Welockme tonour home. Our serene 2 bedroom condo is in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Winnipeg with 2 Queen beds. The building is new and the neighborhood is peaceful, very quiet, and serenely beautiful. All major amenities about 5 minutes walk away from the property: gyms, Save on Food for grocery shopping, Domino Pizza, Chinese/Japanese restaurants Tim Hortons, Shoppers Drug Mart, TD Bank, RBC Bank, Starbucks Coffee etc. Parking is available right in front of the unit and free WIFI is available to guests.

Absolutely NO PARTYING of any type or form is allowed. This neighborhood is peaceful and there is zero tolerance for loud noise within the neighborhood. Partying or excessive noise resulting in a noise complaint can attract HEFTY CHARGES and immediate eviction. The building has a security guard that walks up and down the halls to ensure safety and report high levels of noise or any disturbances.
If you intend to book this unit to have any form of a partying or loud gathering, we recommend to NOT book this unit. We will be notified and you will be evicted immediately and fined for offenders

The house is located at Praire point, a new and beautiful neighborhood in the southern part of Winnipeg. It is 7mins drive to U of M, 20 mins drive to Downtown, 7mins walk to bus stop play park and few minutes drive to shops & gas stations. There are a couple of lakes in the neighborhood. The house has a big backyard.
The space is a beautiful one bedroom, walkout basement unit & its independent of the main house. The bedroom has a queen size bed, Linen, towels & slippers provided.
- "We had a great stay here. The AC was wonderful during the hot part of the day, and we appreciated how close and easy it was to get on and off the highway.
