The kitchen had pretty much everything we could have asked for to make our meals. We only needed to bring in food! We rented a pontoon boat from a local business and spent some part of every day on the gorgeous lake. Our weather during our two week stay was nearly picture perfect. Welcome to my beautiful and family-friendly cottage centrally located in downtown Wayzata just a short walk to Lake Minnetonka. Wayzata is a safe, fun, and relaxing community full of delicious restaurants, outdoor activities, and wonderful shops. You’ll have easy, walking access to anything you desire to experience in our lakeside town while also having a private, cozy space to return to in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood.

The house is two levels - a main level with one bedroom and 1.5 baths and a basement with a full bath. The main bedroom has a king sized bed and the basement has a queen size murphy bed. There are three large smart TVs throughout the house where you can set up your Netflix, Amazon Prime, Spotify, etc. There is a fully equipped kitchen, coffee and tea bar including a Nespresso machine and pods, as well as cooking essentials (olive oil, salt, pepper, and other spices). There are threes separate outdoor spaces - a large screened in porch, a BBQ and dining space, and an outdoor sitting area. NO recreational vehicles, no boats, no more than 2 cars, cars must be parked in driveway, no parties of any kind and no large gatherings. Strict noise ordinance 9 am - 9 pm.

5,000 square foot family home built in 2020. Private and spacious, with gorgeous views across a natural wetland preserve. 20 minutes from MSP airport, 15 minutes to Downtown Minneapolis. Fast and dependable Wi-Fi throughout the property. Master suite with luxury Purple brand king sized mattress, oversized whirlpool bath tub, and steam room with 3 shower heads. Massive open plan main floor with kitchen, butler kitchen, dining room, living room, and coffee lounge all flowing into each other. Laundry rooms on main floor and upstairs. Basement complete with living room, bar, exercise area, and a hockey rink. Basement bedroom / office equipped with laptop ready dual monitor work station. Modern high end appliances and smart TVs throughout.

There are two laundry rooms, and if you’re staying more than a couple of days you may need to launder some bath linens, depending on the size of your group. This is a finished lower level, rarely used and completely furnished. You share an entrance with the owner, but your space is all your own! Sleeps 4 comfortably with two bedrooms; 1 King, 1 Queen. Really everything you need for a super comfortable stay! Almost new sectional, ping pong table, throwback electronic game table, kitchenette, etc.

We have a driveway as well as additional parking right out in front of our home on the street.

This recently remodeled home is located on a really large pond that we like to call a "lake". It boasts 2 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 2 living rooms, and 2 offices. It also has a completely updated kitchen and dining room along with 2 fireplaces so that you can cook and entertain in luxury. In addition to the two beds, there are two very comfortable couches in the living rooms.

We also have a sprawling yard overlooking the pond with deck outside off the kitchen as well as sitting area with accessibility from the basement sliding door.

We have parking right on our property located on the driveway. Ubers and Lyfts are really quick to the location shall you choose to take one for the night. We have a beautiful walking neighborhood and highly recommend walking through to see all the beautiful houses, each one is completely unique from the other.

Please note that as this is our primary residence, guests will not have access to the closets, drawers, and storage rooms. Thank you for your understanding.

Pets: We’re pet-friendly! Up to two pets are welcome per stay, with a $150 fee per pet.

Service Dog Policy

At Roxy Rentals, we’re happy to host guests traveling with service dogs — they’re part of the experience too! If you’ll be bringing a service animal, please send us your documentation in advance. Once verified, there’s no pet fee for service dogs, as required by law.

For Zen Den on the Water by Downtown Wayzata, we’re pleased to welcome one pet during your stay. Cats can be considered upon request. Anything more than one pet can be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Under local ordinances, service dogs may not be left alone in the home at any time — this ensures their comfort and keeps our space in great condition for all guests.

- "JJ was extremely accommodating before and during our stay. Her house is clean and décor is phenomenal. The house is perfect size for a few couples. We always bring our dogs with us on vacation, and this property was dog friendly. It has a large fenced in yard that we all enjoyed. Downtown Wayzata is a short drive away, and a cool area to visit. We had truck issues over the weekend and the repair shop kept pushing back the day it would be finished, JJ was very nice in letting us book another day at the last minute. Thank you for letting us stay at your house and if we're back in MN we'll definitely re-book again!"

Welcome to your peaceful escape in Minnetonka, a nature-filled haven near the Twin Cities. This private one-bedroom apartment offers direct access to the Lake Minnetonka LRT Regional Trail. We also have bikes available for use!

This one bedroom apartment can comfortably fit 2 adults and 2 children, or up to 3 adults. The bedroom offers a large space with a Queen bed, and there is a trundle bed with 2 twin beds located in the front living room space.

Relax in the spacious yard or the screened porch located at your private entry at the back of the house. This unique space is ideal for those seeking relaxation near nature while being close to urban convenience. Deer, bunnies and turkey are common visitors here.

Parking: You’ll have access to our 2 car driveway which is located off the side of our house. We live on a corner lot, and this setup allows you to park in that driveway and walk directly to your private entry, which is located in the back of our house.

Williston Fitness Center is located directly off the trail just a mile away and offers guest passes for purchase. There are tons of delicious restaurants to check out and are a short drive or bike ride away.
