This is a mother in law apartment in the lower level of my house. Bright and colorful. Fun feeling of the mid 60s.

Rumpus room has a fold down sofa with a memory foam topper for comfort. The rumpus room has an electric built in fireplace, TV with Roku Stick, Games, puzzles and cards are in the bookcase for evenings or rainy days. Darts anyone?

The kitchenette/ bar area has bar seating. It is a very usable kitchenette with stove, microwave, refrigerator, mixer, blender, coffee maker and k-cup brewer, electric kettle and a waffle maker. There is even a couple fondue pots to really get into the spirit.

The bedroom has a comfy queen size bed. There room in the closet and dresser for your things. Laundry/bath area is a colorful space. There is a good size shower with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. A blow dryer is in the cubby next to the sink. A full size washer and dryer and iron are in there. That space also has an elliptical, exercise balls, bands and a few other work out tools.

Come out and join me in the shared screen porch when it is warm out. The yard is fenced and has some nice gardens when its warm out. You are certainly welcome to come out and help me pull some weeds. Since the yard if fully fenced it is great for your doggos. We have one here. She is an older Husky named Bella. Climb up into the tree house or let the kids go down the slide.

There is a gas grill right outside the porch door. We grill year around here in Minnesota. We are a hardy type.

There is ONE space available for your parking.

This is a nice neighborhood with a park just a block away and 4 blocks from the city public pool and water park. Kent Hrbeck fields are there too for ball games. Moire park has 9 Mile creek flowing through it with walking paths, frisbe golf, and sometimes concerts in the park. It is a busy street but the neighbors walk by and talk across the fence. The back yard gives you privacy with a grill and fire pit. The city created bike lanes throughout the city including on the street in front of the house. There are plenty of restaurants close by and great grocery stores. We are only a few miles from the Mall of America. and just a little further to an outlet mall and Southdale Center. Minnesota does not charge tax on clothing purchases. The Museums and art galleries in the cities are fabulous. There are several churches and a mosque close by. Nice people of all different types live in this neighborhood.

This may be a good place to stay while a loved one is in one of our cities fine hospitals. Many have stayed while they are in town looking for a new home or are between closings. It's a little home away from home.

There are Ring doorbells at the doors and a Ring camera pointing at the garage and gate.

Went to dinner with my family only to come back to no water in the bathroom. I called to have them come fix it and they were there until 3 a.m. banging on pipes and soldering new copper water lines. After they left they left the maim water line on as a trickle, so no showers and barely enough water to wash your hands or brush your teeth. I had to go down to to the basement to turn up the mail water line so we could at least flush the toilet. I reached out to VRBO at midnight and told them about the 3 strangers in our basement, and they said to call back in the morning. The morning happens to be Thanksgiving, so we left in the morning at 9am and did not return until midnight. We went to bed, and I called VRBO and they will not help - the property manager is no help. I highly advise you stay away from this home and VRBO if possible."

Hello and welcome to our location. It locates a very convenient location near Walmart, Mall of America and Airport. All 3BR has queen size bed with new foam mattress very convy. Safe quiet neighbor. Smith Park with picnic table and grill is less than 4 minute walking distance. See you soon!.

- "When we booked this we did not realize there was a 19 year old that would be staying in the basement while we were there. We also did not know there would be cameras watching us inside the home. The VRBO was not ready when we came but we had not a lot of options. It was pretty dirty. The owner provided us with cleaning things but did not clean it prior to us getting there. It seemed like the owner was trying to make a fast buck and just wasn’t ready. The VRBO has three rooms that can be rented with a shared kitchen and one bathroom. It is not set up for a relaxing stay for vacation. It wasn’t very clean or welcoming. The owner was nice but again didn’t seem like they were ready for a someone to stay here. The location is good for Mall of America. Good parking area for multiple vehicles. We just didn’t like someone watching us on camera and staying in the basement while we were there. Just not ideal in todays society."
