Enter the beautifully renovated home into a spacious foyer with seating. There is a full ceramic tiled bathroom (tub with shower) on this level. Spacious kitchen has eating area, a desk and walkout to a tree shaded deck . Walk down to a privacy fenced backyard with a concrete patio where you can lounge and enjoy your meal at the table for 4 and grass area with outdoor chairs. The long driveway extends into the backyard with room to park 1-2 vehicles within the fenced area, and 3 vehicles in the driveway outside the fence. Also street parking is available.

For security, the front door has a Ring Camera Doorbell and the backyard has a Ring Camera Flood Light.

Back inside, relax in the spacious living room and watch TV. Dining room has dining table that seats 6 and a full size futon with ottoman.

Upstairs are 3 spacious bedrooms with Queen size beds and another full size bathroom. This bathroom has a claw tub with shower. There is a TV with Roku streamer in 2 of the bedrooms.

This home is in walking distance (4 blocks away) from neighborhood park with tennis courts, basketball courts, splash pad, and picnic area.

This home is only 2.5 miles from Charles Schwab Field (where you can enjoy the CWS), Downtown and CHI Health Event Center Arena. Also in that area are plenty of shops, parks, entertainment venues, restaurants, pubs, skating, The Riverfront and Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge to Council Bluffs and more! Just 1.2 miles to Levi Carter Lake and Park where fishing, boating, playgrounds, etc can be enjoyed. 2.0 miles to Miller Park which has a wade pool with watersides, splashpad, golf, fishing, baseball, basketball, football, large indoor pavillion, pickle ball, etc. Still so much more near by! Beautiful 2000 sq ft 5 bedroom 2 bath home located less than 5 minutes from Downtown Omaha and less than 3 minutes from the World Famous Omaha Zoo & Aquarium. Nearby there is great dining, shopping, the Old Market, Little Italy, and so much more. The historic home is in beautiful shape and is very comfortable making it perfect for family gatherings.

The Space
Main floor: 2 bedrooms containing one king and one queen bed, full bath (new shower and washer/dryer), living room with cable (sports and premium channels+ Netflix), dining room, full kitchen, and a pool table room.

Upstairs, 2 large bedrooms containing king beds, 1 smaller bedroom containing a double bed, full bath (short shower), and workspace.

The kitchen has all the basics needed for a lovely home-cooked meal, including a Keurig and French press coffee options.

The main floor is the gem, with the gaming room, dining room, and living room making it oh so spacious. **The pool table room features a mural of downtown Omaha painted by our local artist, with the guest in mind**

As much as we adore the house, the location is what makes this home so special. This home is especially well suited for medical professionals as it is in close proximity to many of Omaha's hospitals. UNMC is only 0.10 miles away from the home. Creighton University Medical Center is 2.4 miles away. CHI Health Immanuel is 8.4 miles away.

The space
The keyless entry makes coming and going a breeze! This upstairs apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a kitchen and living area - The entire apartment is all yours! The apartment is fully furnished with furniture, kitchenware, bed linens, towels, etc. The kitchen has a microwave, fridge, stove, coffee maker, etc.

Guest access
The home is all yours! You'll also have access to the shared laundry room and outdoor areas.
Guests will have access to one off-street parking spot at end of drive in front of Carriage House. Laundry access is through the back door of the main house.

Like you, we treat our pets like family. We want to make it as easy as possible to travel with your four-legged friends! In order to keep this service going, we’d be so thankful for some help from you. We just ask that you add them as a pet on your reservation. We also ask that they stay off the furniture during your time here and that you pick up any waste in the yard left by your pet.

Enjoy the home away from home with an in-law suite located in the rear of the main home. The back yard has a fire pit just off the spacious patio and deck. Enjoy the charcoal grill and bistro style seating. Plenty of outdoor seating with rocking chairs and a hammock that you can relax in. There is a play-sets and enjoy the security of a 6-foot privacy fence.

We are just outside Offutt’s back gate. Within 20 minutes to Henry Doorly Zoo, Charles Schwab & Werner Park ball fields.

