During the summer and fall months (and spring if you’re lucky) relax in one of our rockers on the front porch.

Very low bannister on upper steps and no railing on upper landing were definite safety hazards! No bedrooms on main level so people with disabilities or small children need to be cautious. Unable to regulate heating/cooling as thermostat was locked. Even with these issues our family enjoyed our stay. "

There is both a dining table that seats 8 as well as a stool seating in the kitchen. A huge screen tv for movie night as well as a full laundry room for your longer trips. There is parking in the driveway for 3 cars and parking in the back of the home for 1 cars. Street parking is also available. You can`t get any closer for NW football games and can walk a block to the game. We believe this home has it all! The yard is newly fenced and is growing grass spring 2025.

The space is an attached private apartment accessed via stairs in our shared game room/playroom lounging area. The apartment features a full kitchen and bathroom and a small living room/dining area. There is one bedroom with a comfy queen bed. A single pull out bed is available in a loveseat, along with the availability of twin or queen air mattresses. These items can all be moved to create 2 private sleeping areas or placed together in the bedroom. We can connect on the best arrangement for you and your guests prior to your stay, or feel free to move items to fit your needs. The views are incredible from the 2 gabled windows. Vaulted wood celings add to the cozy cabin feel.

There is plenty of parking on the right side of the house near the basketball hoop that gives you the closest proximity to the entrance. The entrance is around on the back patio. Guests are welcome to use the patio, firepit, grass area, and horseshoe pit (coming soon). Mozingo Lake and trails can be accessed via a gate below the far side of the property
The STAIRS to the apartment are accessed though our kids playroom. We do offer this as a shared game/lounge room, has a dartboard, board games, toys for kids, and a couch smart tv. (Send the kids here to watch a movie while the parents enjoy their movie upstairs!) HOWEVER please note: this is our children's play area and is not a showplace. Sometimes it's a little messy ;-).
The stairs in the game room lead to the private entrance to the apartment.

Other things to note
The apartment is accessed by a set of well lit stairs with a sturdy hand rail. We want to be sure all that book with us are aware, guests must be able to climb stairs for this property.

In it you’ll find four bedrooms (2 - King, 2 - Queen) and two bathrooms, one upstairs (with a tub) and one main floor. On the main floor you’ll also find a spacious living room with a 55” TV, dining room that seats 8 and a cozy office. Off of the fully equipped kitchen you’ll have access to a washer and dryer. During the summer and fall months (and spring if you’re lucky) relax in one of our rockers on the front porch.
