Guests have full access to the unit. There is driveway parking for up to 3 cars and ample street parking.

Rustic Retreat is a remodeled, cozy home with a rustic feel. With rustic hardwood floors throughout most of the house and wood decor throughout, this home feels very cozy! Walk into the large living and dining room. Lounge on the cozy sofa and watch the 58" TV Roku TV. Located in the back of the house, the cute kitchen has stainless steel oven and oversized fridge. Both bedrooms are located just off the living room. The front bedroom, offers a great workspace and day bed with trundle (great for kids!). The master bedroom has a cozy queen size bed.

The Blue Bungalow is conveniently located on the edge of the popular Sleepy Hollow Neighborhood. It is just blocks north of Wesley Medical Center and minutes from Via Christi St. Francis. Just north of College Hill and minutes from downtown, the house is very convenient to many restaurants, bars and attractions.

Guests have full access to the entire property.

The Blue Bungalow is completely remodeled and fully furnished with brand new appliances and furniture. With a ring door bell system and key pad entry, it is easy for guests to check in or reach me in case of emergency. Motion-sensing cameras are located on the front and back of the property for extra security.

The front door opens into the large open living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room has 55" Smart TV with Netflix, Sling. The kitchen is stocked with a Keurig coffeemaker, toaster, blender, pots/ pans, dishes and cookware. Basics such as coffee, tea, and sugar will be available.

Bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, hair dryer, q-tips, and cotton balls.

The laundry is located in the basement. Please note that the stairs are steep.

Have kids? A pack and play and high chair are available upon request. We also have age appropriate toys that can be available upon request.

Working? This space has a workspace with a charging station, fast Wi-Fi, and is conveniently located. We also offer this space as short-term rentals for business purposes.

The base price is based on two people, after two people, each additional person (including Kids 2 and older) is $15.00 extra.

Historic Meets Modern at the Brick Street Apartment Studio Suite. It's classy, trendy, and so unique! We are located in the historic "Brick Street District" of downtown Augusta, KS. Our distinctively remodeled apartments are perfect if you're just traveling through or want a weekend getaway. The atmosphere is truly a one of a kind experience!

We kept much of the original exposed brick walls and retained much of the "mid-century" woodwork original to the building. From there, a full remodel with amazingly unique touches set our space apart from other nightly stay options. The Studio Suite features a king bed, a sitting area, a full bathroom with a distinctive curved shower door, plenty of towels and even a kitchenette with utensils, mini-fridge, sink, microwave, and even a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary K-cups, etc. If you’ve ever wanted to live in a downtown apartment, this will be the perfect opportunity to spoil yourself!
*Note for light sleepers: There is an active train track just blocks away so we keep ear plugs in the First Aid Box under the kitchen sink and have more upon request. Sound sensitive guests often will use Spotify to drown out the sound.
The apartment is located on the second floor of an office area secured by a heavy ornate metal and glass door. Once inside there are stairs going up to the suite that are wide, carpeted and well-lit.
There is free street parking but it is a business district so if you come early you may need to park a block or so away.

This property is located in an old "row building" in a historic downtown area complete with brick streets and tons of character. There is an amazing playground within walking distance as well as several shops, restaurants, and a yoga studio nearby. Santa Fe Lake is also a favorite attraction not far away with amazing walking trails, etc. If that’s not enough, we are just 20 minutes from Wichita where you'll find all sorts of shopping, dining, and a huge variety of activities including am amazing zoo!

Light sleepers are sometimes bothered by the sound of trains on the near by tracks. We have a high velocity fan you can request to drown out noise, ear plugs in the first aid kit or some guest use Spotify to play music or nature sounds while sleeping.

- "My sister and I were in town for 3 nights for a wedding. The location was great! No issues with parking. There is one flight of stairs to the room. The building and room were very clean. Bed very comfortable. There were plenty of dishes for 2. Plenty of towels and bedding. The walls are thin and you can hear the train, but the provided sound machine, fan, ear plugs were just fine. There is a cute coffee shop down the road we visited, but the host provided k-cups in the room as well. The next time we are in town to visit family, we will definitely stay here again!"

Cook dinner in our newly remodeled kitchen, with Quartz Countertops and NEW Stainless steel appliances. Dine in style at countertop bar or the dining room table. Enjoy our coffee station complete with coffee pods, tea, sugar and creamer (New Keurig Iced Coffee Maker!). Off the living room, you'll find the large front bedroom with it's own private entrance. Cozy up on the King Size bed and watch another large Smart TV (complete with streaming services), or get some work done on oversized desk. Towards the back, you'll find another entrance onto the back patio that has a large table with seating for up to 6, a large umbrella (complete with LED lights). Grill out on our small charcoal grill. The laundry room is complete with brand new washer and dryer and cabinet for shelving and cabinet for extra storage. At the very back of the house, you'll find the large, very private bedroom. With brand new carpet, cozy chair and king size bed, this room could not be more cozy! Cozy up on the bed and watch the 50" Smart TV (complete with streaming services). Please note, there is driveway parking. This property does not have a garage or basement. There is a step down into the back bedroom. Guests have full access to the property. The house is centrally located, just minutes from the River and downtown. You can even walk to the River and the popular Keeper of the Plains.
