additional guests will be charged extra guest fees.
-Quiet time from 10PM-7AM.
-No pets, smoking, fireworks, substance abuse, or ATV use on property.
-Vehicles must stay on designated driveways and parking areas.
-No loud music or noisy partying.

If these policies are broken, you may be charged a minimum fee of $250. Outdoor surveillance in use.

DAMAGES
If there are damages found, you will be subject to a damage fee or, if your reservation included an incidental deposit, Buffalo River Vacations, LLC reserves the right to charge for any damages found.

Strict - Free cancellation for 48 hours
After that, cancel up to 14 days before check-in and get a 50% refund, minus the service fee and Taxes. Cancel up to 30 days before check in for 100% refund minus service fee and taxes.

Nestled on the south side of Mt. Sherman and just minutes from downtown Jasper, this delightful cabin offers a cozy retreat for guests. The cabin is small, semi off grid and very quiet and secluded, with a functional mini kitchen and outdoor seating. One queen bed is on the main floor and the other sits on the large loft. The third bed, a twin, is in a small loft and is best suited for someone agile! The cabin water source is rain catchment so guests are asked to be conservative with water usage, especially during dryer months. We have a firepit, cut wood, a charcoal grill and a hammock available for your use outside.
Our beautiful mountainside hobby farm offers an experience like no other. The cabin sits beyond a large privacy fence so you have your own yard. A small herd of goats roams freely keeping weeds and brush under control, while our chickens live a happy life free range pasturing during the daylight hours. Our 2 Great Pyrenees pups watch over the animals with a faithful eye and greet our guests with love!

**Details to note: While this is a beautiful mountainside spot that means getting up the mountainside. The driveway up is steep gravel with some rough spots which is par for the course in Newton County. Low-clearance vehicles are not recommended. AWD is advised but not strictly necessary, you can make it up in low gear.
** Cell service is basically non-existent. We have Starlink internet on the property, which provides Wi-Fi both in and out of the cabin.

Three Oaks Cabin is a guest favorite! Free Wifi and no charge for cleaning, unlike most vacation rentals in the Jasper area. Base price of $125 per night is for 2 people. This family-friendly log cabin is part of the former Buffalo River Hunting Club, situated approximately halfway between downtown Jasper, Arkansas and the Hasty Landing Cutoff. Extremely accessible for motorcyclists; it sits right on Highway 74E! Little Buffalo Terrace's Dogwood Studio is located in the heart of the quaint and beautiful Ozark mountain town of Jasper. The studio is within short walking distance from local shops, restaurants, and the Little Buffalo River. Featuring a series of bedrock waterfalls with deck overlooks along Jasper Creek, the property also boasts several unique patio areas and a large porch space offering a spot to relax during your stay.

The space
Our space is directly across the street from the historic Arkansas House, situated on Jasper Creek. The studio is located in a 1950s renovated vintage motel surrounded by serene gardens, nicely kept lawns, and inviting patios. This family-owned property is also the historic home of the Commercial Hotel operated from 1926 to 1952.

Guest access
All outdoor spaces, including the grassed lawns and patios in front and back of the building are welcome for use.

Please note that while conveniently located on Scenic Highway 7 it can be a bit noisy during peak travel times.

The Wee Nook is a cottage tucked away in a peaceful, lovely location near a national park. Use it as a base for hiking nearby trails, or floating The Buffalo River (just 3 miles from Carver's Landing!) There are four Highland cows that live in the pasture surrounding the home. There's also plenty of wildlife on the property, with a wet-weather creek that flows from approximately December to April. Come relax in the gorgeous Ozarks!

The space
The Wee Nook is a tiny piece of heaven! You'll be located 3 miles from Carver's Landing, close many hiking trails. It's a peaceful, cozy home, nestled in a quiet valley.

You have the home yourself. While there is another home on the property, you're a good distance away (approx 500 yards). The homes are on 20 acres, but we ask that you don't go into the fenced cow pen for any reason--they're sweet, but they are still big animals with hooves, teeth, and horns!

Please note that the home is down a mile-long gravel driveway, with a steep hill. I've had no trouble in my 2wd SUV, but I don't recommend motorcycles!!

