This Short Term Rental Agreement for woodland resort (hereinafter: the “Agreement”) is entered into and made
effective between the Property Owner/Operator (“Owner”) and the
Guest (together - the “Parties”). Terms not specified in this Agreement shall be in accordance
with the House rules or the Reservation policies.
The parties agree as follows:
Accommodation Terms
1. The Guest agrees to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by local laws.
2. The Guest shall behave in a respectful manner and shall be good neighbors respecting the rights of the surrounding property owners. Creating a disturbance of the above
nature shall be grounds for immediate termination of this agreement.
3. The Guest commits not to use the property for any illegal or commercial purpose, including but not limited to sub-lease the property or otherwise allowing anyone or more
people to stay above the maximum permitted or if not previously agreed with the Owner.
4. The Guest is responsible for any breakage or damage costs (or related costs) in or to the property - along with any extra costs that may result - which are caused by the Guest or any members of the Guest’s party.
5. The Owner can refuse to allow the Guest into the property or ask the Guest to leave if they reasonably believe the Guest or any member of the Guest’s party (or any other
person invited by the Guest to the property) are behaving illegally or that any damage is
likely to be caused, has been caused or is being caused as a result of the Guest
behavior or any members the Guest has invited to the property and without providing a refund of any payment the Guest has paid for the booking and the Owner will not be
legally responsible to find any alternative accommodation.
6. Parking is limited to designated parking areas only just in front of cabin.
7. The Guest must not hold events (such as parties, celebrations or meetings) at the property without the advance written consent of the Owner. Any of these cases will allow
the Owner to terminate the Agreement without providing a refund of any payment the
Guest has paid for the booking and the Owner will not be legally responsible to find any alternative accommodation.
8. The Guest must allow the Owner or their representative (including workmen), with
reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during your stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and you cannot be contacted in time. In these situations, the owner can enter the property at any time without giving you prior notice).The Guest is obliged not to make any changes in the rented property without prior receipt of agreement from the Owner in writing.
10. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, as acknowledged:
Guest waives, discharges and agrees to hold harmless Owner from all damages or
injuries arising from or related to the Guest stay at Property, including without limitation,
any accidents or injury to the Guest, Guest’s visitors and associates, and loss of valuables of any kind. The Guest is responsible for keeping his valuables safe

The fridge is small as advertised, so we just kept drinks in a cooler outside. Not a problem at all, especially if you had a shorter stay. I really enjoyed sitting in the shade, reading my book while the kids swam. My brother rented the cabin next door, making it a fabulous family week. I highly recommend it!"

Many cute cabins at Woodland Resort! This is cabin 2, ALL have lake access to Pokegama Lake! Great view, fire pit, hammock, porch, fully furnished, nice kitchen, grill, picnic tables, just minutes to town, walking distance to Zorbaz and The Pickled Loon Saloon. There is a boat house with life jackets, electric and a fridge/freezer, tubes and a dock to use as well! There are RV hook ups, and a lot of flat land to host fun yard games! Come see for yourself what brings guests back year after year!
The space
You can use the entire cabin, a fire pit, picnic tables and the lake & boathouse which has electric! There are kayaks and other rentals such as boats and jet skis available in the directory/manual of each cabin with lots of other very valuable info to help you make the most of your vacation!!! Light pollution was minimal at a nearby park (6 miles away) which allowed us to view the Milky Way without technology. In the back yard / lake we saw many duck families, rabbits, otter’s, loons, water snakes and caught 6 different varieties of fish. The weather in July is excellent, no air conditioning required. The house is spacious, open with tons of electrical outlets, usb connections, several tvs and fans. Well cared for and attention paid to the details liked bath towels, bedding, pillows, mattresses, chairs, couch, etc. Everything was clean, comfortable and a lot of incidentals were provided….ie…q-tips, Kleenex,toilet paper, dishwasher soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, garbage bags and plenty of dishes/ utensils.Two kayaks as well as a paddle boat with 4 life vests were provided.The locals were very amicable. One neighbor even rented us his 16 foot fishing boat for a day as all the rental companies were booked. The town (Grand Rapids) has a Walmart, Target, lots of local restaurants, several grocery stores, multiple liquor stores, outdoor stores and a well stocked hardware store within a 10 minute drive.Multiple nearby bike trails provide excellent biking adventures.Overall the property is excellent, the people are friendly, the environment beautiful."

Four wooded acres of secluded family-friendly cabin life on the pristine Wabana Chain of Lakes. Two bedrooms/two bathrooms with sleeping for six in the main cabin. Seasonal bunkhouse sleeps an additional six. Moderate elevation down to 300ft of lakeshore on peaceful, quiet and clear Little Trout Lake. Fishing and swimming off of the dock. Boaters and paddlers have access to the 4400 acre Wabana Chain of Lakes. (Tandem kayak , Canoe, and Paddleboard provided.) Nature lovers have access to miles of hiking/biking/running trails. Trailhead to Trout Lake SNA/historic Joyce Estate is 1 mile from cabin.

