The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion

The renovated cabin was my Great Grandpa's work shop. Come rest your luggage on his work bench and prop up your feet by the fire. We want you to be refreshed from your stay or help you hurry on your way!

By the way golfers, we are 15 minutes north of the famous Wild Horse Golf Club (top ten public course). A number of restaurants in town or in neighboring towns.

Farm animals: cows, dogs, cats, chickens, horses. Wildlife: turkeys, deer, assorted birds, migrating geese, coyotes serenading. Sledding if there is sufficient snow. Or just stop and rest for the night.

House rules
Please treat the bunkhouse with care and respect. Strip the beds and leave in a pile at the door. Turn off the heaters and lights when you go. Take your trash with you (dumpster by the barn).

Welcome to Eustis where you can enjoy the amenities near you. This metropolis has a restaurant with excellent food, local bar, grocery store for all your essentials. More sleeping spaces are available upon request. Air mattresses. The couch is also a pull out bed. This lovely town has three parks. A creative studio with classes for your favorite art pieces. Johnson lake and plum creek reservoir all with in a 10 minute drive.

Simple stay with access to Netflix and the Hot tub. This full basement apartment is located near downtown. 1 Queen size bed in bedroom and a pull out couch in living room.

The space
There is parking either in the alley to the left of the green garage or on street. There is a gate in front of the duplex to the right that will lead you around the deck. Otherwise the back gate will lead you passed the hot tub to the ground level door. You will go down stairs and walk into a open kitchen. down the hall on the left is the bathroom (watch your step) and to the right the laundry room. Past that you will walk into a dinning/living room. Next to the living room area is the bedroom. Hot tub, board games, and wifi are there for the guest to use.

Guest access
on street parking or if the left of the green garage is available feel free to park there. please leave one vehicle space open next to the garage for the tenat upstairs.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. It's charming 100 plus year environment with brand new central air & heat will surely give you a peaceful experience. All your needs will be taken care of from kitchen supplies to laundry supplies. After your fun day, you can relax on the front porch swing and wrap up the day streaming your favorite channels.

The Windmill Hideaway, is town meets country. This tiny house is tucked on the edge of town with amenities close and many historic and fun getaways in the quiet town of Gothenburg. The privacy fence and front lawn give the comfort of home while on your getaway.

The space
The Windmill Hideaway has two queen beds with one in a private room, and the other is a convertible couch with a queen bed.

Relax with the family in our conveniently located home. We purchased and remodeled this 1930's bungalow keeping as many original features as possible. What started out as hobby, paired with Gothenburg's need for affordable lodging, has blossomed into a way for us to raise a little extra money for our daughters college fund. We are located just four miles from top ranked Wild Horse Golf Club, two blocks from Highway 30, one mile from Interstate 80, and three blocks from historic downtown.

The space
Our two bedroom one bath cottage is perfect for a small family or a couple buddies on a golf or hunt trip. Room 1 has a queen bed, room 2 has two extra long twins, and the living room is furnished with a queen size pull out couch.

Guest access
You have access to the entire house, bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry, minus the unfinished basement we use for storage. There is an additional set of washer and drier downstairs as well available by request.

The “Be Kind Cottage” is located across from Lake Helen and boasts some of the most breathtaking sunsets you will ever see.
