The Neighborhood:
This studio apartment is located in a 5-plex a few blocks from campus. As such, the neighborhood is mostly multi-unit buildings with student apartments.

Getting Around:
There is parking for one vehicle included with this rental. Please send us your license plate ahead of time so we can keep track of who is parking in the lot. There are also public transit lines a couple blocks away. We're located just a 5-minute drive from the airport as well.

This centrally-located apartment is within walking distance of all of Downtown Fargo's hidden gems! And only 2 blocks to Sanford Hospital/Roger Maris Cancer Center. There are all kinds of places to go and a enjoy a day, or a night out on the town!

Downtown is also within short driving distance of many businesses and attractions.

The Fargodome is only a short drive away, as well as Suite Shots, Thunder Road, and the West Acres Mall, to name a few.

We have a two bedroom, 1 bath apartment in the historic bison building, which has a mural of Bob Dylan on the south side of the building. It is a cozy apartment with a king-size bed in the Master bedroom and a triple bunk in the second bedroom.

You will have access to the entire apartment unit. There is no laundry in the apartment however, there is paid laundry on the second floor of the building. The TV is a Roku TV. You will need to sign in to your apps for your favorite channels. There are no cable channels provided. The Roku TV will automatically sign out of your apps on the checkout date.

This is a very nice central location to Downtown Fargo and all of its experiences. It is within walking distance to all of the restaurants and bars, and a three block walk to Sanford hospital and Roger Maris cancer center. Because it is located on Broadway and directly across the street from bars and food trucks that stay open late into the morning, it can be a noisy location. We want you to know that there is a lot of activity on the street and in the green space directly adjacent to the apartment. We haven't had a lot of complaints about this, but a recent review made it clear to us that we will be providing ear plugs for our guests from now on.

You can walk, bike, uber, or bus to nearby locations or all the way across town. Most locations take no more than 15 minutes to get to.

The TV is a Roku TV. You will need to sign in to your apps for your favorite channels. There are no cable channels provided. The Roku TV will automatically sign out of your apps on the checkout date. We have heard from our Canadian guests that if there are no channels provided, they may need to bring a fire stick or other device to access what they want to watch. The Neighborhood:

We're a couple of blocks from NDSU and within walking distance (in the spring-fall) of campus, tailgating, and the Fargodome. We're a 5-minute drive from the airport and downtown Fargo. We have Uber and Lyft, both would be about $8 to the airport or downtown.

- "I stayed in this very roomy 4 bedroom 3 bathroom apartment with other wrestling parents for the Fargo Nationals tournament. The location is very close to the Fargodome and is walking distance to downtown restaurants. Overall the apartment is very spacious with two balconies and a large comfy sectional. The property managers were very responsive. The weather was pretty hot and the apartment has two wall unit air conditioners, one in the living room and one in one of the master bedrooms, so the bedrooms without AC units got pretty warm. Street parking was not a problem. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. I would suggest maybe a bistro set or chairs on the balconies."

The Space:
The entrance to the apartment building is in the alley on the back of the building, right off of the parking lot. Parking in the lot is free and first come first served. There is also free street parking all around the building. There are a full-size washer and dryer that is in a shared room for the whole building. It is free but does require quarters to operate (it just spits the quarters out after you put them in).

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is mostly college students and single-family homes. Definitely super safe. We have never had a problem with breaking into cars. NDSU and the Fargodome are both walkable. There is a grocery store about a 3-minute drive away (FamilyFare). Downtown Fargo is an easy Uber/Lyft ride, about $7-8 each way.

Getting Around:
We have Uber and Lyft in Fargo, both are easy to get at any time. We have B-Cylcle stations throughout NDSU and Downtown. The city bus also stops two blocks from the apartment on the corner by NDSU. If you brought your own car, there should be ample parking in the lot behind our building or on the streets surrounding the building, just be sure to keep an eye on the snow removal times during the winter (it alternates streets and avenues).

Walkable to the college, several bars, a gas station, and LYFT/Uber downtown for just $5. There is parking on-premise for a few cars. Parking is first-come, first-served. There is street parking available on the avenues, but the streets are no parking except Sundays. All parking is clearly labeled.

The property is 121 yrs strong, newly remodeled from ceiling to floor. Located in the historic Hawthorne area, 15 min walk/4 min drive to downtown Fargo. Quick access to Hwy-94 & I-29 for easy commute. Great space for the business traveler(s) solo or group traveler(s) and those visiting family or friends. Each unit has 1 garage/1 driveway parking space.

I travel often myself and have tried to incorporate things that have helped me along in my travels. There are board games and a free library set up in each unit. Brochures & pamphlets highlighting some of Fargo's best features. Both units are Airbnb exclusive units so your neighbor is a fellow traveler. The property was originally built in 1898, which makes it 121 years strong! Later converted into two separate apartments. The property is located in the beautiful historic Hawthorne neighborhood mixed with single family homes, multi-family properties and small local businesses. It's a great neighborhood to walk around in and get a sense of the Fargo community.

Other things to note
This property was built in 1898 - that’s right she is 124 years strong! With that being said her plumbing is a bit sensitive so please treat her kindly and ONLY put liquids & toilet paper 🧻 in her pipes. Please discard food, tampons, pads, flushable & non-flushable wipes and condoms in the trash bin 🗑 provided.

Water pressure might be limited during laundry cycles for BOTH units’ kitchen sinks & showers. Please be kind to yourself & other the unit and do your laundry in OFF-PEAK usage hours.

We're also located two blocks from major city transit lines (Matbus). We're about 5 minutes by car from the Fargo Airport and 5 minutes from Downtown Fargo in the other direction.