Built in 1972, the cabin sits on a small clearing at the top of a ridge overlooking Little Trout Lake. It has two bedrooms (both with queen beds) and a sofa sleeper and futon in the living room. All linens, kitchen and bath towels are provided. (Bring your own beach towels.) The cabin has two bathrooms, a full bath on the main level and a three-quarters located in the unfinished basement. (Please note that stairs to basement are a little steep.) The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, dishes and utensils. Outside is a large picnic table with umbrella, fire pit, wood swing, charcoal and gas grills and back deck with chairs. There is Wifi at the cabin, cell phone signals are picked up, and there is a small TV for watching movies. The main cabin has central air-conditioning while the bunkhouse has a portable air conditioning unit.

The rolling, wooded property is located on Little Trout Lake, the smallest among the Wabana Chain of Lakes. The chain is known for its crystal-clear spring fed waters, fishing and water sports. Over half of the chain is located in the Chippewa National Forest and remains undeveloped. The cabin is between Wabana and Trout Lakes, offering seclusion with the ease of boating via channels to the larger lakes, including Bluewater. The property is available to rent the last week in May through the first week in September.

It’s right off 169 easy to find, on woodland park rd. It says # 6 on the outside of cabin. Guests enter with key from lockbox. Full access to rented cabin, and yard, full access to dock, boathouse and lake! Cameras up outside for our safety and yours! This Short Term Rental Agreement for woodland resort (hereinafter: the “Agreement”) is entered into and made
effective between the Property Owner/Operator (“Owner”) and the
Guest (together - the “Parties”). Terms not specified in this Agreement shall be in accordance
with the House rules or the Reservation policies.
The parties agree as follows:
Accommodation Terms
1. The Guest agrees to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by local laws.
2. The Guest shall behave in a respectful manner and shall be good neighbors respecting the rights of the surrounding property owners. Creating a disturbance of the above
nature shall be grounds for immediate termination of this agreement.
3. The Guest commits not to use the property for any illegal or commercial purpose, including but not limited to sub-lease the property or otherwise allowing anyone or more
people to stay above the maximum permitted or if not previously agreed with the Owner.

We fell in love with the top-floor apartment, decided to do some updates, and share it with everyone! We call it "The Clara Bell", named in honor of the doctor's wife. We hope you enjoy its cozy and unique character and the attention to detail and decor throughout as much as we do! That one went well, so we decided to completely renovate the next apartment down and call it "The Thomas Grand" in honor of Dr. Thomas Russell. It is on the steep driveway, which isn’t a problem for us since our car is four-wheel-drive, but you will want to avoid driving to the bottom if you have a 2 Wheel Dr. car. We are located right downtown Grand Rapids near shopping, trails and lakes. We fell in love with the top-floor apartment, decided to do some updates, and share it with everyone on Airbnb! We call it "The Clara Bell", named in honor of the doctor's wife. We hope you enjoy its cozy and unique character, and the attention to detail and decor throughout as much as we do! That one went well, so we decided to completely renovate the next apartment down and call it "The Thomas Grand" in honor of Dr. Thomas Russell. Cabin #3 is located only feet away from the lake. Beautiful view on a quite lake. Cabin #3 was built in 1932 and is our most newly remodeled cabin. when you book this cabin, you also have included is use of all our paddle boats, paddle boards, kayaks, canoes, fire ring (furnished wood) also we have pontoons for rent for $85 a day or $475 a week. Fishing boats available at $35 day or $150 week. Motors available at $45 day or $125 week. Small beach very close to cabin to relax or swim.

Cabin # 6 is known as upper duplex. Very nice cabin, with beautiful view of lake. Also included in the price is the use of our paddle boats, kayaks, paddle boards, canoes and fishing boats (motor extra). Fire pit just down a small hill by the lake, with furnished wood. Our beach is only a short walk from the duplex, where you can sit and relax or swim.

**This home naturally stays pretty cool in the warmer months! Thanks to the tall ceilings & underground ventilation. Ensuring windows & doors are closed will help to keep the home nice & cool inside.

~ OUTDOOR AMENITIES ~
Outdoor amenities available for use May 1st to October 31st, and depending on the weather, as items are stored away during our Minnesota winters.

A removable ramp is available for the main entry door.
The home features an extra wide hallway and 36" doorways. Please reach out if you have questions or would prefer the ramp be added at no additional charge. I can add the ramp to your reservation notes so it will be installed upon arrival. (It is otherwise stored away.)

