*Fishing Pass Info: To fish the private lakes in the community require a fee to Crystal Lakes Base Camp-daily guest fishing passes are available from their office (open 9am - 5pm 5 days a week Tues - Sat and Sun 9am-1pm with exception of holidays). Adult guests (16+) $45; Youth guests (7-15) $25; Age 6 and under free with paying adult. The daily pass is specific to one person for one day. (Limit 3 fish). Fabulous lake view tri level property. Ample parking. There are 2 main bedrooms and an enclosed loft area with 2 additional bedrooms that sleep an additional 2 couples plus comfortably. There is a Great room, Play room, well equipped kitchen, dining area, 3 full bathrooms with 2 half bathrooms. There is an inside wood stove to warm and enjoy. Cabin has in floor heating throughout. Wet bars on each main level. Accommodates a relaxing and romantic weekend for 2 or a week of Family fun. Can accommodate up to 9 adults comfortably. Cabin is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, silverware, linen, blankets and everything needed to have an incredibly comfortable stay. Amenities include, but are not limited to : 3 Kayaks, 2 paddle boards, ice augurs, Direct TV, Hughes Net internet, great sound system, bar-b-q, outside propane fireplace, etc.

4WD or AWD is strongly suggested for all guests as the driveway is steep. Snow and/or icy condition may impact access. During harsh weather conditions All Wheel Drive or 4 Wheel Drive IS ESSENTIAL.

Fishing passes can be purchased at Crystal Lakes Office. Current HOA rules do not allow owners to purchase annual renter passes. Permits can be a bit pricey but usually fishing is very good. The cost to stock the Lakes per fish is very expensive.

Due to safety and liability issues ATV's are NOT included in rental. It is recommended that renter's truck or roomy vehicle be considered in using the recreational items.

Cabin is located within 10 minutes of Beaver Meadows Resort which has various winter and summer sports activities including a small shop, a restaurant, horseback riding, tubing, sledding, etc.

Cabin is also located within 20-minutes of Fox Acres Golf Course/Club, an elite Colorado golf facility.
