You will be transported to the wizarding world as you enter, you’ll feel like you’re arriving at a wizarding boarding school. You’ll be bewitched by the visually stunning décor and comforts galore. No detail was spared in this house from the 15 foot mural to unique antique furnishings, it will ensnare the senses and bewitch the mind. There are 5 bedrooms to choose from, each with a different theme. Dragons, Gryphons, Badgers, Vipers, and Talons. You will have a hard time picking your favorite.

Dragons- Where the headmaster dwells with a flaming bird, old books, and the 12 uses of golden dragon’s blood.
Gryffindor- They wear red hearts on their sleeves. They don’t care for rules but will fight for what’s right and seek endless adventure.
Hufflepuff- They love nature, friendship, and a warm cup of tea. They are content and calm as bees in this honeyed haven.

It’s a spellbinding historical house.

This house was built in 1885 by a civil war lieutenant and has only had very few owners in 136 years. Each owner worked to keep the architectural detail. The beautiful and creepy exterior has had only minor changes in over a century. High ceilings, the original hardwood floors, and beautiful bay windows in almost every room. The house has been lovingly renovated not just flipped. It has been modernized for comfort while staying true to its roots. You’ll find a modern kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal. There are 2 full bathrooms available to all 5 themed bedrooms. The lower level bedroom does not have access to a same level full bath as the original house was built before modern plumbing or electric. You’ll find two comfortable seating areas and a large dining room for gathering. This will easily accommodate the 10-guest maximum.

It’s an amazing location.

We love that Saint Joseph has a rich history that matches this wonderful get away. You will be able to relax and will want to spend a significant time exploring the details of the residence but when you’re ready there is plenty to do in this great town.

You are just minutes from downtown where you will find fantastic eatery’s, breweries, and activities.

Day Trips:

Weston MO is about 30 minutes away. This fantastic small town is filled with boutiques, wineries and eateries. Visit during Christmas and you will fall in love.

Kansas City MO about an hour drive south of St. Joseph, visit for shopping, music, food and sporting events.

You will not forget coming to the Hallows to build lasting magical memories with friends and family. It is put together for sharing moments. From the waffle maker to the candy shop, you’ll have a truly unique experience. This is a great gift for someone who has everything because you can never have enough magic in your life.

WHAT ABOUT PETS? Unfortunately, we do not accept pets in or on our properties. We LOVE animals, however, in order to be fair and consistent from guest to guest, we've had to adopt a "no pets" policy. In addition to the possibility of a pet soiling the carpet or causing some damage, pets can leave a dander behind that future guests may be allergic to. Because we want ALL of our guests to enjoy a clean, non-allergenic environment, this is another reason we don't allow pets in our properties. Additionally, the City of St Joseph has strict regulations regarding barking dogs and the disturbance they may create for the neighborhood… this is another reason we do not accept pets on any of our properties. PROPERTY ACCOMMODATIONS: Please note that this is a two-bedroom property complete with a very nice and comfy queen-size beds in the master bedroom and secondary bedroom. This property is suitable for no more than four guests (including children/infants). In order to maintain compliance with our insurance carrier and keep our properties in tip-top shape and the furnishings looking new, overnight sleeping is NOT allowed on the sofa and air mattresses are not permitted (our insurance carrier mandates that only bedrooms may be used for overnight sleeping). Because of the decor, electronic technology, electrical outlets and some furnishings, our properties are not suitable for curious toddlers. We want every member your family to remain safe and have an enjoyable stay! Our properties are not designed to host parties, reunions, or social functions for people who are not actually registered guests staying at the property. This charming 1-bedroom home is beautifully decorated and offers many great amenities including stylish furnishings and appliances (stove, refrigerator, microwave, washer/dryer, etc). It's located just off the Belt Highway near I-29 and 36 Highway. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the cleanliness, the amenities, the quiet street, off-street parking, etc.

As a host, I enjoy meeting new people! I love hosting visitors to St. Joseph and will do everything I can to make sure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable! Because I am a "clean freak" myself, I am very particular about the cleanliness of my places. We do all of the cleaning ourselves (after all, no one can do it to meet my high standards!).

I provide amazing amenities like wonderful decor, complimentary high-speed Wifi, hair dryer, cooking utensils, shampoo, soap, laundry detergent, iron & ironing board, coffee and coffee maker, washer & dryer, dishwasher, smart TVs, and so much more! All of our properties are very close to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and more. In addition, our properties are located near Mosaic Life Care hospital and Missouri Western State University. You can also enjoy music, news, weather, and tons of information with the Amazon Echo (Alexa)! There's one in each room! She's installed and ready to serve you!

VERY SAFE AND SECURE AREA! Our properties are located in very safe and secure neighborhoods. All are in the “newer” part of town, east of the Belt Highway. To give you added security and peace of mind, all of our properties are equipped with a user-friend security alarm system which you control from a key fob that we provide to you upon check-in. In addition, outdoor video surveillance provides you with the extra comfort of safety and security (video surveillance is on the OUTSIDE of the property ONLY). You’ll rest well at one of our properties!

WHAT ABOUT PETS? Unfortunately, we do not accept pets in or on our properties. We LOVE animals, however, in order to be fair and consistent from guest to guest, we've had to adopt a "no pets" policy. In addition to the possibility of a pet soiling the carpet or causing some damage, pets can leave a dander behind that future guests may be allergic to. Because we want ALL of our guests to enjoy a clean, non-allergenic environment, this is another reason we don't allow pets in our properties. Additionally, the City of St Joseph has strict regulations regarding barking dogs and the disturbance they may create for the neighborhood… this is another reason we do not accept pets on any of our properties. Thank you for understanding!

PROPERTY ACCOMMODATIONS: Please note that this is a one-bedroom property complete with a very nice and comfy full-size bed in the bedroom. This property is suitable for no more than two guests (including children/infants). In order to maintain compliance with our insurance carrier and keep our properties in tip-top shape and the furnishings looking new, overnight sleeping is NOT allowed on the sofa and air mattresses are not permitted (our insurance carrier mandates that only the bedroom may be used for overnight sleeping). Because of the decor, electronic technology, electrical outlets and some furnishings, our properties are not suitable for curious toddlers. We want every member your family to remain safe and have an enjoyable stay! Our properties are not designed to host parties, reunions, or social functions for people who are not actually registered guests staying at the property. Only registered guests should be occupying and using the property. Thank you for understanding!

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE: Absolutely NO drugs or illegal substances in the state of Missouri may be brought into our property. Due to our insurance regulations, we can only check in the guest whose name is on the reservation. Upon your arrival, I will meet you at the property to program your own unique custom access code, show you how to operate the security alarm system, and get you checked-in.
