We were there on a Tuesday night and were the only guests so we had the place to ourselves. There are plenty of room to run! Breakfast was also great!" - "Our room was fantastic, in suite bathroom. Family room & breakfast area was nicely set up, plenty of space. We had taken the time to walk the property, very relaxing, peaceful & tranquil. On our way out on Sunday we were able to purchase some vegetables and farm fresh eggs. I wish I new about this B&B years ago when my daughter was a freshman at ISU, we would have stayed her every time. The family, Peter & Denise were wonderful to speak with. This is our new "go to" place, we will comeback as we are able to visit the area."

Room 303 is connected to our spare bedroom 305. 305 may be added onto 303 for an extra charge. This adds an extra bedroom with another full-sized bed, which must share the bathroom with 303. This is our cheaper option over renting an additional entire room, for families or larger groups.

FarmPond Inn is a breathtaking and relaxing 1 bedroom retreat, overlooking a private pond. Nestled on 9 acres, FarmPond Inn is a place you will want to visit again and again. Along with access to a wonderful bike trail, you are blocks away from Nevada's historic and charming downtown district. Cuddle up with a book, go for a canoe ride or simply soak in the view on the deck. When you're at FarmPond Inn, you're enjoying life's simple pleasures!

The space
Farmpond inn is a 1500sf apartment overlooking our pond. While we live on the property this is not attached to our home and is a wonderful quiet getaway with many amenities such as: bath towels, toiletries, cooking and kitchen service items, coffee maker, high quality bedding

Guest access
Guests are welcome to venture down to the boathouse and enjoy an evening on the deck. Light up the outdoor fireplace or grill a steak on the gas grill. An evening stroll around the pond or to the creek are always a good option too.