The Bungalow is available for vacationers. I will be happy to host your visit to the area. Comfort, cleanliness and convenience just one mile from Jasper.

The space
Conveniently located just one mile east of Jasper, a hub of activities and services. Paved driveway from the highway to your front door. We welcome bikers and bicyclist.

Guests will have the entire Bungalow to themselves. The Bungalow is located on the same acre with my home and the Buffalo River Bunkhouse. These are separate buildings so guests in each place will have their own private place.

Comfort, convenience just one mile from Jasper. The Bunkhouse features dormitory style sleeping arrangement which most families and groups find agreeable. With a 20' X 40' covered pavilion overlooking a large lawn and the Little Buffalo River, this is an ideal place to stay.

Our space is directly across the street from the historic Arkansas House, situated on Jasper Creek. The studio is located in a 1950s renovated vintage motel surrounded by serene gardens, nicely kept lawns, and inviting patios. This family-owned property is also the historic home of the Commercial Hotel operated from 1926 to 1952.

Unplug at our beautiful mountainside hobby farm on Diamond Cave Road. A small herd of goats roams freely keeping weeds and brush under control. The cabin sits just beyond the farmyard and is separated by a generous privacy fence so that you are truly away from it all...except the animals. Please note that as we are a mountainside hobby farm, our driveway is rough and steep.

The space
The cabin is small, semi off grid and very quiet and secluded, with a functional mini kitchen and outdoor seating. The cabin sits behind a privacy fence so that you have your own yard. One queen bed is on the main floor and the other sits in the large loft. The third bed, a twin, is in a small loft and is best suited for someone agile! The cabin water source is rain catchment so guests are asked to be conservative with water usage, especially during dryer months. We have a firepit, cut wood, a charcoal grill, and a hammock for your use outside. Seating is limited: one chair inside, small outdoor patio set and 2 folding chairs are provided.

You will have your own yard clearly separated and fenced off from the main farm yard. Guest parking is just in front of the fence line. You will let yourself in with the keypad. While this is a working hobby farm our son lives on the property in the large shop. You may see him out and about. He will not come into your yard unless needed. Note: we do have 2 puppies in training that will likely come to see you (they love people).

Other things to note
Driveway: While this is a beautiful mountainside spot that means getting up the mountainside. The driveway up is steep gravel with some rough spots, which is par for the course in Newton county. Low clearance vehicles are not recommended. AWD is advised but not strictly necessary, you can get up in low gear.

** Please also note that cell service is basically non-existent. You are able to make calls using wifi. We have Starlink which seems to work great!

The kitchenette includes a coffee pot, toaster, microwave, cook top, pots and pans and a toaster oven. The closest grocery store is ~ 20 mins away. Stock up before coming! While we have wine and pint glasses, this is a dry county. BYOB from another county on your way.

A flex space can be used as an office or dinette.

The bedroom has custom lighting, plenty of pillows and blankets and a full-sized closet at your disposal.

The bathroom comes with the essentials needed to wash off the day and relax in comfort.

Wi-Fi is available. The space is air conditioned but there is not a dedicated AC unit for this space. It is typically kept and 72 *F, fans and portable heater are available.

The space is attached to our home, but there is no entry way available between the two. You will have a separate entrance, with lots of privacy.

The space
The Location:
The Bunkhouse sits near the Buffalo River Just 4 miles from Jasper Arkansas, 5 miles from Horseshoe Canyon, and 10 from Ponca’s Buffalo Outdoor Center. The Buffalo River, the first national river is a great swimming hole to us folks around here. Bring your canoe or kayak or rent one 200 yards down the road from where you’re staying. The dark skies and expansive landscapes are an ideal setting to star gaze and in 2019 the Buffalo National River was named the state’s first International Dark-Sky Park.

This is an occasional working farm with critters of all types so please adults only and no pets at this time.

The Space:
The Bunkhouse sits on the farm’s property with a "tiny house" layout including kitchen/dining, living room/pullout, loft bedroom, and bathroom. If it’s a ball game you must see then the 42-inch T.V. is for you, but you will probably want to catch the views and the tranquility outside at the picnic table or on the patio for that cup of coffee or evening beverage.
