This is a mother in law apartment in the lower level of my house. Bright and colorful. Fun feeling of the mid 60s.

One bedroom with a comfy queen size bed, dressers and closet space.

Rumpus room has a fold down sofa with a memory foam topper for comfort. The rumpus room has an electric built in fireplace, TV with Roku Stick, Games, puzzles and cards are in the bookcase for evenings or rainy days. Darts anyone?

The kitchenette/ bar area has bar seating. It is a very usable kitchenette with stove, microwave, refrigerator, mixer, blender, coffee maker and k-cup brewer, electric kettle and a waffle maker. There is even a couple fondue pots to really get into the spirit.

The bedroom has a comfy queen size bed. There room in the closet and dresser for your things. Laundry/bath area is a colorful space. There is a good size shower with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. A blow dryer is in the cubby next to the sink. A full size washer and dryer and iron are in there. That space also has an elliptical, exercise balls, bands and a few other work out tools.

Come out and join me in the shared screen porch when it is warm out. The yard is fenced and has some nice gardens when its warm out. You are certainly welcome to come out and help me pull some weeds. Since the yard if fully fenced it is great for your doggos. We have one here. She is an older Husky named Bella. Climb up into the tree house or let the kids go down the slide.

There is a gas grill right outside the porch door. We grill year around here in Minnesota. We are a hardy type.

There is ONE space available for your parking.

This is a nice neighborhood with a park just a block away and 4 blocks from the city public pool and water park. Kent Hrbeck fields are there too for ball games. Moire park has 9 Mile creek flowing through it with walking paths, frisbe golf, and sometimes concerts in the park. It is a busy street but the neighbors walk by and talk across the fence. The back yard gives you privacy with a grill and fire pit. The city created bike lanes throughout the city including on the street in front of the house. There are plenty of restaurants close by and great grocery stores. We are only a few miles from the Mall of America. and just a little further to an outlet mall and Southdale Center. Minnesota does not charge tax on clothing purchases. The Museums and art galleries in the cities are fabulous. There are several churches and a mosque close by. Nice people of all different types live in this neighborhood.

This may be a good place to stay while a loved one is in one of our cities fine hospitals. Many have stayed while they are in town looking for a new home or are between closings. It's a little home away from home.

There are Ring doorbells at the doors and a Ring camera pointing at the garage and gate.

Went to dinner with my family only to come back to no water in the bathroom. I called to have them come fix it and they were there until 3 a.m. banging on pipes and soldering new copper water lines. After they left they left the maim water line on as a trickle, so no showers and barely enough water to wash your hands or brush your teeth. I had to go down to to the basement to turn up the mail water line so we could at least flush the toilet. I reached out to VRBO at midnight and told them about the 3 strangers in our basement, and they said to call back in the morning. The morning happens to be Thanksgiving, so we left in the morning at 9am and did not return until midnight. We went to bed, and I called VRBO and they will not help - the property manager is no help. I highly advise you stay away from this home and VRBO if possible."

Hello and welcome to our location. It locates a very convenient location near Walmart, Mall of America and Airport. All 3BR has queen size bed with new foam mattress very convy. Safe quiet neighbor. Smith Park with picnic table and grill is less than 4 minute walking distance. See you soon!.

- "When we booked this we did not realize there was a 19 year old that would be staying in the basement while we were there. We also did not know there would be cameras watching us inside the home. The VRBO was not ready when we came but we had not a lot of options. It was pretty dirty. The owner provided us with cleaning things but did not clean it prior to us getting there. It seemed like the owner was trying to make a fast buck and just wasn’t ready. The VRBO has three rooms that can be rented with a shared kitchen and one bathroom. It is not set up for a relaxing stay for vacation. It wasn’t very clean or welcoming. The owner was nice but again didn’t seem like they were ready for a someone to stay here. The location is good for Mall of America. Good parking area for multiple vehicles. We just didn’t like someone watching us on camera and staying in the basement while we were there. Just not ideal in todays society."

This is the entire lower level (basement) of a house with private entrance. The living room has a full-sized couch with hide-a-bed to accommodate additional guests. The lower level is always cool in the summertime and warm in winter, and there are fans and heaters if you want to control your temperature. We've included all the essentials to make you feel right at home.

