Very low bannister on upper steps and no railing on upper landing were definite safety hazards! No bedrooms on main level so people with disabilities or small children need to be cautious. This 2 story home has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs as well as 1 bedroom and bathroom on the main floor. The pool table room is located on the first floor as well. There is both a dining table that seats 8 as well as a stool seating in the kitchen. A huge screen tv for movie night as well as a full laundry room for your longer trips. There is parking in the driveway for 3 cars and parking in the back of the home for 1 cars. Street parking is also available. You can`t get any closer for NW football games and can walk a block to the game. We believe this home has it all! The yard is newly fenced and is growing grass spring 2025.
