There was clean linens on both beds and clean pillow cases… by the way the beds were very comfortable for us and so is the giant comfy sectional we lounged on to binge watch tv a couple of times and just rest! There was no shortage of towels or washcloths anywhere in the house, which was really nice to be honest!! The kitchen is stocked great for cooking, even some spices and evoo are provided if you need them! There was more than enough drinking glasses and coffee/tea mugs… and a pretty decent selection of coffee and tea to choose from!! All the appliances are brand new and work TREMENDOUSLY!! We were also located only about 10 minutes from everything we did… Zoo, Old Market, The District.. it was easy to get around and find our way… the neighborhood we stayed in was nice and quiet and honestly it was quiet all the time, not just at night.. so it was great to go on Vacation and actually rest when we wanted to!! This luxurious, 1,300 square foot loft, is located inside the Woolworth Building, a historic landmark in the heart of the Old Market. Our 2 bed 2 bath space features modern decor while preserving the historic details of the building all while providing premium amenities throughout the loft. Paired with this amazing space is easy access to downtown restaurants, shops and destinations. Less than a mile walk/drive to Charles Schwab Park (CWS) and CHI Health Center Arena.
Woolworth Lofts are located in the historic Old Market district in downtown Omaha. Enjoy the full Omaha vibe in the heart of everything that makes Omaha unique. Less than a mile to Charles Scwab Field (CWS) and CHI Health Arena.

For parking we have three primary recommendations. There's quite a bit of street parking available nearby. Street parking is metered Mon-Sat from 9am-9pm, if you forget to pay a meter the penalty is only $10, so some decide to go that option. There is a parking garage (pictured) directly behind our building, which is $17/day. Finally, there's a parking garage 2 blocks away at 11 & Jackson (OmahaPark Four), it's approximately $4/day, however you're unable to park there Friday evening and Saturday morning due to the Farmer's market taking place there.
The loft features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the master bedroom you'll find a king bed, spacious walk-in closet, private bathroom and great views of downtown Omaha. In the second bedroom you'll find a queen bed.

The living room space features ample seating, great downtown views, along with a comfy queen sleeper sofa. You'll also find board games in this space for some added fun.

Tip for the keypad lock: As you are entering the numbers in you need to hear a beep after each # entered. If you don't hear the beep, the number is not recognized. The keypad will go to "sleep" after not being used so the first button you push may "wake up" the pad and then you will need to re-enter the full code again to hear beeps after all the #'s.

This historic, 900 square foot loft, is located inside the Woolworth Building, a landmark in the heart of the Old Market. Our 1 bed, 1 bath space features modern decor while preserving the historic details of the building. Along with this great space is an onsite fitness center, natural lit atrium, and easy access to Old Market restaurants, shops and destinations. Just a little over a 15 minute walk to Charles Schwab Field/TD Ameritrade Park (CWS) and CHI Health Center Arena (Swim Trials, Berkshire +more).

For parking we have three primary recommendations. There's quite a bit of street parking available nearby. Street parking is metered Mon-Sat from 9am-9pm, if you forget to pay a meter the penalty is only $10, so some decide to go that option. There is a parking garage (pictured) directly behind our building, which is $17/day. Finally, there's a parking garage 2 blocks away at 11 & Jackson (OmahaPark Four), it's approximately $4/day, however you're unable to park there Friday evening and Saturday morning due to the Farmer's market taking place there.

Welcome to Blue#2! A cozy studio apartment located within minutes of downtown but without the metered parking. Perfect for those who want to enjoy everything that Omaha has to offer (including the world famous zoo!) or just relax at home. Includes free wifi access, Netflix account and Roku tv.

This apartment is in a renovated 1920's home so you will have your usual quirks that come with an older home.

Pets are welcome! Please read the house rules and do not plan on leaving pets unattended.

The space
This studio apartment is a mixture of old architecture and modern updates. It is an upstairs apartment with two other units in the building (one across the hall and another downstairs). All three units have their own locked door so you will not be bothered by anyone else during your stay.

The main area includes a comfortable queen size bed with a 32" tv on a wall mount and a night stand that includes a built in power station. Netflix is always signed in on the ROKU TV and you can sign into your own personal accounts on apps such as Disney+ and HULU.

The kitchen includes a gas stove and oven, fridge, coffee maker and microwave as well as plenty of cooking and eating utensils

The bathroom is equipped with toiletries including soap, razors, extra toothbrushes, and much more.

Street parking in front of the house is available to all guests. The street becomes "one-way" during school pick up and drop off and other than that is always pretty quiet.

Each unit is unique in size and decor but all the units include a fully equipted kitchen, a private bathroom with a shower , a comfortable chair, a desk and a television.
We provide a shared laundry room with 4 washers and 4 dryers including the laundry soap at no extra charge.
The laundry room seperates the East and West wings. Each wing has a sitting area with a large screen television as well as an exit to an outdoor fenced in porch. West wing also has a gas and charcoal grill for guest to use and access to the pretty yard and picnic tables.
We also have two additional bathrooms in the lobby and a vending machine.
