There is a large lakeside deck attached to the home for relaxing and enjoying the view. The deck has an outdoor patio table, a bistro table with two chairs, and a propane grill for entertaining. Please no open fires or fireworks allowed. There are roughly 25 steps down a hill to the property. It is not handicapped accessible.

Cabin has lots of supplies for cooking, water activities, inside activities, good bath towels, comfy beds, a music subscription, two tvs, and a lighted covered back porch. Complex is well maintained and has a pool, dock access, pool table, shuffleboard, fire pit, ping pong and a volleyball net. It provides the space to do activities and enjoy being on the lake. We very much enjoyed our stay. It was a relaxing space with the comforts of home combined with different activities for us to explore!"

- "First, there was a very nice view from the balcony, but also could be seen from the couch inside. There were nice local magazines and coupons of various activities. Nicely decorated. I would suggest having a map/guide for both pools (because there is also a 3rd pool but for a different set of condos) and trash disposal locations for this complex; although there is a directional sign upon entry it wasn't easily noticeable for us until we took a walk around the complex. This place is really close to a couple restaurants and a store. There was minor issue I reached out to the host and she quickly responded. It was great that this was so close to Dogwood Canyon and that we didn't need to go into Branson for lodging. "

- "Super clean and cozy unit. Quiet and close to all activities. Short walk to the lake as well. Would recommend to others" - "Our kids traveled from Nebraska and KC to meet up for the Thanksgiving holidays. We were not here for the Branson experience although it did help! The home was large enough for our party of 7 adults and equipped well enough to allow for cooking and we could park inside the garage! If you are looking for the 5 star mansion overlooking the lake, this is not it but if you are looking for the 5 star won't break the budget with plenty of room, in fact it's down right cozy, family get together spot then this is it! And it's pet friendly! The beds aren't the greatest but nothing will be as good as your own so this was a non issue. There are so many hiking trails in this area. Skip the shows and experience the trails then come back, put on a movie and relax!"

- "Beautiful property inside and out! Serene location away from the hustle and bustle of Branson, but close enough to all the great entertainment venues the area has to offer. My husband and I had a wonderful stay. Our unit had everything you need. We were so relaxed and the bed was very cozy, we slept so soundly! We loved having coffee in the morning on the deck staring in awe at Tablerock Lake and at the beautiful boats passing by. In the evening after a day of adventure, we enjoyed soaking in the hot tub along with the beautiful views of the lake and staring up at the stars! The properties around were all beautiful and people were very friendly. We drove to Eureka Springs one day and headed to the Buffalo River to kayak another day. Our last day we went to Joe Bald Park and swam in the lake. That evening we went to LakeTime Bistro, the ribeye was very good and we had great service. We also went to Big Bouy’s for an awesome burger and a beer after coming back from Eureka Springs. Christene and Scott were awesome hosts!! Christene was wonderful to reach out to. She was always on top of it when we needed her assistance. We would definitely come back and stay here! God’s Beauty!!!"

The space
This modern tiny house is a studio space with kitchen, dining and sleeping all in one cozy spot. The queen mattress is in the sleep loft, accessible via a sturdy wooden ladder. The kitchen/living area is on the main level. A queen sleeper sofa is on the main floor. A full bathroom is also provided and includes a shower, hidden closet, toilet and sink.

Amenities include: Indoor pool, outdoor pool, trailer parking, pickle ball courts, playground, and more! We welcome pets (pet fee applies)!

All amenities are included during your stay. Trailer parking is located behind the 100’s building and is on a first come first serve basis however there is lots of parking throughout the complex.

For slip rental, Port of Kimberling is located within 5 minutes of the condo and offers nightly slip rental. Please go to the Port of Kimberling website to look into nightly slip rental!

PLEASE NOTE: We are currently under construction on the exterior of the building with many upgrades being done. The indoor pool may be difficult to access at times due to the construction.