You'll have access to the entire level level of the house and use of the large backyard.

Our fully-equipped 1100 sq foot townhome (REMODELED IN OCTOBER 2022) is conveniently located minutes from the Mall of America and MSP Airport, with a Metro Bus Transit stop just steps away (with quick connection to the greater metro transit system at the Mall of America, including the light rail for convenient transportation to downtown Minneapolis and St Paul, including the Twins Stadium and US Bank stadium).

Fully renovated to now to include 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath (shower/tub), a 3/4 bath (shower), and an IN HOUSE washer & dryer!

HOUSEKEEPING
We provide housekeeping services upon request for a fee; the fee is collected via AirBnB and paid directly to our housekeepers.

SUPPLIES
We provide basic supplies to get you started, such as paper towels, toilet paper, hand and dish soap, sponges, trash bags, etc. This is a vacation/rental home which means you are responsible to provide all other items beyond the initial provided supplies.

Please do not take any items from designated housekeeping supplies, these are for our housekeepers only; charge will be assessed for any designated housekeeping supplies used by you or your guests.

TRASH DISPOSAL
Please dispose of the trash daily in the designated shared trash receptacle (accessed via pin code in a closed garage just steps away from our home).

MAIL/ONLINE PURCHASES
Mail/packages may be rejected by USPS/UPS as they require the owner name to be on the packages. DO NOT MAIL OR SHIP PACKAGES TO OUR HOME.

If you need to make an online purchase, we have a secure PO Box it may be sent to; contact us for the address and inform us if you are expecting something so we can be sure to deliver it to you in a timely fashion. Keep in mind we are not responsible for unexpected issues with your online purchases or for mail/packages sent to our home. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Tap water is potable. The City of Bloomington consistently has some of the best tasting water/quality of water in the state!

Cold Water: please run the tap for 3-5 minutes to get cool water. (The main pipeline coming into the complex runs warm.)

This is the entire main floor of a duplex house with two private bedrooms. The living room has a full-sized couch and loveseat and lots of space for air mattresses if you have a large group. Central air and heat throughout the house with a thermostat to control the temperature to your liking. We've included all the essentials to make you feel right at home.
PLEASE NOTE: this is a duplex. There is a unit in the lower level.

You'll have access to the entire main level of the house, the private deck and use of the large backyard.

There is another listing in the basement so there may be others coming and going from the side door. We ask you please be courteous of the other guests below you (no jumping jacks please :) and limit noise after 10pm. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen but it is not working - dishes must be washed by hand.
The washing machine is a smaller unit that hooks up to the kitchen sink. There are drying racks for drying clothes, but no clothes dryer.

It features two cozy living areas, including a home bar, smart TVs on every level and in most bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen plus a downstairs kitchenette, and a private fenced backyard with a grill. Just minutes from the Mall of America, MSP Airport, and downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul, it’s perfect for families, groups, or travelers looking to relax and explore.

The space
Duplex home in the heart of the Twin Cities. Complete privacy. One floor living, three bedrooms, one with a desk for work if needed, full kitchen, dining room, and living room with couch for sleeping. There are no stairs in the living area. Two queen-size beds (one is a high-quality Stearns and Foster), one pull-out sofa, and two full baths with a master walk-in shower with handicap bars and a seat if needed.

We charge a higher cleaning fee because our cleaning goes above and beyond. This includes washing all bedding, including all quilts and blankets. We also wash all bathroom rugs, throw rugs, and blankets. Floors are steam cleaned, and the kitchen and baths are meticulously disinfected.

Original art by a local Minnesota artist and our mother. If she were still here, our mother would have loved to have a glass of wine with each and every one of you. We are trying to keep this home in her honor, so we appreciate everyone who rents our home. You are not just a renter; you are a treasured guest who is helping us create a legacy for our children and grandchildren, and our nieces and nephews. A place where all of us can gather or visit to continue to build strong family connections, which our mother always made a priority. Love was at the root of it all. Now, this home where she used to live will brim with families, not just ours, and we couldn't ask for more.

There are two big, and just a bit ugly, leather recliners in the family room. Since these two chairs are so popular with many of our guests, they will stay (for now). We would love to know if you like them too.