Deer Lake is 4000+ acres of clear blue water and sandy bottoms. You can choose your own lake adventure from the peace of our private lakeshor or take your boat from our dock and head out to enjoy the fun this great lake has to offer

In the winter you have access 7-8 miles to the Snowmobile Trail Access or directly across the lake and onto the trails from the access one mile away. Please take care not to ride snowmobiles in the yard over our septic system. There is ample parking at the top of the hill by the garage for one -2 trailers

Our cabin features all of the spaces you need your group or treat yourself to a luxurious stay with all of your favorite amenities. Your group can enjoy the open kitchen, dining and great room with loft lounge

Experience the opulence and grandeur of a by-gone era during your stay at the Gilbert Mansion, once home to one of the most prominent families in Northern MN. You'll start each day in our beautiful Dining Room with an elegant multi-course breakfast served on antique china. The space
Lovingly restored 1904 home, completely furnished in period antiques with many belongings of the original owners. Four unique rooms available for rent. Three rooms have Queen beds, and one room has Twin beds. Bob & Wayne's room is quite different from the rest of the home, an unexpected surprise with a rustic Northwoods feel and original murals depicting Native Americans on the walls. The ceiling detail is phenomenal! It is an optical illusion you won't want to miss! Two twin beds can be converted to a King size bed upon request.

Guests will have access to their own bedroom, two shared baths, living room, formal dining room, parlor, large covered front porch and yard/gardens. Guided tours of home available upon request. One hour tour includes 17 rooms of the mansion with complete history of the Gilbert family and early Grand Rapids.....Very interesting! Off-street parking and Free Wi-Fi available.

During your stay
We can interact as much or as little as you want. Both Inn-Keepers, (Tim & Christie), grew up in Grand Rapids and are intimately familiar with the area and all it has to offer. We are always present when guests are in our home. Tim is also a terrific fishing guide. He knows the local lakes extremely well. Ask about guided fishing trips.

- Our guests appreciate the peaceful, relaxing atmosphere of our home. Any parties or events hosted at the Mansion must be pre-approved by owners.

If you are looking for a peaceful get away for two, this is your place! One of the most desirable parts of Pokegama Lake, Stony Point is 3 minutes to restaurants, a gas station, bait and convenience store. All tar roads and ten minutes from town. See the home of Judy Garland or visit the Forest History Center. Old Central School has shops you won't want to miss. The Little Red Cabin's charm and history are alive in every room. You won't want to leave, trust me!

Our lake cabin is on a private lake with no public access (Please note, we do not have a boat landing for guests to bring their own boats due to our steep hill). We are near numerous snowmobile/ATV trails, many beautiful lakes, and the Chippewa National Forest. We have 250 feet of lakeshore and over 30 acres of hunting land across County Road 65. Our cabin is on over 4 acres, plenty of room to relax. We have a boathouse, dock, two kayaks, a small boat & motor, a fire pit grill and gas grill.

The space
Property is located on a small private 10 acre lake. The lake can be used for swimming, canoeing, paddle boarding, kayaking, etc. if you choose to bring your own equipment. The lake is not big enough for boating.

The house is new construction. Although everything inside has been completed, the garage(which is not available to guests) and the property is still under construction. No construction will take place during guest visits.

This bright and open unique loft is in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids. The Lake + Company Loft has a very functional layout coupled with unique architecture. The combination of the historic exposed brick with modern finishes makes this space unique and inviting.

The studio is dog friendly. But we do charge a $25 nightly pet fee.

The space
The loft is located in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids, MN. We are in proximity to shopping, dining, and breweries. We are close to the Mesabi trail, hiking, fishing, mountain biking, and more!

You will be able to use the entire loft including foyer, extra powder room, and staircase.

Other things to note
Parking requires a parking pass that is located in the loft upon arrival. Please display this in your window while you are visiting. Please leave the parking pass in the kitchen upon check out. There is a $45 fee if the parking pass is not returned.

Dogs are welcome and a fee of $25 will be applied upon check-in and put on your incidental card.

There is a non-cash fee of 3% that will be applied upon check-in and put on your incidental card.

The Farmhouse is centrally located with what Grand Rapids has to offer. You will be close to everything when you stay at this home, it is walking distance to Crystal Lake, MesabiTrail, Reif center, Yanmar arena, local breweries, shopping, antique shops and close to downtown. Snowmobile trail is a short ride across the lake. A park is conveniently located just a half a block from the house. After a busy day you can enjoy the fire pit, spacious deck, board games and game room.

The space
The Farmhouse has 4 bedrooms, which include 2 queens, 2 bunk rooms (twin over full) and 2 full baths. The garage is available for parking , driveway or street parking. There are outside games, bikes for adventures, fire pit and deck seating for relaxing.

Guest access
I will send the code for the door 24-48 hours before check in. There will be a folder on the counter with a list of rules and closing procedures when you leave the house.

Other things to note
During winter months, no parking on streets if there is 2" or more of snow, because of city ordinances.
