This studio apartment is located in a 5-plex a few blocks from campus. As such, the neighborhood is mostly multi-unit buildings with student apartments.

Getting Around:
There is parking for one vehicle included with this rental. Please send us your license plate ahead of time so we can keep track of who is parking in the lot. There are also public transit lines a couple blocks away. We're located just a 5-minute drive from the airport as well.

But the last night I received a message saying to be checked out by 10 am. Could communicate rules better. Cleanliness was an issue, when we arrived floors were sticky and the apartment had an odor. This centrally-located apartment is within walking distance of all of Downtown Fargo's hidden gems! And only 2 blocks to Sanford Hospital/Roger Maris Cancer Center. There are all kinds of places to go and a enjoy a day, or a night out on the town!

Downtown is also within short driving distance of many businesses and attractions.

The Fargodome is only a short drive away, as well as Suite Shots, Thunder Road, and the West Acres Mall, to name a few.

We have a two bedroom, 1 bath apartment in the historic bison building, which has a mural of Bob Dylan on the south side of the building. It is a cozy apartment with a king-size bed in the Master bedroom and a triple bunk in the second bedroom.

You will have access to the entire apartment unit. There is no laundry in the apartment however, there is paid laundry on the second floor of the building. The TV is a Roku TV. You will need to sign in to your apps for your favorite channels. There are no cable channels provided. The Roku TV will automatically sign out of your apps on the checkout date.

This is a very nice central location to Downtown Fargo and all of its experiences. It is within walking distance to all of the restaurants and bars, and a three block walk to Sanford hospital and Roger Maris cancer center. Because it is located on Broadway and directly across the street from bars and food trucks that stay open late into the morning, it can be a noisy location. We want you to know that there is a lot of activity on the street and in the green space directly adjacent to the apartment. We haven't had a lot of complaints about this, but a recent review made it clear to us that we will be providing ear plugs for our guests from now on.

You can walk, bike, uber, or bus to nearby locations or all the way across town. Most locations take no more than 15 minutes to get to.

The TV is a Roku TV. You will need to sign in to your apps for your favorite channels. There are no cable channels provided. The Roku TV will automatically sign out of your apps on the checkout date. We have heard from our Canadian guests that if there are no channels provided, they may need to bring a fire stick or other device to access what they want to watch. Please be advised again, there are no cable channels provided in this apartment.

Guests will have access to the full apartment as well as the coin laundry located on the lower level. You will access the building through the back door, right off of the free gravel parking lot.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is primarily college housing with a mix of houses, apartments, and townhomes. This building is mostly short-term rentals.

Getting Around:
We're a couple of blocks from NDSU and within walking distance (in the spring-fall) of campus, tailgating, and the Fargodome. We're a 5-minute drive from the airport and downtown Fargo. We have Uber and Lyft, both would be about $8 to the airport or downtown.

- "I stayed in this very roomy 4 bedroom 3 bathroom apartment with other wrestling parents for the Fargo Nationals tournament. The location is very close to the Fargodome and is walking distance to downtown restaurants. Overall the apartment is very spacious with two balconies and a large comfy sectional. The property managers were very responsive. The weather was pretty hot and the apartment has two wall unit air conditioners, one in the living room and one in one of the master bedrooms, so the bedrooms without AC units got pretty warm. Street parking was not a problem. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. I would suggest maybe a bistro set or chairs on the balconies."

The entrance to the apartment building is in the alley on the back of the building, right off of the parking lot. Parking in the lot is free and first come first served. There is also free street parking all around the building. There are a full-size washer and dryer that is in a shared room for the whole building. It is free but does require quarters to operate (it just spits the quarters out after you put them in).

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is mostly college students and single-family homes. Definitely super safe. We have never had a problem with breaking into cars. NDSU and the Fargodome are both walkable. There is a grocery store about a 3-minute drive away (FamilyFare). Downtown Fargo is an easy Uber/Lyft ride, about $7-8 each way.

Getting Around:
We have Uber and Lyft in Fargo, both are easy to get at any time. We have B-Cylcle stations throughout NDSU and Downtown. The city bus also stops two blocks from the apartment on the corner by NDSU. If you brought your own car, there should be ample parking in the lot behind our building or on the streets surrounding the building, just be sure to keep an eye on the snow removal times during the winter (it alternates streets and avenues).

Walkable to the college, several bars, a gas station, and LYFT/Uber downtown for just $5. There is parking on-premise for a few cars. Parking is first-come, first-served. There is street parking available on the avenues, but the streets are no parking except Sundays. All parking is clearly labeled.
