The apartment is located walking distance to all the downtown eatery’s, pubs, and shopping. It’s a short walk to the Bismarck event center, both hospitals, federal building and the Kirkwood mall. The apartment is upstairs in a recently updated historic building there are tall ceilings and hardwood floors, central air dishwasher and washing facility’s all the amenities of home. WiFi MIDCO high speed internet service. And off street parking.

The unit has all new furniture including the bed, new 48" Samsung TV, and all new linens. Off-street parking andfree WiFi.

Guests get one parking spot in our driveway and there is an abundance of on street parking surrounding our home. On street parking is free.

The bedroom is spacious with a brand new bed and linens. The blinds are light blocking to ensure you get a great night of sleep. The bedroom also features a walk-in closet.

That being said, this home is not in any way child safe ( ie no child locks, no electrical outlet covers, no furniture anchors, no trunk lock, no toilet lock, blinds may contain strings, and children have to be watched in the bathtub as our plumbing is older and if turned on high could burn a child.) Hazards are not limited to just these examples.

- "We have stayed here twice and it has been perfect both times. The location was excellent as we were able to walk the capital path in the mornings and attend the state track meet in the afternoons. We were able to stay together and prepare our own meals. Will stay here again." - "The property was clean except for the coffe maker which had old coffee and coffe grounds in the filter (easy fix). The bed in the main bedroom was comfortable, but the frame of it is light weight steel and the knob was loose when we arrived. Obviously someone bumped it and its never been fixed. It doesnt effect the function of the bed, but it is the corner of the bed that has the most traffic in that room, so my husband and I had to be very conscious when making the bed or even walking past that corner so we didn't knock the bed frame knob off. Also there is only parking for one vehicle per unit on the property so our sons had to park off site across the street. It all worked out in the end and we were greatful that we had a comfortable place to stay as we were in North Dakota for my father's funeral and traveled a long distance to be there. The top floor of the home can be rented as well. It is a three bedroom one bathroom. It can be rented to add an additional six guests.

We ask you to be respectful and share the laundry room with the upper unit. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 10 am.
