- "The couch is very comfortable and there is a VERY large television, if you want to watch. This property is a small bachelor/studio apartment. Everything is in one area. There is a microwave and a fridge, along with the bare essentials of a VRBO. No sidewalk for an entrance, only boards. This was awkward for a lady carrying a suitcase. Backyard remains to be landscaped, so is not useable or inviting. The host expected guests to do their own dishes and remove their own garbage, but did not supply any dish towels . There is no way to regulate the temperature in this property. Everything is new and very clean."

It was easy to get to being off a main artery, shops very close by for any needs. Property was clean. Kitchen could use a few extra supplies to make meal prep/eating easier- what is shown in pictures are the only items. We had brought an extra pot and bowls just in case and needed them. Lots of supplies like toilet paper, soap, etc. Only a table for 2 but there are some coffee tables available. It worked well for us for the 8 nights we needed. Would come back again."

- "The place was dirty and falling apart in areas not noticeable in the photos. First off, the fans above the beds were filthy with thick dust falling off when they were turned on during the recent heat wave. They were so loaded down with dust, it’s apparent they were never ever cleaned and I only noticed because they were leaving grey chunks of falling dust on the fresh white bedding. Pretty gross. The tub sides closest to the drain, had thick dirt scum (that at first glance looked only like a shadow) but upon my first shower I was grossed out and had to scrub it back to a shine. I opened the cutlery drawer to have a dirty coffee residue left on a spoon and found a coffee cup in the cupboard that was dirty also. The linoleum kitchen and bathroom floors were slimy and sticky, clearly not washed. The sofa had a large unsightly tear in the arm and the desk was so destroyed on its edges that it looked like a dumpster dive item. It bothered me so much looking at it that I had to fix it with a black marker. And I wasn’t warned that the family above allows their children to play scream loudly, jump and run up and down their apt until 11pm everyday. The family had repeated warnings and didn’t adjust for the tenant below them. The exterior of the building looks like a dump as the manager allows other tenants to hang sheets in the windows (many buildings do not because it looks terrible) and it’s in need of a paint refresh. I was embarrassed to invite anyone over.. not worth the rate."