This newly remodeled lower level of my duplex is the perfect place for an evening rest while on the road or a weekend getaway to Fargo! There is a grocery store just a couple blocks away. Both bedrooms have super comfy queen sized beds. If you're working remotely, there is a nice desk setup in the living room to accommodate you. The Neighborhood:
We're located in central Fargo, just a few minutes drive from downtown. You could walk downtown on a nice day in about 20-25 minutes. Taking 5th Ave east until you hit Island Park and then turning left will get you into downtown. Island Park is also lovely with lots of walking paths, a city pool, tennis courts, and playground for kids.

Getting Around:
There is off-street parking available for one vehicle and free street parking in front of the building and on neighboring streets. The city bus also has multiple routes within a few blocks. Ride shares like Uber and Lyft are also readily available in Fargo

The coin laundry is located in the basement of the property.

There's plenty of room to park in the parking pad behind the house. The city bus routes also run just a few blocks away on 12th Ave N. We have Uber and Lyft in Fargo and should be around $5-10 to get to the airport, downtown, the Fargodome (though adventurous people could walk here).

Since this is an apartment with other guests, you are likely to hear the comings and goings of those guests. This is a garden level unit and you may hear footsteps and some noises from the unit above you. Just as this unit allows dogs, some of the other units also have pets (dogs, cats). This cozy little apartment is the completion of 7 year labor of love. We bought this fixer upper house in 2014 and have put hundreds of hours in to the the remaking of everything that you can see and a lot you can't. Slowly but surely we transformed the our home, while living in it, into our envisioned goal of a triplex we could put on Airbnb to serve adventurers and mobile workers on their way We moved our little family, which is twice the size it was when we started, out in the summer of 2022, but continued to finish off the basement until completion that winter.

This is a really unique little studio apartment. As cozy as can be, it has a tiled wood stove piped through the original chimney, a full kitchen and a 3/4ths mini wet bathroom with tiled floor and corrugated steel walls, not to mention a huge closet in the bedroom area which can be curtained off from the rest of the apartment, making you feel like a hibernating creature. The most comfortable oversized couch I have yet sat upon, opposite a wall mounted tv and the wood stove will keep you in and not wanting anything about. It is a basement apartment and the ceilings a fairly low, however my 6'2" husband has no problem with any clearance issues and we believe this actually adds to it's hobbit burrow-y feel. lots of shelves and storage for your stuff, much visible and invisible for you to tuck everything away it its own little place.

This cute and comfy loft studio is right on the edge of Fargo’s nightlife. Located in the historic Patrick Flats building, most all the of local eateries, breweries, boutiques, and coffee houses are located right at your doorstep. If you don’t want to actively participate in the nightlife, the micro kitchen and bathroom provide all your basic necessities to stay inside while large, old windows in a spacious living room overlooking the street below allow you to people watch in comfort!

The space
This BnB rental is on the South end of the heart of downtown Fargo. In less than a block you can be exploring all the shops on Broadway and sampling from the great variety of places to eat and drink at. A block to the South and you will be on Main Ave to see the Historic Train Depot (a great place for pictures!) and several more prominent shops and eateries. Several walkable blocks to the East and you can visit the Veteran's Memorial Bridge that divides North Dakota and Minnesota. Just on the Minnesota side of the Veteran's Memorial Bridge is the Hjemkomst Center that boasts a replica of a Norwegian viking ship and a wooden stave church.

There are also trails along both sides of the North flowing Red River for some nature walking if you need to get away from the throng of downtown. These trails can take you to little surprising discoveries; playgrounds, wooden bridges to cross the Red River (another great picture taking place!) and even the oldest log cabin built in Moorhead MN, just to mention a few.

This is a great place to enjoy the downtown ambiance, nightlife, and people watching. The sounds of the nearby nightlife and street noise filter in through the old walls and gives you the ambiance of a true downtown experience. We have electric fireplaces for ambiance and extra heat during the winter months and individual air conditioning units for the summer months. If you don't feel like going out on the town for a bite to eat there is a fully functional, compact kitchen with some basic cookware and dishware available. We also have complimentary Keurig and coffee pods to help you start off your morning.

If you are planning a long stay, there is a shared laundry room just to the left of the stairs that is free for use should you need it. (No quarters needed, but we do ask that you bring your own soap and dryer sheets)

The Main Door on the street has a security code that is only given to a BnB guest, myself, and my maintenance team, so rest easy that the things of the street, stay on the street!

Each BnB unit has their own door code that is shared a few days before arrival so you have peace of mind knowing that you are the only guest that has access to your apartment.

The only common areas for BnB guests are the hallways and laundry room, which are only accessible to other BnB guests, myself, and the maintenance team.

This 2025 summer, the City of Fargo is constructing a much needed parking ramp for the downtown area directly across the street from the BnB. While this will give us a wonderful parking option close by to the BnB in the future, it is currently a construction zone. I send messages out a few days in advance of your booking date and provide last minute updates on the construction and how it may affect you so you are aware of it and can plan accordingly.

Enter into the East side of the building into your own beautiful space! You first enter into the living room space. Walk back and to the left and you will find the first bedroom with a desk/workstation and futon that folds out into a bed. We will supply linens for sleeping on the futon upon request. Walk back out and across the hall to the second bedroom with a queen size bed. There is a full bathroom furnished with linens, bodywash, shampoo, and conditioner. Continue walking down the hallway to the kitchen that is fully stocked with all your needs to cook your favorite meal!

You will have two designated parking spots in the alley on the East side of the property. Walk West on the sidewalk to the door with #4. There is a smart lock and we will give you the code prior to your arrival. Come inside and make yourself at home! The unit has WiFi and a smart tv for your enjoyment.
