With sleeping for up to 8 people, you can bring the whole family for a weekend of quiet country drives or visiting all central Kansas has to offer. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV with free Disney Plus w/Hulu as well as charging stations for your devices and extra pillows and blankets. Crib/pack-n-play & high chair are available upon request. The kitchen is well-stocked for most of your cooking and baking needs - from baking pans to a rice cooker and crock pot! And please help yourself to the complimentary snacks on the living room coffee table, as well as the complimentary coffee packets and coffee condiments in the kitchen.

There will be plenty of propane in the tank to fire up the gas grill for a cookout in our fully fenced-in private backyard. After dinner, enjoy some s’mores around the fire pit. We’re happy to provide some firewood if you need it.

- "Darling home. It suited my family nicely while hosting one of my parents funeral in Salina. The pool was so fun!" - "We picked this property because it has a pool. It was amazing. My hubby is 77 and being able to walk down the steps onto the water was ideal. There is a great socializing area beyond the pool with comfortable seating, bar height area to eat, and gas fire pit. This was the first VRBO home stayed at that didn’t require 30 + minutes of cleaning before we used the gas grill! The beds are very comfortable and there are large soft throws to snuggle under when watching TV. Be careful going downstairs, the steps are steep and narrow. I appreciated the good water pressure in the shower to rinse the shampoo out. The kitchen has all your need to fix meals. It is exactly like the photos, the shades of grays throughout is pretty and calming. We enjoyed eating out at several restaurants. If you are looking for women’s clothes or home decor check out the Market Shop downtown. I purchased some tops & pants and they gave me the Julia Roberts Pretty Woman experience minus the drinks & food. The host is great and we hope to stay again next summer to celebrate out 35th wedding anniversary!!"

You'll reach Vetehuset-Plantera+Skorda (Swedish for "the Wheat House - Plant and Harvest") by taking the private elevator from the carport to the second floor. It is housed inside a structure, designed by Brian Freeman, that mimics a grain elevator of wheat house, hence the name of this historic apartment. A lovely vestibule is the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee as you check your email or plan your day. The cabin is located in a quiet and relaxing community. It has plenty of room for parking for lake toys, it is a short walk to the water and hiking trails around the lake. There is a guide of place to visit and things to see in the nearby towns. Plenty of deer and turkeys to see. Our cabin is equipped with both heat and air conditioning. Has satellite television in the living room and bedroom. Bedding, towels, pots and pans, and dishes are all provided.. The deck has an area where you can sit and eat or just relax and take in the outdoors. There is a fire pit that can be used if the wind speed is less than 10 mph. You must bring your own fire wood. Great place for a relaxing couples getaway or time with the family. It is also a wonderful place to stay for short work trips, it is a short drive to Salina, Ellsworth, Lindsborg, and McPherson. Makes for a great hunting cabin as there are several walk in hunting areas located around the lake..

We have a walking path mowed around the property. It goes from the arch by the tree field, along the south tree line, around the pond and back around to the house. You do have to walk on the paved road for a very short distance.

Wanna get away Gigi's Escape is the place for you . This quaint little 8 x 12 cabin is placed in the serene countryside close to Kanopolis Lake. It is overlooking a shaded dry creek area, and amongst the prairie grass fields. No one will know you are there; it will be our little secret.

The space
Gigi's is an 8x 12 tiny cabin. Equipped with 2 twins in a trundle layout. It has a coffee bar, coffee, and bistro table for 2 inside. Outside you have a front deck, and back yard patio with fire pit. With permission, you may bring an extra tent for additional family members. The site is overlooking a wooded dry creek. Provided for you outside is a small charcoal grill (charcoal provided) to bbq or cook breakfast in the morning. Grill mats are provided for cooking breakfast on the grill, as well as cooking utensils, paper goods, drinking water. Gigi's has an outdoor solar shower, and outdoor composting toilet. Also provided are towels, shower gel, hygiene products. The electric is powered by a gas generator. Extra gas is provided. It is situated just 1 mile south of Kanopolis Lake. There you will find 23 miles of amazing hiking, beaches, and wildlife everywhere. It is also just 8 miles from historically quaint Marquette, KS. Marquette has a distillery, grocery store, liquor store, Kitchen 64 Restaurant on weekends and the amazing motorcycle museum! Just down the road for your convenience is also T&A Liquor/convenience store. Little Sweden, Lindsborg, is just down the road as well. Loads of neat shops, art galleries, parks, and restaurants.

The property is powered with a gas generator. It is an easy push button start, and quiet. The tiny house takes approximately 1 hour to cool before bed. One tank lasts approx 14 hrs. Extra gas provided There is plenty of firewood on the premises for the fire pit.

There is a loft that has a double and single mattress. This area is not recommended for children under 10 years of age. The cabin has a full kitchen and bath. A small porch on the front of the cabin is a place for quietly relaxing.
The property is a private dwelling on the country place of the hosts’ son and family. There is a wooded picnic spot behind the cabin with picnic tables and string lights for after dark. There are camp chairs available for your use.

This is a small one bedroom house. Living room has two sofas and a recliner. The kitchen is stocked with most utensils you need to make a meal. There is a laundry room. The bedroom has a queen bed with an area with a mirror to do your make up. Also has a nice closet and television. Bathroom has a shower which has made the area kind of cramped. The original bathroom had a tub so when they put the shower in it made a wall fairly close to the toilet.

Other things to note
For people who are staying in the summer the park about a block away has a pool. The downtown is just about 4 to 5 blocks away. Very easy to walk to about a 10 minute walk. You can very easily walk to anywhere in Lindsborg if you have 20 to 25 minutes. Most places you can get to in about 10 to 15 if walking.
