The house is located on a quiet tree-lined street just two blocks from the quaint downtown square with shops, coffee shops and dining. You're just one block from a serene tree-filled park with expansive green spaces, water park, tennis courts, and picnic areas. There is a convenience/gas store just 1/2 bock away and the Aurora Mall with full service grocery, liquor/wine, hardware store, and Subway is just 4 blocks away.

Beautiful single home with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Can sleep 6 as we have three bedrooms with queen bedrooms. Our home is conveniently located 1 1/2 miles off of Hwy 281 and is close to everything Grand Island has to offer. The home sets on the end of a small cald-e-sac and has a gas grill as well as a firepit on the covered deck. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need in close proximity to everything in GI including Fonner Park.
