Make new memories at this cozy small town garden level suite! Located in the lower level of our raised ranch style home with a private guest entrance. Only 30 minutes from Omaha and Lincoln. Ashland is the perfect small town with a lot to offer! Visit Mahoney State park, Ruhlman’s Steakhouse, Fariner Bakery, Bluejays Ice Cream & Candy, Wildlife Safari Park, Ashland Brewing Company, SAC Museum, boutique shopping, golf courses, and wineries!

The space
This suite is a completely separate area from the rest of the home with a private entrance. Although it is a separate space, we are a family with a toddler and a dog living upstairs. We keep the noise to a minimum, but there may be times you will hear us. The space is equipped with a living room which includes a pull out queen sofa bed. The kitchenette has a sink, full refrigerator/freezer, coffee pot, microwave, toaster, and electric kettle. There is one bedroom with a king bed, full bath with walk in shower (no tub), and laundry room. The city pool, pickle ball courts, park, and splash pad is just a two minute walk up the street. We are happy to provide baby and toddler items if needed- pack & play, baby gate, high chair, sound machine, toys, etc.

Guests will have access to the entire suite through the front door of the house, which is a private entrance. There is parking in the shared driveway for up to 2 vehicles.

Come and relax at our Orchard Haven in the middle of the City! Sitting on just under 2 acres, our beautiful property boasts two homes and beautiful grounds. When you pull into the drive, you will see our home on the right and your oasis right in front of you! We live on the property full time and look forward to meeting you when you arrive!

Originally built in 1935, our carriage house and has so much love and character inside. All rooms have been updated and decorated with your comfort and rest in mind. Within its walls is a full kitchen, including fridge, dishwasher, gas stove and all the utensils you might need. We are coffee lovers and wanted to share that love with you, so a fully stocked coffee bar awaits you after your full night's rest. Two bathrooms are on the second floor, stocked with body soap and hair products, as well as a robe or two to slip into upon arrival. Two bedrooms are on the second floors. The queen room boasts an adjustable bed by Serta and the King room comes with its own sectional and large closet. Each room has a TV with a Roku to log into your streaming services! Our favorite room is the sunroom. During the day, it serves as a quiet getaway to escape the rush of life. Grab a book and some coffee and open the curtains to take in the grounds. At night, draw the curtains, put down the projector screen and enjoy a movie night! Don't want to crawl up to bed? No problem! The modular couch hooks together to make a king sized bed. Take a stroll during the day around the grounds. Enjoy the grasses and flowers in the spring and summer. Take in the fall colors and snowflakes in the winter. We have two pups, however they stay in the front fenced in area, which we reserve for our family's use. We can't wait to share our space with you, book with us today!
