The building is new and the neighborhood is peaceful, very quiet, and serenely beautiful. All major amenities about 5 minutes walk away from the property: gyms, Save on Food for grocery shopping, Domino Pizza, Chinese/Japanese restaurants Tim Hortons, Shoppers Drug Mart, TD Bank, RBC Bank, Starbucks Coffee etc. Parking is available right in front of the unit and free WIFI is available to guests.

The house is located at Praire point, a new and beautiful neighborhood in the southern part of Winnipeg. It is 7mins drive to U of M, 20 mins drive to Downtown, 7mins walk to bus stop play park and few minutes drive to shops & gas stations. There are a couple of lakes in the neighborhood. The house has a big backyard.
The space is a beautiful one bedroom, walkout basement unit & its independent of the main house. The bedroom has a queen size bed, Linen, towels & slippers provided.

This is only a 7 minute walk to the closest Winnipeg Health Sciences Center door and close to the University of Manitoba - Bannatyne Campus. Many of these buildings are also conveniently connected by tunnel or skywalk. The neighbourhood itself is diverse and located between Downtown and the North End. Unlike many city centers, the area is busy during the day with lots of foot traffic and gets empty in the evenings. The hospital and university are the main reasons to stay in this portion of the city although it is very central.

The house is located at Praire point, a new and beautiful neighborhood in the southern part of Winnipeg. It is 7mins drive to U of M, 20 mins drive to Downtown, 7mins walk to bus stop play park and few minutes drive to shops & gas stations. There are a couple of lakes in the neighborhood. The house has a big backyard.

Minimal noise from upstairs which was great. Everything was very clear, laundry worked perfectly. Kitchen had what you would need for basic meal prep but all we had there was breakfast. Beds were comfortable. The backyard and view made you feel like you weren’t in a basement. Waking trails close by, kids park not far either. Will be back as we visit a couple times a year. "

Stay in the heart of the city in this unique historical warehouse loft right in the exciting Exchange District! It is a two minute walk to downtown and a 20 minute walk (or five minute drive) to The Forks and the Human Rights Museum. There are plenty of restaurants and bars around.