The space
I’m- law unit in the rear of the main home. Go through the gate on the North side of home. Entrance to the Air BNB faces North with punch pad keyless lock.

Tidying up after yourself would be appreciated.

Please note, the yard and driveway is the only shared space.

The entire In-law unit is yours to use with shared space of the outside spaces/yard.
We do have small friendly dogs.

We have 2 dogs and a Grand-pup. Shay is a 10 yr old female lab/pointer mix. Her hips are bad, so she doesn't move like she use to. Her bark can be loud, but she's a lover at heart. Ricky is a 2yr old miniature Schnauzer and Ava is a 2 yr old Shih tzu. Both are very loving. None of our pups will bite - they just want to play. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. A peaceful guest cottage located on the outskirts of Omaha and set on 2 acres that is shared by the owner’s 100 year old farmhouse and barn, you will relax and recharge at this charming cottage. The cottage is located down a short gravel lane shared by the owners. When it rains hard in the Midwest you can expect to walk through puddles. In the winter, if we have a heavy snow it may take us a couple hours to clear the lane. Welcome to Omaha!

The space
Located just minutes away from Standing Bear Lake in northwest Omaha, this property has been salvaged from developers and lovingly maintained by the current owners who live on-site in a separate property.
The guest cottage is located about 50 yards away from the main house and situated so the entrance and outdoor space are private.
The guest cottage is new construction and decorated with whimsical and vintage decor. It is truly one-of-a-kind.
The main space features a comfortable sitting area with smart tv, ample couch space, dining table, kitchen with full refrigerator, gas stove, oven, and vintage farmhouse sink.
The bedroom features a very comfortable queen-sized bed with fresh, clean linens, window air conditioning unit and ceiling fan.
A small second room features a dedicated workspace and comfortable single bed.
The owners live on site and Diane owns a seasonal business in the barn. You may catch us occasionally refinishing furniture, working in the garden or just maintaining this gem.

Guest access
All parts of the cottage are accessible to the guest as well as outdoor space in front of the entrance to relax with your morning coffee or around a fire pit in the evening.
There is dedicated parking for the cottage right in front.

Other things to note
This property is an anomaly in that it feels as if you are in the country in the city. The property is located next to a cross-street and surrounded by a neighborhood, so although we have created a nature-filled oasis, traffic and neighborhood sounds are sometimes heard.

Newly renovated second floor of a carriage house located on a historic property in the popular Blackstone District. Shares an acre of land with the main house, built in 1892 and occupied by the owners.
Although situated in the middle of the city, the unit feels secluded from its urban environment and looks out onto a garden surrounded by trees, shrubs and flowers and is in walking distance to many restaurants and bars in both the Blackstone District and Midtown Crossing.

The space
The unit is 600 square feet in size and includes a main living space with full kitchen and eating area, bedroom with queen size bed, and bathroom with shower. Outside deck has additional seating. Patio below deck includes more seating and fire pit. Only access to unit is via outside stairs, which are lighted.

Guest access
Parking is allowed in front of the carriage house garage, with entry and exit through the alley (east of main driveway off Dewey Avenue). Please pull up to the garage so the driveway is still accessible to others. Prior to your arrival, the keypad code to the carriage house door at the top of the steps will be set for your stay and communicated via the Airbnb platform by host. The only access to the unit is via outside stairs which are lighted. In addition to off street parking, guests have access to second floor unit, deck, patio below, and yard.

This newly built carriage house features a spacious upstairs studio apartment in a quiet, wooded neighborhood. It is perfect for peaceful getaways, a bridal suite, or business travel. You will enjoy a comfy king sized bed, efficient work space, full kitchen with modern appliances, and a laundry room. This gem sits on its own lot and is surrounded by trees. It is conveniently located just one mile south of Blair with easy access to highway 75 and a short scenic drive into downtown Omaha.

Carriage house includes a workshop (for owners) on the main level and a 860 square feet studio apartment on the 2nd level.

Guest access
Guest have access to the entire upstairs apartment as well as the back deck and spacious backyard. You will also have the driveway in front of the house.

Other things to note
This unit is located on the second floor so there are stairs to climb at both entrances. It is not equipped for children and is not baby proofed.
