New decently furnished one bedroom suit at Rochdale Boulevard, walking distance to Superstore, Walmart, Dollarama, Banks, Restaurants, Bars and Gas stations accessible by bus, road and proximity to the Airport. 10 minutes drive to Coop Refinery and 5 minutes to Evraz NA.

A set of stairs takes you down to a new, and very clean apartment. The room enters to a recliner couch and a nice TV that actually works! Netflix, Prime, Disney+, YouTube, etc were available. The full-size fridge/freezer has plenty of storage. The oven/stove/microwave combination looks new. There are two pots, basic cutlery and kitchen tools such as a cutting board, strainer, plates, bowls, cups and glasses, tongs, ladle, etc. There is a coffee maker, which I did not try, and a glass kettle which I used several times. The cupboards had basics such as salt & pepper. Garbage bags, cleaning supplies, vacuum cleaner, broom, etc are provided. The bathroom is bright and obviously new. There is plenty of hot water for the shower. Towels and a variety of shower items such as body wash and scrubs are provided. Between the bathroom and bedroom, is a nice front-loading washer and dryer stacked set. Liquid detergent is provided. This is such a convenience, so you do not have to bring as many clothes. The bedroom has plenty of room for both people to access the bed. The closet has hangers for your clothes. The bed is very comfortable! There is a small, two-person table & chairs set for eating at. Communication with the owners was easy and they provided me with extra bedding when asked. Overall, I found this to be an excellent stay and I would recommend this location for a solo traveler or a couple."
