Just off the Queen street by-pass and close to the hospital, a convenient store, Tim Horton’s, the Gallagher Center with it's family friendly water park, and indoor walking track. Near-by there are walking/biking trails, soccer pitch and trout pond, and two golf-courses.

The space
The open concept living space boasts a shared large fully-stocked kitchen, dining area and living room. There are 3 individual bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.

Room # 2 is upstairs and down the hall from Room #1. There is a brand new ensuite in the room and a new, comfortable double bed that awaits a weary traveller. You’ll find a desk & chair for work or study. For longer stays, there is a dresser and a clothes closet.

Guest access
There is parking on the East side of the building with 2 electrical outlets available during the winter when plugging in is a necessity. The entrance is on the South side. *see the check in instructions with photos.

The space
The open concept living space boasts a shared large fully-stocked kitchen, dining area and living room. The apartment contains 3 rooms, tastefully decorated, and each with their own bathroom.

Room #1 is upstairs with a bathroom that is adjacent to the room. There is a south facing window that overlooks the backyard. Relax with a book on the window seat or the reclining chair. You’ll find a dresser and clothing bar for those longer stays. The queen bed is new and comfortable, providing a good nights sleep.
The bathroom boasts a large jacuzzi tub great for soaking, as well as stand alone shower.

The space
The upstairs apartment has a private entrance and a private washer and dryer in the basement. The main floor is rented out to a family that has their own private entrance in the front. They do not have access to the second floor and the second floor does not have access to the first floor.
