- "Clean and comfy. Easy check in. Coffee maker was there but did not work. I reported through VRBO but was not fixed. I just bought instant. Two burner plates, fridge and micro. Silverware a little light. One spoon and one butter knife. Otherwise well stocked. Clean and temperature was good for sleeping. It is right next to train tracks but the noise was really minimal. Roku TV and Wi-Fi. It was perfect for my use. It is an old converted motel. Some people are there long term."

- "This studio was the perfect fit for an extended stay. The studio was clean and everything was very efficient. Only concerns were that the common area kitchen was a bit messy, fridge icemaker leaked. We did not cook in it, just used coffee maker. Laundry area was great. Very Quiet. The main entrance doors were a bit of a challenge to figure out for both entering and leaving and making sure it was properly locked. We would stay here again, however the picture of the studio we stayed in that was posted on VRBO did not match the layout of the unit."

- "I really like the set up of the complex and the room was very nice. However, the bathroom was not clean at all. There were spots of stuff all over the floor and the shower was full of hair and debris. Also, it was unknown to me that there would not be toilet paper or hand soap provided and I was unprepared. Lastly, I came home from dinner one of the nights at 9pm and was unable to get into the main door until someone heard me knocking as it had been deadbolted."

We love our critters and want you to have yours with you during your stay but we do ask that we have a discussion prior to agreeing. The yard and exterior are still a work in progress. We literally ran out of summer to finish the outside so forgive the ongoing progress on exterior.

The kitchen has all new appliances. A Bosh dishwasher, full size fridge and a double gas oven/range round out the kitchen appliances. The kitchen has gourmet cookware and a great apron sink. The water is well water that is softened as well as at point RO water at sink and fridge/icemaker. Every thing is here to allow you to be a chef on your terms! The Kitchen is designed to watch sunrises and sip coffee or entertain friends in the evening. No detail has been spared. This is truly your home away from home. The living room hosts a brand new fireplace as well as a 65" HD smart TV along with Italian leather sofa/loveseat and chair. The sleeping areas are all very quiet, private and all have brand new beds/linens. The bathroom was completed deleted and reformatted to include full size washer/dryer, tiled floors and great light. The basement has the fourth bedroom and a bathroom (still under construction as of 12/15/2023 but functional) as well as a pool table and bar with LOTS of space. Coming soon will be a workout room with weights and cardio as well as a quiet space for Yoga or meditation.
