- "Enjoyed my stay here. Ended up booking this place for a Convention in Kansas City. Received my check-in information through email. They even had an early check-in process available. The entrance was pretty easy to locate, and I didn’t have any trouble with parking spots. The door was unlocked and I was able to proceed upstairs to my room. I was a little concerned when I arrived because there was loud music coming from the right building, and a dog barking loudly from the left. The noise only lasted for about 45 minutes and I didn’t hear much after that. I stayed for 3 days. The dog would only bark periodically. Room was very clean and had everything that I needed. I liked that there were recommendations for local restaurants to eat at, all were good. Bed was SO comfortable. They were also thoughtful and provided earplugs and masks for sleeping, i’m assuming because of the exit sign and the train nearby. Neither of which bothered me much. Checking out was easy and I was even able to visit the farmers market before I left. Would recommend this place to others. My only concern that I had was that I didn’t see any other way to get up to the rooms aside from stairs. I’m not sure if somebody who has difficulty walking or is wheelchair bound would be able to stay here."

Refunds For Trip-Related Issues. From time to time, things happen! And when they do, we want the opportunity to fix them immediately, so you can continue enjoying your stay. This is important if you ever have noise complaints, or something keeping you up at night in one of our properties - we want to know, and fix it right then! This gives us the opportunity to make things better, and prohibits the very few bad apples from trying to get their trip for free. (It happens.) We want you to be happy and the entire trip to be stress free and smooth. And we will responsively and promptly take care of any issues you may have.
Lost and Found Policy. Did you leave something valuable behind? We want to help! We have contracted with our cleaning services to contact the guest, and return anything that may be of value. The charge for returning lost items (that fit in a standard envelope) is $40. We DO NOT keep, and will not return left over food, alcohol, or anything that is disposable. Always do a full property sweep before you check out at 11:00 a.m.

This 2 bedroom, has 1 queen bed in each bedroom & a full size closet to hang your clothes (hangers provided). There is a floor fan, large lighted makeup mirror & vanity, extra bed pillows & blanket, iron & ironing board, foldable desk & chair & over the door hooks.
Please fold comforters down to the foot of the bed. There should be enough blankets.

There's a Full length mirror in the hall for that last minute check before going out for the evening, or to a wedding. In the linen closet a lint roller, plenty of towels and also bath sheets if you like a larger towel. Cleaning supplies on the top shelf for safety, if you want to use them.
