Welcome to our cozy 1 bed, 1 bath duplex, perfect for families and military travelers!
Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, thoughtful touches for little ones, and a comfortable, family-friendly atmosphere. Located just steps away from Leach Park, nearby tennis courts, and a grocery store conveniently down the street.

You’ll have access to a shared washer and dryer, a fenced backyard, and a one-car garage for parking. Your hosts live nearby and are happy to help with questions or special requests!

The space
This home accommodates up to 4 guests, though it’s best suited for a single person, a couple, or a couple with 1–2 children and/or a baby. Please note that there is only one queen bed in the bedroom.

The pull-out sofa, as shown in the photos, is ideal for smaller children and may not be as comfortable for adults. For added flexibility, we also provide two twin-size air mattresses with bedding, as well as a pack and play for infants.

You’re welcome to arrange the sleeping setup in whatever way works best for your group, keeping in mind that the space is designed with young families in mind.

The entire left side of the home (as you face it from the street) is private and reserved for your use.

At the back of the home, a locked door leads to a shared laundry room and provides access to the shared backyard.

You may park on the right side of the driveway and use the right-hand side of the garage. The garage has its own door and opener, but the interior is shared with another garage space. Please be sure to keep any personal items secure and locked.

Train Noise Notice:
Minot is a railroad town, and train sounds can be heard throughout the city, including occasional nighttime activity. There are active tracks directly behind the property, so you may hear trains pass by.

The space

The loft is located on the second floor and there is no elevator so if you have problems with stairs this loft is not for you.

Other things to note
We try to be very accommodating with check in and check out times. House rules say in at 4 pm and out by 11 am. But if you let us know you’re a couple hours early or won’t arrive til midnight, no worries! And if you need an hour or two extra at check out, just let us know.
